On the third day of stay, warm water began to flow. Even though the hotel is in a good location, we had to move to another hotel.

Although we mostly only spent the night in the room and the above disadvantages are not significant, it is still a bit unpleasant. The main problem is the unheated room in the bathroom, and in order to get hot water from the tap, you need to drain the water from 20 to 40 minutes.

The quality of the Internet connection is not very good. Periodically disappears or slows down. If you need it for work or watching movies, consider this nuance. But in general, you can use the Internet: web pages, social. networks, youtube are working fine.

Repair, it seems, even cosmetic, was not for a long time. 5) If the guest has a heavy suitcase, then he will drag it to the 2nd floor himself, there is no elevator or special place where you could lift / roll the suitcase on wheels.
