All the staff were kind. It was nice to be so close to Yubatake.
Nothing in particular.
The bathroom and room were clean, and the food was very satisfying. There was also a parking lot near Yubatake.
Nothing in particular.
Good mattress! I was so jealous!
I felt the price was high for a room without meals.
The public bath was clean, and I was able to enjoy the hot water typical of Kusatsu. The guest rooms are clean Japanese-style rooms, and although they are a little old, you can feel the atmosphere. The food is satisfying both in the evening and in the morning.
I feel that the lobby could be made a little more comfortable.
The service was very polite and I was able to spend comfortably.
I didn't think it was very good that the way to the parking lot was narrow, and the parking lot itself was narrow + the slope was steep.
He helped me shovel the snow when I got out of the car. They ignored me until I asked. In the first place, the inn that moved the car to such a place is bad.
The bath I was looking forward to was full of mold on the faucet, walls, and ceiling The passage to the open-air bath is long and cold and I feel like I'm going to die. I ran naked. Doesn't respond to additional requests or problems They don't even consider whether it's according to the manual The futon can still be laid out in terms of space, but a 5-year-old child is treated as a co-sleeper and there is no futon. I was single and slept together. The other guest rooms were empty, so even though there should be extra futons, a set of futons was taken out from the closet. No service mind
The meal was great.
I was very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast.
nothing special
Employees are very nice. The bath is clean and the hot spring is great. The hot water is good even if you don't go to the hot spring outside. The food is very good. A seasoning that I have never eaten before (the soup stock is wonderful). was delicious. I had a relaxing time. If you go to Kusatsu Onsen, this is the ryokan you want to visit again.
is not.
Everyone is nice and kind. Young people also did well. Hot water is very good. I will go again.
I don't think so.
The futon was comfortable. The food was delicious. It was nice to be able to adjust the temperature of the shower in the bathroom. It was nice to be able to enjoy nature in the private bath.
I wanted you to disinfect the slippers once. The hot water in the public bath was not very warm. A little hotter is better. I wanted you to secure more inventory of the number of items in the souvenir shop.
I was wondering what to do when I found out that my child's meal was not included, but I was saved by being able to prepare a simple meal at a reasonable price. You were very polite.
I may have missed confirmation, but I didn't know at the time of booking that the child's meal was not included, so I would like it to be written so that I can understand it. (Isn't it a site problem, not an inn?)
The service from all staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but it was a great trip thanks to the kindness of everyone at Kanemidori. thank you very much. Both my father-in-law and great-grandmother were big fans of Midori Kane, and I used it several times with my children. No matter when you visit, the same hospitality and thoughtfulness Way to go. At breakfast, the customer service of the man who called out to me was very pleasant, and the delicious breakfast was even more delicious. Also, in the conversation, I was able to hear that the employees are also very important, and everyone's "wonderful reception" I had a feeling it was coming from here. This time it was a trip for two couples, but next time I will visit with my children and mother. Thank you
is not.
The staff was nice and the service was polite. The breakfast was delicious, the hot spring was spacious and comfortable, and it was a wonderful trip. The private bath was also nice and tasteful. It was nice to be able to choose my favorite yukata! Thank you for clearing the snow from my car on a snowy day!
The person who showed me to the room and the person who served dinner were the same person. She was a very smiling woman and the customer service was wonderful. The men were also very nice to serve customers. The person who came to breakfast was young, but nice. The car attendant was also great. Even though you were busy, it was really wonderful that you came out of your room to say hello while you were making your bed in the morning. thank you very much. My husband is a picky eater, but it was delicious. Thank you very much 😊 Onsen was also good.
The person who responded to the check-out was a woman with a slightly unfriendly impression compared to everyone else. I'm busy, so I can't help it.
The care and hospitality was excellent.
The breakfast was delicious.
The breakfast was Japanese and was very luxurious. The atmosphere and the staff's response were also wonderful.
The meaning of the word "old heart" really touched my heart. I would like to use your precious words and take care of you again.
nothing special.
I chose the plan with breakfast. I was able to spend a comfortable time during my stay with a more luxurious breakfast than I imagined, a clean room, and hospitality with just the right sense of distance. In addition, we want to use by all means!
none
The hotel is not big, there are hot springs in the hotel, and the service is first-class. The meal package is rich. The hotel is very close to the fine soup.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
Yukata looks old.
We had two meals, both of which were very delicious with a lot of ingenuity, mainly using local ingredients. The bath was hot and my body felt warm and comfortable. The staff was very polite as well. Cospa was also good, so I am very satisfied.
is not.
The room, bathroom and dining area are very nice and clean. The food is very delicious. Hot water is the best.
Only the toilet seat was cold.
The amount of breakfast and the gorgeous appearance made me feel excited from the morning.
When I pushed to use the lotion emulsion in the large public bath, it didn't come out where I thought it would.
Food was great!
The meal exceeded my expectations. Starting with an explanation of the menu, we received guidance on how to eat the seasonal ingredients carefully. I was very satisfied with the chef's attention to detail, such as the taste, color, and vessel. The amount of each item seems small, but there are many items, and when you eat one after another, you will be full before you know it. It was about In addition to the amenities in the room where I stayed, the men's and women's baths and other places in the hotel were well-arranged, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. (In addition to preparing the bed, a set of cold water pots is prepared separately from the preparation of hot water pots, etc...) I would definitely like to stay again.
The only drawback is that the surrounding roads are narrow, so I felt that I needed to be careful when visiting with a large car. However, once you reach the front of the inn, the staff will guide you appropriately, so you don't have to worry too much.
They have a wonderful and beautiful public onsen in the hotel, like all men on one side and women on the other. But if you go as a couple and want to enjoy onsen together, they have 2 paid ones, beautiful and very good. The room expands with very comfortable futons. The restaurant staff is super nice. The full Asian breakfast has no western option, quite an experience.
The bathroom in the room is in urgent need of refurbishment. It's very dated and the bath/shower is a bit rough. Staff don't speak English, they know 4 honest words.
It was a wonderful ryokan full of "hospitality" spirit, with attention to detail.
Not
When I went out, I was able to borrow a towel for the footbath. The room was spacious and clean. The response was kind and not too excessive. The breakfast was as good as it gets and was very tasty.
Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I enjoyed it with my eyes, calm down and enjoyed it slowly. It was also a celebration of my mother's 70th birthday, but she prepared red rice and sea bream as a surprise. My mother was delighted too. The room was spacious and calm, and I was able to relax. Onsen was good too. The staff seemed friendly too. In addition, it was a ryokan that I would like to stay at.
When I arrived by car, the male attendant who guided me to the reception was unfriendly. Since this is just the beginning of our stay, I would have been happy if the atmosphere was a little more welcoming.
Both breakfast and dinner were great in volume and taste. Also, the response from the staff was wonderful.
Damage to the seat of the chair and stains on the ceiling. But it's a great place to stay.
Customer service was good
The breakfast was really delicious. The taste, quantity, number of items, and the service of the staff at the dining room in the morning were the best. I would have liked to try this for dinner.
The customer service attitude of the front desk, the person who spoke for the first time after arriving was arrogant.
The hot spring was good and it was close to the center and I was able to relax
nothing special
The customer service is very good. I also found the food to be very delicious.
I didn't feel anything.
Food was good. I was able to enjoy the ingredients, as well as the presentation and seasoning of the ingredients. I was able to spend a quiet and calm time at the table seat, with a sufficient distance from the presence. The bath temperature check was well done. I was able to enjoy "Kusatsu no Yu" because the open-air bath uses Bandai and the indoor bath uses Yubatake.
There are no downsides. No matter how much you think about it, it won't come out.
We had dinner and breakfast and they were very delicious. In addition, I had a good impression of the staff's response. Staff in training, please do your best to learn from senior staff in the future.
The hotel is well located with good amenities. Ideal to enjoy an onsen. There are two restaurants there with very good reviews.
Difficulty communicating (due to language) with staff.
breakfast was delicious bed not used
The futon in the Japanese-style room was small
Absolutely traditional Japanese ryokan (inn) - extremely polite staff and excellent cuisine. Private onsen bath (can also be ordered separately upon request and at an additional cost).
A basic knowledge of Japanese is absolutely helpful (almost essential) - however upon check-in you are again informed that the staff does not speak English.
The food was great, the onsen is small but we found it empty so it was very nice and cozy. The staff were very friendly, the girl who accompanied us was very friendly and we understood each other perfectly, although communication in English was not ideal.
There are parts that look very old.
breakfast was delicious Employees were kinder Onsen was very good
It was a pity that the TV was not working well
