Highly Recommended. We will definitely be back!
From the first contact with the landlords, the description of how to get there, the location, due equipment, everything was very good. Many interesting shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Vaporetto stop 3 minutes from the apartment.
I would have liked one or two more towels. The toilet squeaks a bit worryingly when you sit on it... According to the landlady, this is completely normal 😀

Unforgettable experience
The terrace is incredible! We enjoyed wonderful hours there. The apartment is lovingly furnished. You can find everything you need. Shops and attractions are just around the corner. The service was perfect - everything was easy to find from the descriptions and the airport transfer was very well organized. Questions were answered immediately, even in the sun. We can fully recommend this accommodation. And we would like to return.
There is nothing to criticize.

Very nice
Ideal location in the center of Venice. Beautiful terrace right on the Grand Canal. Beautiful apartment and well equipped. It was very quiet inside, the windows were closed, the noise and bustle from outside was not heard. Very comfortable bed although only about 160 wide. Would have liked to have stayed longer but it was only 2 nights. I will definitely return.

perfection
The apartment is right on the Grand Canal and has a small terrace that you can use. you have a great view of the gondoliers and the Venice market. The Rialto Bridge is about 7 minutes "around the corner".
pillows could be a little softer. but really everything was perfect.

The best location in Venice!!
Carolina (Grimaldi Agency) contacted us before our arrival and told us the best way to get to the apartment, at the agreed time Carolina was already waiting for us at the vaporetto station and escorted us to the apartment, the transfer was very fast and was perfectly organized, we received from her interesting information and tips about restaurants and places of interest in Venice. The apartment with a relatively large terrace is located right on the "Grand Canal" and you can almost soak up the atmosphere of Venice... just great. We put 11 out of 10 points!!

Great location, this is pure Venice. From the terrace, you can experience the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal up close. The apartment is very functional, the bed is good. Breakfast options a few meters from the apartment. There are many restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back.
