Healing

Onsen is the best.
I think the accommodation fee is high to clean up the sheets and garbage by yourself.

family trip
The food was so delicious! Everyone was happy to eat it. Onsen was also very good! I went in many times and had a relaxing time. I want to come again.

Everyone has different tastes.
It had the atmosphere of a hot spring inn. The room was spacious and clean. There was an open-air bath with free-flowing hot springs. There were new attempts such as a sake bar and a vending tasting corner. There was plenty of parking.
Front staff unfriendly. Although it is a response to the corona disaster, please separate garbage, separate yukata and bedding and bring them to the collection point (optional) A vacuum cleaner was thrown out in the hallway for cleaning after checkout. It was a pity that the feeling of staying at an authentic hot spring inn was brought back to reality. The operating noise of the refrigerator is quite loud.

There were no cosmetics in either the onsen or the bathroom. A pity.

Onsen was good

I booked a Japanese-style room, but the bedding was a bed, so I liked the futon on the tatami mats.

Exceptional
Exceptional onsen (outdoor bath in particular) and excellent dinner and breakfast (quite generous as well). The hotel is a considerable distance from the train station, but the free shuttle makes it easy to get around. The setting is also very pleasant, with a landscape of the surrounding mountains and a small river that crosses the city.

Good food, good hot springs
I liked the hot springs. The amount of hot water is abundant, and it is said that this is free-flowing from the source. There are no noisy tourists from overseas, and the quiet atmosphere is good.
The sound of the refrigerator bothers me at night.

Recommended placement. But it is geared towards Japanese tourism.
Onsen is nice and the surroundings are not bad. The accommodation is ideal if you want to relax. Despite some details, placement is recommended.
There was no air conditioning, the staff claimed that their guests were not hot. The staff does not speak English. We asked for two beds and got two futons. We asked for a shuttle service but they forgot so we had to call the hotel as it can only be reached by car. It seemed that our reservation was not taken into account (despite the fact that the accommodation was paid in advance) It seems that they do not like foreign guests. It focuses on Japanese tourism.

It was nice to have a good time!
The foreign employees are very polite and take care of us with all their might. I was happy!
In the room, there is a face wash set, cotton swabs for makeup, etc. It was good to have overnight goods!
