nice hotel and nice staff
the mode.
The food at the hotel brought the price down. Had to wait over an hour for some small samosas, felt like they had run out into the street and bought there. Much of the food on the menu was not available. Got a cesar salad where the bacon tasted like anchovies, except for the chicken parmesan and dressing.

Still Corona measures here
Soundproof room even though it must be very exposed to a lot of Kenyan bus noises (loud horns and screams) Quiet and peaceful surroundings inside the hotel
Still a lot of corona considerations in this place, something I didn't see much of otherwise in a whole month. They about it. Marked inside the lifts that it was only for 2 people for example. Wrong and say I didn't like it but there is only one good and one not good box.

breakfast is not terrible and super expensive if you didn't book it at the same time as your room.

A safe holiday with every comfort in the center of Nairobi.
Beautiful hotel with all amenities. Right in Nairobi with good breakfast every day.
Internet connection could be better. Also, when I asked to stay one night, it was a shame that I had to complete my previous booking first and check in again for the next booking.

additional services (breakfast, transport, meals) are expensive.

Nice and clean
Beautiful, functional, immaculate room. Breakfast with great variety and good quality. The staff is always available. I had a problem in the room and they sent a technician 30 minutes later. Even if you don't know Nairobi, some restaurants and clubs are within walking distance.
Haven't used many of the services, so I can't give a higher rating for that. The roof is not very pretty and not very popular. The pool is very small.
