Solid and good accommodation with easy check-in. Location is generally a bit pricey given its proximity to Disneyland
Own accommodation. Check-in was uncomplicated and simple.
There weren't any blackout curtains for every window.

There is a washing machine which was nice.

There is inconvenience, but there is no problem if it is about one night.
It was close to Maihama station and I could use the nearest convenience store and bus stop. There was shampoo, conditioner, etc. It is a room in an apartment, so it has a homely atmosphere. Because it is unattended, you can enter without worrying about check-out time.
The room is dry. Equipment was old and lacked cleanliness. No amenities like toothbrush or razor.
