WONDERFUL PLACE!!
I thought it was a super nice place, it's small but there aren't many people so you can enjoy the pool, the temazcal, the drinks, the service, the jacuzzi tour seemed sensational to me !!! I will definitely be back :D

Comfortable stay and clean space
The pool was a good temperature and very pleasant to swim. The whirlpool tub was excellent and worked very well.
You have to go down to reception to open the parking lot. The mattress and pillows could be improved.

1. If you do not pay the deposit directly to the hotel after making a reservation on Booking.com, the reservation will be cancelled. 2, I couldn't put it in the jacuzzi 3. I couldn't sleep because the pillows and futon on the bed stink.

The cleanliness is outstanding, the attention of the staff at all times was attentive and friendly. The night watchman was aware of our arrival at dawn and immediately opened for us to park the car and that gave us a pleasant feeling of security. The quesadillas we ordered at the restaurant were very tasty.
It would be nice if they receive cards to pay for lodging and consumption.

I would not return !!
The only thing I liked was the location.
It is super small and only two pools, which are also very small, the staff is not pleasant, only the valet parking was friendly, the lady at the reception did not even answer the greeting, it was too expensive for the facilities. The only thing that saved it a bit were the hydromassage tubs, which by the way have an extra cost per person and only last one hour, but they reuse the water, that is, they don't change it every time there is a service with different people and the panoramic view in the jacuzzi service they are pure roofs, it is not pleasant for photos even if you want. I would not return !!!

Worthy
You can enter food and drink, although the food and drinks right there are delicious. The price seemed fair to me. But what I liked the most was the availability of the staff to always be attentive. In addition to that they are aware that the water in the pools is hot. They keep the place clean and always available for whatever is needed. Very friendly all the people.
The internet connection is not the best. It is a small place and fully for rest, since at 9:00 p.m. they wash pools, common places and it closes.

worst vacation ever
We didn't like anything!! The worst vacation of our lives!!
The room; dirty, old bed with balls and no springs. No view, window to hallway (wall), very small bathroom and poorly made shower (not designed for people taller than 1.65mts) That they allow people to get into the pool with clothes on. Jacuzzis cost very expensive for what it is.

Grand Hotel
Very friendly staff
Super soft mattress, soft pillows and only two on a large double bed, the pool was not that hot, there was no restaurant, the jacuzzi was very small.

Bad hotel, rude and irritable staff
I did not like anything, the staff is oppressive and does not serve their customers well. They didn't respect the price of the agreed accommodation, they wanted to charge 630 pesos more

Huge disappointment!!!
Amenities look new and clean
The room does not meet the level of comfort. It has no drawers to store clothes, let alone hang them. No phone to call reception. At night they close and you have to wake up the watchman to open it for you. (which is also reluctant) The price seemed high for what little they offer. The screens in the rooms are tiny. We chose the jacuzzi room and it had a leak and the bathroom was flooded. All in all… a big disappointment.

I came to relax and left in stress
The only good thing was the massages we hired even though we requested as a couple (to go out together at the same time) and that was not the case.
Amenities, very small, jacuzzi is allowed for kids to use it as a kids pool, lousy room faces the street, one small floor fan, if you open the windows, it's a terrible noise, everything is very bad

Good location, outdated and overpriced
The food is delicious and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The maintenance guys are very friendly, as is the person in charge of the hotel, she was close and empathetic.
The room is too small, it was very hot and they only had one fan. Also the jacuzzi, when I turned on the shower to bathe, the dirt came out of the floor, obviously they are not cleaned well. The location is good but the price and what they offer is very outdated. I would not stay there again.

Great tour of Las Pergolas spa, 3 hot tubs with treatments in each, extra charge but affordable, very nice!

An excellent option considering the price and quality.
Cleanliness was really a factor in its favor, the hotel is growing and so there are areas that are still under development, but it's important to note that they take great care of those that are already in use. Highly recommended.
As for what I didn't like, it's relative, obviously for the price it is known that you won't have many amenities in the room, which is not a problem for me because I like to read the description of the hotel. I'm going to come and his room. .

Terrible hotel don't go!!!!
It's not a joke that the hotel
This is a filthy hotel, terrible taste rooms, no hot water, cobwebs, terrible experience and you should give a grammy award to the pictures to promote the hotel and overpriced.

CAN IMPROVE
excellent food and staff attention EVERYTHING
THE POOL IS VERY SMALL BUT THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM, IT WAS THAT THE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS DRINKED THEM INSIDE THE POOL, THE WATER TURNED ON AND THE BEER POOLED OUT, THERE WERE NO RESTRICTIONS AND SAFETY SAFETY. PREFERRED TO STAY NEAR THE POOL TABLES AND TOO DIRTY POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF SO MANY PEOPLE BUT THE FAMILY THAT WAS STARTED SMOKING AND I AM BETTER that I left and COULD ONLY BE in the room. If I had hired a spa I would have loved it, but this was the spa I liked. ALL STAFF ARE GREAT AND THANK YOU TO THE VERY PROFESSIONAL MASS.

Excellent value for money and quality.
Excellent sauna with natural hot springs. There is very good parking. Food and prices are great. The pools are ideally sized with thermal water.
They don't have air conditioning.
