Facilities in the city, 1 night is recommended
The surrounding scenery was good, and the atmosphere is different at night and in the morning. I didn't make it to the check-in time, but the staff helped me and was very helpful. There is an ashtray right outside the front door
The stairs are narrow, so it may be difficult for children and people with good physiques.

I want to stay here again
Conveniently located near downtown. It was good to be able to use it widely. It was like living at home. Security was perfect with a PIN key. The person in charge was also a good person.
The toilet and bathroom were a little dirty.

I think the location and facilities are good.
Since Gion is close, it was easy to access even on foot. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area and a convenience store is also nearby. The bed is big enough for two adults to sleep.
The tableware provided was dirty, so I washed it before using it. I can't help it because it seems that I'm running a parking lot and an inn with one operation, but the guidance was sloppy.

There is a parking lot introduction next to the inn. In fact, you can't enter the inn unless you go around a little from the parking lot. You can stop until 11:00 the next morning, and you can get in and out, and I think 3000 yen was good for me. Is the entrance about 50 cm square? As soon as I took off my shoes, there was a sofa and TV in a space of about 4 tatami mats. There are plenty of sinks, toilets, and unit showers around it, and the bed is on the second floor, so it's spacious. We felt that our house was enough for 2 adults and 2 elementary school students. The location is more than you can imagine, right behind the downtown area. It was a few minutes walk to Maruyama Park and Yasaka Shrine in the morning. It's a PIN number key, so I didn't have to worry about carrying it around.
As others have written, it's a downtown area, so there are loud voices of drunken people late at night. My house was fine, but maybe some people are interested? It would have been nice if the sound was a little more suppressed because it is a historical building. Maybe because I stayed on a Saturday, I could hear the sounds of karaoke even at 7:00 when I was walking in the morning, and I passed by the hosts. But my home was a place where I thought it would be nice to be taken care of again.

There is an adjacent parking lot, which was very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable for a family of four. In the writing, it was written that it was noisy outside at night, but our family had no problems. It's a downtown area, so if you're nervous... It's worth the money, so I have nothing to complain about.
I was a little worried because the bottom of the front door was broken.

The upper and lower floors are separated, so that those who want to rest first can rest first. Walk for 10 minutes to Dongshan Sanjo. There is a family mart and a 24-hour supermarket. The neighborhood is quiet but easy to find food. It feels like the photo.
Because it’s spring and it’s just getting cold, the heater on the first floor will not work until after it’s turned on. I didn’t know it at first, but I thought it was broken. The stairs are steep and elders should be careful

Easy starting point to Gion at night on foot
Great location, small but clean house. The bedding is the best of our stay in Japan and it should be noted
Some difficulties with recovering keys, but without much consequences. Little contact with the host other than through the Booking app, but that's not a problem either.

The check-in time was until 7 o'clock, but the Haruka train was delayed, so I arrived late, but it was nice to be greeted kindly. When I arrived, the bathroom was not working, but they kindly helped me and fixed it quickly. The bed was wide, so it was nice, and the first floor was also narrow, but it wasn't bad. There were 3 towels and a soap dryer in the bathroom, and it was nice to have various kitchen utensils. Also, since it was deep inside, there was no surrounding noise and I was able to stay comfortably. It seems that it took 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Gion Street, Kawaramachi, and Yasaka Shrine.
When I went with my parents on Friday evening, I thought it would be quiet or touristy because it was Gion Street, but there were many bars around, so I was embarrassed because the atmosphere felt like an entertainment district. The tabletop on the 1st floor was higher than expected, so it was a little uncomfortable, and it was a bit narrow for 4 people to sit around and eat or talk.
