I think the reason is that it is a popular hotel and is directly connected to the station, but if the timing is bad, there will be a lot of groups from overseas in front of the front desk. No laundry.

I was more satisfied than I expected.
I am very satisfied because the amenities are solid, the water pressure is good, and the air conditioning can be changed freely. Also, there was a vacancy in the ladies-only floor on the upper floor, so we were upgraded free of charge.
The sound of construction work in the city at night is faint in the middle of the night, but you can hear it. The male staff at the front desk is polite, but there was no smile and it was a little negative impression.

I had a lot of luggage and I was staying with a family member who was not very good at walking, so I preferred a hotel near the station. I chose this. All the staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable. The size of the room is just right, and you can enjoy the night view of Shibuya from the window. I was able to relax. I think it's a hotel that has solid infection control measures.
I didn't use the facial steamer in the room because I was worried about mold.

It was a spacious room with an upgraded room and a table. The bath was large and soaked well, and the dressing space and washstand were spacious, so I was able to use it comfortably. I also appreciate that there was a mirror placed next to the TV.
It was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower, and it did not become lukewarm (or water). Also, I wanted to work at the table, but it was a pity that there was no bright lighting and it was dark.

Convenient and relaxing

Egg dishes for breakfast were delicious! Choose from omelette, fried egg, or scrambled egg. Served with thick cuts, bacon, sausage and French fries. I made an omelet, and it was a really delicious omelet, thank you for the meal! Her daughter came to see us off on her way back to her hometown, but she didn't try to take our order, thank you for your kindness.
I chose this hotel because it was the first hotel for the limousine, but I noticed on the day I stayed that I had to leave an hour earlier than planned because of the corona virus. I had no choice but to go to JR Shibuya Station, but I was at a loss for words when I went up and down the stairs from Mark City to Shibuya Station with a large, heavy carry-on!
