caring staff, thank you again! excellent value for money
the water was not very hot
The room is quite big with a big window and a small kitchenette. It is a good option, especially for self-caterers. Otherwise the hotel is fairly quiet and very welcoming. Price / performance is unbeatable. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for a few more days.

There is no breakfast.....the location is good
The air conditioners, the compressor was hanging on the wall of the room.....it made a very annoying sound
The staff is the friendliest we found on our entire trip to Jordan. They helped us get a transfer to Petra, Jerash, the Dead Sea and everything always with a smile, it was what we appreciated the most. Besides the room was big, clean, the bathroom was also big. I would stay here again if I return to Amman.
Nothing, everything is perfect.
Good staff and also a good and close place. of everything you need
There is no hair dryer.. The hot water is not continuous.. The smell of the bathroom and the smell of dampness in the bathroom The smell of smoking from the adjacent rooms, as well as the poor insulation of the rooms, as the sounds reach you while you sleep
The smiling face and reception from everyone, especially Brother Rashid
The room is big.
sewer odor
The bed was great and the room is big. Value for money is good, relatively cheap compared to other hotels. Near Rainbow Street and right in the center.
There was some leakage in the bathroom and our toilet paper rolls were wet. Our toilet button wasn't pressed after a few hours. . . . the staff was helpful but not very enthusiastic.
The place is arranged, close to everything, close to Rainbow Street and downtown Young people are respectful and helpful, and they are limited to a palace If anyone wants a well-appointed hotel close to everything, I would recommend this hotel
The staff is good
The bathroom faucet is leaking
no !!!
very dirty, the rooms are in the -3 floors! the bathroom is catastrophic, lots of noise, very very dirty!!!!!
Nothing special
Room not very clean, dilapidated bathroom, no towels (we had to ask for them and they give one each). We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned.
Close to all services

Good reception and location
Street congestion and parking difficulties
heart reception. good value for the city. free parking
poor sound insulation
Johannes naturally took over the problem of starting my rental car. Asked for help with passing vehicles and in the area in the local language until after ~30 minutes two very friendly Jordanians from the area successfully got the car started :-) Thanks again for that
Room door lock is quite problematic

The price is very suitable, economical, and close to services
Better services can be provided, such as checking for Vine. Adding a bottle of water. Verifying the operation of electrical appliances, as all remotes needed batteries
Staff behavior and cleanliness
nothing
The place is excellent in terms of location
The internet service is very slow. The place should be cleaner than it is. There should be more services provided to the visitor, especially the power of the internet.

The hotel is about fifteen to twenty minutes walk from the center. This is an area with easy parking if you are driving. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Wifi is super fast. The room is correct but very cold as the cold comes in through the window joints. It has very good heat. There are small supermarkets and restaurants in the area.
The service offered for the price paid was not bad. Good attention.
Cold room in winter.
I had a room upgrade (thanks to Genius) to a better room, so my rating is probably better, as if it was originally without a change - the first room had a view of the wall :) After the change, a view of the city and a large room with a kitchenette and a couch. And breakfast? She was great! There were only a few people at the hotel and it was just the two of us at breakfast, but thanks to that the staff made a good breakfast just for us :) Eggs, omelette, cheese, olives, good coffee...first for me. Speaking of food, there are several stores in the area with cupcakes and super desserts. I had their fried cheese with honey and it was really delicious. It is a few meters from the hotel and I recommend it. As well as perhaps the only ATM in Amman that didn't ask us for any money for withdrawals :)
The location of the hotel is close to the city centre Also the staff is very cooperative
