nice place such an old hacienda. rooms were large and pool clean and pleasant. breakfast was fine and the host Carlos spoke excellent English.
pity that so many reviews have already been written about the broken beach chairs and that this has not yet been addressed. 6 new comfortable beach chairs would top it off.

Very nice hacienda with great facilities, beautiful garden and large pool.
Great hacienda about 15 minutes drive from town. Incredibly beautiful room with a large bathroom. Everything worked great. Very nice, clean and large pool. Fine food, very nice service - lovingly and extremely tastefully furnished - very beautiful garden. A little lonely.

The hacienda is very well decorated. The pool area is very pleasant. A lot of vegetation. Relaxing atmosphere. Large room area.
Average evening restaurant. No separation toilet / bathroom / bedroom. Dark room with particular decor. Beds too small.

Beautiful farmhouse converted into a hotel
The place is beautiful; The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The architect did an excellent job of recovering the farm for tourism purposes. The breakfast is very good and complete.
We visited this place in January and the water in the pool is cold... There are not many options on the menu for lunch and dinner, it is better to have lunch and dinner in the town of Izamal.

perfect with reservations
everything is perfect there are details that do not correspond to a 5 star hotel (cutlery, plates, cups … for breakfast) there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom toilet and the curtains are acrylic … and very thin I recommend maybe a change at this level (at least large white or beige curtains a little thick but that remains a personal opinion 😄)
the air co only worked very badly and made noise and was leaking water... lots of water - first pool view room with terrace- pity that the servers are not all dressed with an outfit worthy of a 5 star

the setting with the vegetation, the swimming pool and grotto of hot water. very good food. make their own mezcal
avoid rooms 11 and 12 mentioned in junior suite with balcony when there is no balcony or hammock as mentioned in the reservation. moreover under these rooms in height but without view there are the business of the cleaning staff therefore of the noise of the 7am.

The tranquility of the place, the large space of the room and the gardens have several places to take photos

Hotel to recommend except for the restoration.
Very nice hotel. Large swimming pool and beautiful garden. Very spacious and charming rooms. Premium bedding.
The restaurant menu is not up to the standard of the establishment. For continental breakfast, we waited 45 minutes. The 2 toasts were very small.

Magnificent Hacienda
Very nice Hacienda, renovated in style. Nice swimming pool on the terrace, pleasant after visiting Izamal (5 min from the city and 1 hour from Merida). Huge and beautiful room. Peaceful place
The restaurant is not up to the standard of the hacienda: succinct and tasteless menu; rose wine offers dating back more than 4 years. Reception to work: it would be good to make sure that the customers have made the right journey, have found it easily, and at the end, thank them and ask them if their stay went well.

Step back in time!
This boutique hotel is the ideal place to stay in a hacienda. Very authentic in decor and style. Beautiful pool area, large clean room!
The staff was a bit "short" and didn't seem very service-oriented. The breakfast was a bit small for this price segment but sufficient for us.

Would I go back: yes, but...
The concept is very original, the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, clean, spacious room, the food is not great but it is good.
I did not like the cost of the drinks, it is exceptionally high or that they force the tip into the bill, which makes it much more expensive, a drink which, by the way, was very bad.

beautiful hacienda, friendly staff, lovely pool and clean room.
the cook was away for two days and we couldn't eat there. fortunately there is a very good restaurant in Izamal.

Attention of the staff, good disposition, telling the history of the place Excellent staff
Value for money. Celebrated two birthdays, I mentioned it in the booking and there were no details. Souvenir...nothing. We were two women and a girl, only a small shampoo and cream conditioner. We took the Presidential suite, the curtain at the top is broken , does not open. No brochure with the history of the place or presentation. Too bad.

This hacienda is beautiful, the staff is very caring, the breakfast is excellent and the food is worthy of a great restaurant.

Wonderful
With vegetation and an imposing entrance, Hacienda Sacnicte welcomes you in a breathtaking way. The staff is attentive, helpful, friendly and respectful. The facilities are first class with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms and a gorgeous bathtub. It has unique details of that time. Not to mention the delicious food, I recommend the tuna (Jose recommended it to me) and it was a great decision. The whole stay was very enjoyable! I recommend this 100% when visiting Izamal
The only thing that will change is the size of the air conditioner in the bedroom, we believe it is very small for the size of the room so it gets hot. You could make softer towels, and I would change the bin ....

Disconnecting from the routine
I loved being away from it all, the location is great... the rooms exceeded our expectations and at night the starry sky and nature was just a unique experience.
It only needed the waiter Fernando to be kind and with the best disposition as we had a situation at the table where there was an excessive amount of flies and he simply said that he could not do anything, an action contrary to his colleague who the next day even Accommodation in an interior with climate and all amenities, (no flies)

Perfect for being alone with loved ones
The enclave it's in: somewhat remote, but with all the amenities you need to not be an inconvenience. Good attitude of the staff, the aesthetics of the hacienda is very successful and well maintained.
Being in the middle of the road, the lighting was somewhat dim at night, although this also plays a part in its charm.

In this hacienda you will feel the Mexican feeling!
Beautiful hacienda, very nice staff, our "room" was like a room in a castle! Well maintained garden with a nice swimming pool, very good food! Be sure to order a romantic dinner, the place is magical, between the old walls, candles everywhere and if you're lucky, the waiter Fernando takes unbeatable photos, everyone thought we got married! You can order the menu or order dinner from the menu! Very sweet dog who is looking for a new home otherwise the owner will throw away the pit mix again, I sincerely hope he gets a chance which kept me very busy as he also owns the house and spends all day with the staff. Here you can also stay 2 nights or longer to relax!
Nothing, if only the dog would not give up, it would be terrible!

Awesome!
What a beautiful place! Sit back and relax and super friendly staff! The air conditioning was not working properly and this was resolved very quickly! We had our one year old son with us and we felt very welcome with a baby too!

Beautiful hacienda, in very good condition, attention to detail both in the room and at breakfast (well presented dishes, fresh and very good food), in fact everything is beautiful and exquisite. Attentive, kind and smiling staff.
Have plastic bottles in the rooms: I would prefer the ceramic garafon de agua, it exists, it is beautiful and, above all, it allows you not to use plastic.

Stay in a beautiful hacienda with a good atmosphere.
Beautifully restored and furnished hacienda in a quiet area. Eclectic décor: Mexican with Marican and Indonesian influences. Very spacious room and spacious bathroom.
The restaurant was understaffed for dinner. The pool chairs are not comfortable.

beautiful hacienda with swimming pool in the middle of a quiet countryside but still close to Izamal with an excellent restaurant. lovely staff, really nice room and nicely decorated
some things need to be updated, the pool was nice but a bit old and not quite clean, the sun loungers by the pool were completely sagging, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room (the window didn't close properly)

The place is quite very quiet, the two of us went on a weekend trip to celebrate our birthday in a special place, it was an experience if you are looking for something new and different, our room was very nice and well maintained, the place is something very quiet, the only thing is that there are mosquitoes that can bother you, but take repellant and that's it. Friendly staff! We highly recommend visiting the hacienda m!

the place is so beautiful! The occupied room (one of the suites) was gorgeous, spacious, well appointed, comfortable, bright… Joy! The staff is very helpful, thank you! The common areas are neat, clean, comfortable and pleasant. We highly recommend this establishment for unbeatable value for money.

My wife and I enjoyed it, it was a great experience.
I thought the location was very good as it is 5 minutes from a very interesting and famous magical town and the hacienda is beautiful AND OF COURSE THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD.

Escape out of time....
Luxurious setting in an old hacienda. The bedroom is magical with a huge bathroom with lots of character. Lush vegetation, little paradise. The pool is very good. Efficient laundry service for 1 day at 100 pesos per bag. Perfect! The location 5 minutes from Izamal is ideal for exploring this beautiful city.
Small downside: breakfast a little limited in choice and slow in service (for pancakes in addition, over 30 minutes during 2am)

Beautifully restored and tastefully decorated old hacienda. It is located in the countryside but only a few minutes drive from the city centre. The rooms are great. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is very nice....

I'll be back soon for an extraordinary break.
Simple but rich breakfast. I liked the location, little noise for a real holiday. The waiter Misael treated us very well, congratulations. The pool is clean.
My only observation is that the guy who received us told us that the menu is different from what is offered in Izamal, that there are no chai pancakes, cochinita or similar things; which is unfortunate that he did an ugly thing with Yucatec food when it's delicious. It would be nice to add a few simple dishes to the menu.

We are not picky, but the bed was uncomfortable, all the springs were felt. No hair dryer, for a hotel at this price I think that's a bit fair anyway. The room is next to the reception and toilets, so little privacy.

Quite poor breakfast included (fruit, bread, jam and eggs) and quite long waiting time for breakfast. However, everything is very tasty.

The facilities are very nice. The Hacienda very well set. The rooms are all different, very spacious and beautiful. Beautiful garden. The breakfast, very tasty. I would like to highlight the good disposition and attention of Doña Elvia and also the kindness of Paulina.
The lunch at noon in the restaurant was regular, with little variety, excessive prices and some options, out of stock

An oasis on the outskirts of town
Although with my partner we went by car, it is a place somewhat removed from the town. Therefore it is advisable to go by car to be able to enjoy and move with peace of mind
ALL!! The staff, the few rooms make the place quiet, and the locations of the site (an old hacienda enequera) are ideal for photos... Such a beautiful place to come back

Very pleasant stay in a fantastic location with great service.
Exclusive hotel with great attention to atmosphere and service; there are only 10 rooms so you really get the necessary personal attention; very good kitchen and bar. And all this at a reasonable price. Perfect location in a very nicely renovated hacienda.
There had just been a large turnover of personnel; so certain people were still getting used to it and there was still a lack of automaticity. However, a lot of good will and always friendly and professional.

Room a bit dark and open bathroom area (separated from the room only by a partition wall open at the top plus a thin curtain), certainly not for everyone.

Wonderful farm, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. It is worth choosing the larger rooms that belong to the main estate and not to the annex. They have a very special atmosphere. High ceilings, with beams and a very comfortable bed. The pool area is also very nice. Very good breakfast with jam and homemade bread. Dinner was also very good. And the friendliness of the staff. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Spectacular farm with a service of 10
It was my birthday there and they did everything possible for me to celebrate it well. The staff is super friendly and close, and the place is beautiful.
The only thing is that we expected a room that was not because of the photos on Booking.com
