perhaps to review the policy of prices and services offered
the rooms are comfortable and clean, the structure is really very nice, but …
the prices of the restaurant are out of place, a 4-star cannot include at least 1 bottle of water even at room temperature, the TV (at least the one in my room) was perhaps 2-star. the prices are really excessive.

Interesting and clean hotel
Comfortable large bed more than two squares, very clean room as a hotel in general, breakfast full of everything arranged in order, friendly staff. The ground floor room is comfortable and the rear entrance is ideal if you have a dog.

One night in a nice hotel!
I stayed in this hotel with my partner for one night and I had a great time! The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful and the guys at the reception were very nice and kind! Unfortunately, being surrounded by the meadows of the Po valley, in the first room where we stayed we found some bugs in the curtains. We reported the problem to reception and the staff quickly found us a new room even though the hotel was full and they had to manage the many arrivals! I understand you can't control bed bugs as well and the rooms are very clean anyway

Amazing
Beautiful structure, clean, tidy and quiet. Relaxing, fresh and lively atmosphere. Very large free outdoor parking, super courteous and helpful staff.
The only drawback, but absolutely subjective and which does not influence this evaluation, are the fairly stiff mattresses.

Modern and beautiful between the countryside and industrial area.
This is a nice modern hotel off the beaten path. Comfortable to arrive with the car and park quietly. I would give it a better rating if it weren't for the fact that it was only after making the reservation that we found out that the entire Spa area was out of service. We had chosen that hotel just because it had a pool and Spa. At least the restaurant was very good and all the employees very nice. The beds very comfortable.
That the pool was out of service and when making the reservation we were not informed. We found out later when we could no longer cancel. I would have liked to receive a little detail for the displeasure of not being able to use the services.

Typical business hotel on the sides of the Transpolesana. New and modern structure, clean and in excellent condition; friendly and courteous staff and clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Beautiful and modern establishment. Large and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.
Carpet in the room. Unfortunately, it is inevitable that a maximum of a couple of years immediately there is a feeling of dirt and old age. If it were replaced with a wood effect tile, it would immediately receive the effect of cleaning and caring for the structure. Location: in the center of the industrial zone. It is clear that the overall affordable price of such a beautiful structure depends on this location, but we regret this “cathedral in the desert” effect.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired as well as the kindness or training of the waiters in the restaurant and bar. A small note: the lack of a bartender (even a beginner).

Nice and modern establishment. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are correct. Pleasant access to the pool is included in the room rate.
Location in the center of the industrial zone and on the edge of 2 times 2 lanes. Soundproofing remained correct, despite the location of the room on the side of the road, with the windows closed. Several options for where to dine if you don't drive a few miles and only one restaurant out of 2 is open at the hotel. We were once denied access to the pool due to its privatization for a group of persons, it is a pity that we were not informed.

Location: within the industrial area, no attractions within a radius of 50 km. Practical only if you are driving north (Verona) in the Polesina area.

excellent hotel
Possibility to park the car in front of the room!! so practical it's great spacious room with big shower very nice staff and speaks french location next to the highway, very comfortable, you can't hear it at all!!
having to book to go to the pool and only open at 3:30pm i would say that is a major minus because we would like to go there as we see fit rather meager breakfast not much choice

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very varied and rich, delicious fruit salad! the bed is very comfortable and very quiet!
that there was no iron in the rooms… there was only dry cleaning and in the mornings…

Great solution for a leg of the route
The hotel is modern, the room was very large with a large double bed. The bathroom was big too. Everything is neat and clean, aesthetically pleasing.
Continental breakfast could have been more varied, perhaps with some local produce even if still enough. There is carpet in the rooms... The location of the hotel is rather poor, in the middle of an industrial area. Convenient as a stopover and refreshment.

I would plant some greens. Some plants, in my opinion, are too few for a building with such potential. Maybe a little more isolate the rooms located towards the ring road.

Cozy and elegant structure
We really appreciate the courtesy of the staff (both at the reception and in the breakfast room). The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality and the facility was very clean. we will definitely be back :)
A seating area where you basically couldn't relax because there were swimming lessons in the pool and curtains in the room that didn't block out the light so it was hard to sleep.

Unfortunately no longer an option if you prefer a good restaurant
The breakfast is very well stocked by Italian standards. Upon request they brought a fresh cappuccino.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, in an industrial area. The own restaurant was one of the reasons we booked here (several times and over several years). We didn't want to go elsewhere in the evening. Now the concept has changed and two restaurants have appeared. The menu (30 euros) in the hotel restaurant was a disaster. I have never eaten so badly and without love in Italy. The former restaurant is said to have been turned into a star restaurant. I doubt that investing in a dish worth more than 40 euros is a good idea. The dining room was fully decorated and everyone seemed to be trying rather than being well versed. We hardly saw any visitors, a very bad sign for a Saturday evening. We will no longer book the hotel for the reasons stated. It's a shame because the rooms are ok.

4 stars you deserve
Structure: new, welcoming despite its size, well heated (temperature was perfect) Room: large, comfortable, with a very nice, large and livable bathroom. Furniture: new and in excellent condition, very comfortable mattress, closet with enough hangers. Breakfast: fresh and plentiful
Wi-Fi: very slow, almost unusable.

Nice business hotel. Clean, standard, impersonal, nothing surprising.
Finding a hotel in an industrial area is not an easy task. The key card must open the entrance to the house in the evening. However, the entrance gate to the living area did not have a card reader to open the gate. Ouch! Fortunately, a hotel employee opened the gate for us. Otherwise we would have to camp on the street in front of the hotel.

Wonderful holiday
Stunning house in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. We had a modern, bright and spacious double room with a large and comfortable bathroom. Attentive and polite staff: when requesting a room with a bath, they were happy to accommodate us. Sweet and savory breakfast buffet to suit all tastes, full of fresh ingredients and dining room available.

Fantastic new year
The staff were very friendly and helpful, from receptionist to waiter and manager. The hotel is clean, tidy and the lobby was also divinely decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and large. Fantastic breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Great room with every comfort, fantastic bed. Friendly, efficient and trained staff.
The sauna next to the pool, which is often visited by children, is therefore not relaxing at all !! Of the 2 hours spent in the wellness area for almost an hour, I did not have the opportunity to use a sun lounger. You need more control in the sauna area, I couldn't believe my eyes to see people entering and sitting without using a towel, I close one eye to using swimwear, but seeing people sweating right on the wooden benches is not very hygienic. The dinner also caused us unpleasant inconveniences. Live music is played here on Saturdays, so a reduced menu is available in the kitchen. Too bad, because the little we tried was excellent.

Hospitality is everything. When I walk into a hotel and find smiles, squeamishness and discernment, I am already so happy. Enzo at the front desk was perfect. I used the pool and in this case the contact with the staff was great. The same is with the restaurant (by the way, also excellent dishes) and breakfast. Very neat design, very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back

A demanding, comfortable hotel
A beautiful, new hotel, demanding in every way. Free parking, super comfortable beds, spacious spaces, friendly staff. Easy access to Verona, Ferrara... It is in a calm, quiet place.
The only negative is that it is in an industrial zone, so its location is not the most beautiful. It is surrounded by warehouses.

The swimming pool and the entire wellness center should be maintained in the best possible condition by removing rusty metal furniture and placing plastic equipment for public swimming pools in an invisible area. Perhaps the whole area would benefit from more exclusive use.
