Passable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, there are food stalls and convenience stores around, so you don't have to worry about food. It is almost between the airport and the ferry terminal.
The room is dusty and unhygienic (although the shower and toilet in the room are reasonably clean).

not good
There is a gap between the photo and the real thing, and the real thing is not as clean as it feels. The people who arrived at the hotel and opened the room were really dumbfounded. There is no difference between the bed sheets without oyo red, but the sheets are dirty and have black spots on them. It's useless to complain, the front desk said full house
