The perfect location. excellent wifi
The location, the cleanliness, the spacious room, the excellent Wifi.
In general, I really liked everything, perhaps to put a downside, the lack of a fridge and coffee maker.

Decent, not spectacular.
the location, there is water to fill your bottles, there is a tap to wash your sandy feet outside. Wi-Fi works very well.
at night it was quite noisy, the bed was not very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was very little, there is no common area.

Good hotel (price_quality)
The perfect location 3 blocks from the ferry and 3 from the beach, on the main avenues that for Holbox (since they are sandy streets) is important. It is a traditional building, for those who do not like wooden hotels.
That it did not have an electric kettle like in almost all hotels, to make a tea or coffee when you are in the room.

Unable to fall asleep

Very noisy, so much so that of the 3 nights reserved we only spent 2 and we changed hotels for the 3rd. There are no mosquito nets on the windows either, the guy at the reception didn't care about everything, all the rooms facing the street make it impossible to sleep due to the noise of people and vehicles. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Modern hotel in the center
Modern and beautiful hotel in the center of Holbox. About a 5 minute walk from the ferry and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Large king size bed, nice bathroom and everything is well maintained.
Wifi shaky and water pressure in the shower on the 1st floor too low.

Central but quiet, clean and comfortable.
The location is great, exceptional, close to everything but away from the noise of the city center (two blocks ahead), supermarket on the corner, pharmacies, restaurants, boutiques and a walk right down the main street, the beach. The rooms are clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Staying here you will have a lot of fun with Holbox, you will be well rested the next day to explore the island and eat something delicious next to the suites. You can walk around the island until late and it's very safe. Good nightlife, we recommend La Combi Holbox, Hot Corner and Salma. Restaurants Olita de Mar, Los Peleones, El Cafecito, Painapol, Pizzas Edelyn and Las Nubes Beach Club, incredible! Diego Navarrete as tourist guide 👌🏽 Enjoy HX just like we do as friends!
The first night the tub in the bathroom would not fill with water but the next day we told the staff and they fixed the problem immediately. Internet and phone signal in general on the island is intermittent, but it serves to take a break from technology for a while and enjoy what HX has to offer. 👍🏽

Good but expensive for what it offers
Location, close to the ferry, the beach and part of the center.
We had to leave our bags and the toilet as the room was not ready for the rest of the day at first. The hotel does not have them. It has an open concierge on the sidewalk. You enter and you already have a corridor with rooms. We managed to solve the problem thanks to the fact that we were finally given a room that was already free. Otherwise, we would have lost our first day in Holbox as we arrived at 11am and would have been walking there with all our bags until 3pm.

Comfortable, clean
as in the photos, clean, comfortable, very helpful staff, very good central location close to beaches, ferry, restaurants and more. There are supermarkets nearby.
The only thing not so good is that we got a room on the second floor, we were traveling with a baby and a little girl and the window in the sliding type room, without railings and protection, can be very dangerous if it does not close properly. Otherwise, very happy.

Perfect location! 10 min walking distance to the beach and the ferry. The hotel was perfectly located in between. in the middle of town but in a quiet area. Incredibly clean, hot water with good pressure. working wi-fi unlike other places. helpful staff who arranged for us to check in later and held our luggage when we were checking out so we could have a full day after check out. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by how good and affordable this hotel was. recommend everyone to book here.
there was no mini-fridge and nosy from the other hotel guests.

Very impersonal as it operates with almost no staff. The front desk was only open a few hours a day. The hotel is very noisy. There are no saves available. Mold on the bathroom ceiling!

Wonderful holiday
We were allowed to check in very early, super nice! The room and bathroom were very good and the location is also top notch. Since this is a small part of the busy center, you will not be disturbed here by evening/night people and music.

The location is amazing, walking distance to the pier and the beach. Super comfortable beds. Mario at the front desk is always very friendly and attentive.
Only problem with WiFi, but it's an island and it's understandable that the signal is low.

The location is great as it is close to the city but there is no noise from the bars which keeps you awake. The room itself is very beautiful.

A good option
Great location and unbeatable value for money, the service and kindness of the cleaning ladies and owner were incredible ... giving us recommendations for both Holbox and the rest of our trip to Cancun ..
The person at the check-out desk at Check Out left us with open mouths ... arrogant and arrogant treatment ... he didn't want us to get our luggage in storage, and that the day before we had already agreed with him and the owner ... luckily, the cleaning ladies intervened so that I would call the owner and let us leave our bags on the last morning at Holbox ... a real shame to close our stay this way ....

The hotel managers were very rude to us. Under the pretext of "covid" we didn't have access to the fountain (still in the middle of the aisle), but they weren't wearing a mask !! Shameful. No internet connection. Extremely long registration time. Leaking water in the room near the air conditioner (they didn't do anything when we told them ....)

Worst hotel in Mexico

Nightmare ... from the day they arrived they didn't want to keep our little luggage and it started raining, everything got wet. The man at the front desk in the morning was a very rude person and he didn't greet us. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and they never used the toilet. Our room was full of sand and not a single broom introduced us ... I have never been in such a bad hotel. And we paid $ 300 for the complete robbery .. I would like them to return the money to me

Amenities, large and comfortable room.
The attention of the staff when we arrived, they were unfriendly and did not want to store our luggage, which was two small backpacks, and it was only 1 hour before check-in (they already wrote to us that they would be), obviously there were two different people who wrote, and those that came before us. In the end, they left us our backpacks.

Best staff!
The staff was great! The location was perfect, between the ferry and the city center! The hotel is right on the main street. 5 min walk from the beach. Very clean and spacious room.

frightening
The electricity went out and for the same reason there was no water. There is no one to call at the hotel at night, we were all guests at the front desk and looking for solutions for the hopeless accommodations. Awful hotel, I will never go back. To top it all off, they blamed the "island" for turning off the lights when there was light throughout the block that night.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable at a great price
Exceeded my expectations! I went on vacation with my husband and two children 1.5 and 3 years old, so we were looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay, which was also very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly, especially Sarah is very nice and attentive; The room was very clean, every day they cleaned the rooms and left shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper, towels and took out trash from baskets, made beds, vacuumed, washed with a mop, etc. there is a full-length mirror in the room (very important to see your clothes before leaving, haha). reception now, when the signal on the island as a whole is very weak and you can only connect to your hotel's network. There is a shop practically opposite the hotel, so it is also very convenient to go out and buy something. Oh! And if you come to Holbox, don't forget your mosquito repellent or they will eat you alive, ha ha ha! We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much for everything.

Price QUALITY AND COMFORT unbeatable !!!
Flawless exceeded our expectations !!!. All the years that we have been at Holbox, we have been looking for new accommodations and, of course, Casa Loa was our best choice !!! As an apartment hotel owner and an itinerant critic, I can only congratulate you on the efforts the owners have put into the quality of the rooms, mattresses, pillows and the overall development of the project. Greetings from Santiago de Chile and we have definitely added Casa Loa to the recommendations we give our guests.
They need to better arrange for free coffee on arrival. If they spend more time learning and bringing in some of the experience for the staff who work with you, with good tools, information and closer contact with Guests, for example: leaving a note about introducing the waitress in the room and forcing them (as) to exhibit certain details themselves , they may well go to a boutique hotel.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. It is well located. 😋 Everything in the room is new and tasteful. Impeccable bathroom!
There is no drinking water in the rooms, the sheets are a little rough and the floor could have been cleaner. The towels don't dry out due to moisture and we didn't change them when we went to the toilet. They don't have a refrigerator in their rooms.

The location is great, close to the "square" and the ferry landing. Clean new room in trendy style, we stayed in the Mayqui room on the ground floor. Spacious high-pressure shower French doors with small balcony with seating area

Good communication. Central. The new room is then in good condition. Purified. The manager is very conciliatory.
NO WIFI !!!!!!!!! In other words, absolutely no Wi-Fi. Despite what is stated on the page, they DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS. Payment is only possible in cash !! There is no hot water !! They didn't give me towels, I had to ask for them. There is no one at the reception. It's not easy if you need something! They call it a "boutique hotel" but it is not a boutique at all. No decorations in the room. The front door always open is not very safe for me ... AT A PAYMENT PRICE YOU COULD APPOINTMENT BETTER ON THE ISLAND There is no Waifai at all. ANYWHERE in the hotel. They do not accept credit cards, although the site says otherwise. Payment is only possible in cash. There is no hot water. Never. They didn't give me towels, I had to ask for them. There is no one at the reception. Not easy if you need something !! It's called a boutique hotel, but there is no boutique at all. No decorations in the room. The front door is always open and it seems to me that it is not very safe .. FOR A PAYMENT PRICE YOU CAN FIND A BETTER WAY ON THE ISLAND !!
