Comfortable family stay
The location is very convenient - vaporetto in front of the house - large apartment - very kind and helpful host - apartment equipped with all comforts
All good - slightly retro furniture but nice large comfortable rooms.

Perfect property for a short holiday with your dog in Venice.
The location is ideal for dog owners. Small courtyard, large meadows in the neighborhood. Contact with the owner without any problems. 2 minutes to the vaporetto. Cozy living room. Sufficiently equipped kitchen. It was very pleasant that the apartment was already heated upon arrival.
There weren't enough towels. The wooden bed should be replaced. A few German-language books in the otherwise very well stocked bookcase would have been nice, and a pen and some paper would have been nice too.

Have a nice holiday.
Everything very uncomplicated, Franco always answers very quickly. Ideal with a dog (stone floors, no carpets) and direct access to your own garden. Perfect location with park and sea views. Very quiet, no neighbor noise.
The kitchen utensils are a bit economical if you want to cook yourself (a new pan and a larger saucepan would be nice)

Very pleasant stay and to be repeated soon
Great location, next to the Biennale gardens and in a quiet location for chaotic Venice. The garden is useful for my dog. In addition, the house is super comfortable and very clean. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Relaxed stay right next to the Giardini.
The accommodation is perfectly located for visiting the Biennale. In addition, the area is very quiet, with a beautiful view of the lagoon through trees. There are also shops for breakfast in the immediate vicinity. You have the feeling of experiencing a bit of real life in Venice. The landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We found space there with two families! Perfect stay!

Pleasure.
Quiet and pleasant place, opposite the vaporetto stop. Spacious apartment with a living room that can turn into a practical office. The table and chairs in the yard were valued for breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage at the entrance upon arrival until one o'clock.
Information about the garbage cans arrived too late. City tax reminder that may have come the day before departure The stove needs to be changed in the kitchen. And there is not enough iron and ironing board (during the festival!).

Great stay for multiple people.
The accommodation was very well equipped. Great beds, washing machine with detergent, dishwasher with tablets. In other words, a complete home.

Ideal for families
Clean and comfortable house with a nearby park equipped for children. The Biennale is just a stone's throw away. There is also a pharmacy, a restaurant and a grocery store within 100 meters. The vaporetto stop (S.Elena) is 150 meters away. An ideal home for families with children who want to visit Venice.

Quiet apartment in an ideal location in Castello
The fully equipped apartments are located in a very quiet residential area, just 100 meters from the nearest vaporetto stop. Thanks to the convenient transport location, you can quickly get to all parts of the city and not end up in a tourist-crowded region. The small courtyard garden is ideal for breakfast. Those who love the charm of Venice will also appreciate the somewhat old-fashioned ambiance of the apartment. Air conditioning and very good dimming options will allow you to sleep peacefully and peacefully!

EVERYTHING IS FINE
Very good value for money. Spacious rooms and no problem to pick up the keys in the box, which the owner will tell you perfectly where he is, everything is very fast. Near the vaporetto boat stop.
Nice location but not perfect. You need to walk about 15-20 minutes to reach San Marcos Square.

Very clean, well organized! Ideally located family home. Excellent infrastructure in the immediate vicinity (bakery, fruit shop, etc.), as well as a vaporetto station and even a playground in the immediate vicinity. Everything worked great, the owner was very welcoming and always available. We were very happy and would like to come back any time.

Nice and comfortable, like this is my home.
The building is equipped with all the amenities and tools for cooking and cleaning. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, located in a very quiet area and served by numerous ferries right in front of the house. Great for those attending the Giardini di Castello Biennale.

Great location in a fantastic area, beautiful Venetian apartment with lots of space and a nice courtyard garden, fantastic! An ideal place to have peace and quiet from mass tourism, yet only 15-20 minutes from Piazza San Marco .. Absolutely the best location, absolutely recommended! Very, very nice host, very helpful and uncomplicated processing .. I cannot imagine another or better apartment and place for a pleasant stay in Venice, if it were possible I would give 100 points! Grazie Franco !!

Very large house and one step from the vaporetto stop. Quiet and very green area
A few days ago, on the phone with the owner, he advised me to have a queen size sofa bed which was a bit small (in the booking it should have been a double). I ask for measurements, and they answer me: “I take a measuring tape because I don’t know ... here, measure a meter” ....... then I will add a clamshell! "!?! He wrote me an email just after the end of the stay (and before this review), apologizing and saying that the sofa bed would be changed. Ah, meeting at 18:00, I got 10 calls before arrival
