Perfect
bedding comfort, hospitality and safety, the area is safe and you will find everything around, pharmacy, supermarket, bank 3 minutes walk. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
just a pipe problem in my shower that tends to flood, or nothing

The friendliness of the staff.
Corona measures (wearing MN protection at the buffet) were not followed by uninformed guests. The staff didn't respond until I complained about it.

Avoid the 7th floor!
Ideally located in my area. Breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable.
Room service menu is limited, salads are very small. Avoid the 7th floor, room 715 is very unpleasant, you can hear the noise from the gym just above and especially the music from 7 am until late at night...

Nice hotel in a decent location - we would love to come back!
Smooth, hassle-free registration with the message that we update for free. The room leaves nothing to be desired. Furnished in modern style, almost sparkling clean! Well thought out to the last corner and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast buffet is varied and the service was correct. We will gladly recommend the hotel to others!
Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was not clean, which was a little out of touch with the overall experience. The previous guest's hair and fluff ruined an otherwise great experience. But in general, the complaints are at a high level! The access road is a disaster, full of potholes and dirt.

Super great luxury hotel, good value for money, friendly staff
Absolutely everything is great. Check-in and check-out is especially good. You can check out before 15:00 at no extra charge. From 15:00 to 20:00 you pay 25% of the daily rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only problem was the very loud music from the bar until 23:00.

An oasis in Nairobi.
Facilities such as sauna and steam room, breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. We were also happy about the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, towels large and fresh and changed daily. Staff were helpful and nice.
It was a little strange with a transparent toilet and shower. No hooks to hang towels on. But there were no major problems. We enjoyed ourselves very much in this accommodation.

Good hotel, slow management
Everything is clean, safe and delicious, but...
My third visit here, sadly it has died down: shower not heated at night (from 10 pm to 4:30 am anyway), lethargy at the front desk, inflexible billing and disagreement with the customer, an awful lot of paperwork because you ofigel from the desire to pay for a mini-bar (stamp! 2 copies). Then the next morning at 5am on check out, the staff again goes to the minibar to check and find that 1x nuts are missing (I didn't eat them, they were missing from the previous evening that were not replenished) and I paid again to be able to rest and finally I was allowed to take a taxi. Then you are checked by security in a taxi in the yard, what is your room number (why? At that time I no longer had a number). I don't need it and I'm leaving.

Beautiful stay
Functional rooms. Nice coffee. Polite personnel. Good location.
It looks neglected. Old furniture, dirty carpets. Mediocre breakfast.

Pleasant in terms of service, but their threatening approach annoyed you, and I thought of leaving the hotel
