Relaxing week surrounded by olive trees.
The structure is well kept and clean. Great location, close to the sea, but at the same time very quiet. Large and comfortable rooms that do not need air conditioning because they are very cool. Spacious and landscaped outdoor area.
The only drawback of this village is the animation, which is practically non-existent, even if the main animator, Francisco, does his best. Perhaps if he had a few more co-authors, it would be better. Everything else is ok

Too much extra cost
Beautiful location, close to the beaches, swimming pool in the facility. Each cottage has a terrace with a table and chairs.
Starting with the service, long waiting for check-in, in the meantime the lady was talking on the phone then with other people. Nobody speaks English. A lot of bureaucracy and filling in some receipts, checking the passports of travelers. City tax had to be paid immediately. Upon reaching the cottage, it turned out that there are no bed linen and towels, for which there is an additional fee!!! Which was not mentioned in the booking. I had to ask booking interventions and finally we got bedding. The extra charge was air conditioning, another 50 eur, and swimming caps. The swimming pool is very beautiful, but it is open only in certain hours: from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00

Just like I wanted!!!
Perfect location, also thanks to the shuttle to the beach, which was a maximum of 5 minutes walk!. Great hosts, like family. MAXIMUM availability and friendliness!!!! Beautiful pool! Evening shows even during the non-animation period
Upgrading the interior finishes... but absolutely nothing that could affect the high quality of the stay!

Relax and cool off
Essential structure. Convenient to the beach and close to great restaurants. Good swimming pool. The breezy location on the hills under olive trees and sea pines allows you to enjoy pleasant coolness and, during less crowded periods, a relaxing silence interrupted only by the sounds of nature.

The pool is very beautiful and the free beach is just a short walk away. The village is surrounded by greenery. Vieste can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The animation boys (Davide and Francesco) are nice and friendly. You can eat well in the restaurant. In general, everyone is very kind and attentive.

A very well maintained village, immersed in a pine forest, with all the amenities. 5 minutes drive from Vieste, in a quiet but well-maintained area. The sea is opposite the village, a small but very beautiful bay. Clean sea (fish, shells, hermit crabs ...), low and child-friendly.
Unfriendly and unfriendly staff. There is practically no animation. The animators were nice, but there was nothing structured and organized.

The owners Martino, Lucrezia and Giuseppe are very kind and helpful. Cool and comfortable bungalow, a stone's throw from the beach, stunning pool and jacuzzi. Gianluca's pizza is very good and the food is great. Courageous also Valeria and Martina for their attention to our needs and all the staff; what can I say in more detail .... One hundred percent satisfied.

Welcome and friendliness, these are real brick-built villas, fresh, clean, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen followed by a private veranda, the ability to do laundry outside and a barbecue ... what more do you want? we were in September, there was a spectacle of coolness in the villas, there was air conditioning, but there was enough natural ventilation, because the houses are located under the pine trees and on a small hill, and then on the sea? just a step ........ exactly 5 minutes walk one of the most beautiful places, don't you like the sandy beach? Well, do you miss a lot of rock ??? there is a promontory with a magnificent overflow among the most historic Gargano. with small meadows overlooking the sea ... isn't that enough? The village of Mascia offered us free use of the pool: beautiful, panoramic, elegant and jacuzzi at no extra cost ........ in short, you understand paradise ...... doctor maximum

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The bungalows are cool thanks to the pine forest they are immersed in.
Inside the bungalow, we found a real infestation of ants ... even inside the refrigerator. The furnishings are in need of renovation.

Good
The structure is not new, but well thought out. It stretches across different levels, such as terraces, and each has living quarters. In the center between the base and the top is the direction, there should be a restaurant and a market. The beautiful pool is located at the top of the structure, so if you are a guest in the first rooms, you will have to walk a little near the entrance, but you are very close to the sea. It's very cool in the pine forest, and we didn't need an air conditioner. Of course, the structure is surrounded by nature, so you have to be a bird lover, there are a lot of them, from pigeons to crows, and insects to take into account, and I don't mean mosquitoes !! The accommodation is clean if a little dated. The owners were very nice and helpful. Hot croissants and coffee in the morning. However, to get to Vieste and do some shopping, you have to use a car.
There is almost no animation in the structure and due to Covid the restaurant is closed, as is the market. There are 4 beaches on the clean beach, but it is short and if you like long walks along the coast you might be disappointed.

Closeness to the beach. Excellent location and clean and warm sea. It was a real pleasure to immerse yourself in this natural environment. Always fresh and almost never stuffy.
Slightly outdated objects in need of renovation. Quite noisy place.

Family atmosphere
The tranquility, the proximity to the sea, the fact that it was all covered with vegetation, especially the courtesy, very sweet mother Mrs. bar. The animation is never intrusive, they have always organized fun and engaging activities, especially the good Sponge that doesn't drink but fills you with empathy.
Climb - up the stairs, after 2 weeks of climbing and descending you have good legs, it was good for all of us.

We stayed for a week with our 3 year old daughter, the village is great location and perfect for kids. 100 meters from the sea, swimming pool, excellent cuisine, hospitable staff, ready to meet your needs. Clean, neat
