The high price level (SEK 17,000/v) certainly does not outweigh what you got for the money.
Fantastic location - right in the center of Tropea, with a roof terrace overlooking both the city, the mountains behind and the sea. However, the roof terrace was only reached via one large and two smaller spiral staircases. It was also not furnished. However, Marije, the hostess, was nice and accommodating.
The air conditioning was only in the two larger bedrooms. in the kitchen/living room as well as in the small bedroom there were fans, but these did not provide much cooling so cooking was sweaty to say the least and sleeping in the small bedroom was very hot even though we followed the hostess's instructions. The kitchen was also not equipped at the level of the price, everything was missing from glasses for all 5 guests, wine glasses (however, the glasses were delivered when we asked for them), not even a frying pan, non-functioning kettle, no toaster, no oven, no microwave …. the hose to the gas seemed to be leaking which we pointed out to the hostess which we hope was fixed until the next guest arrived.

Welcome to Tropea!
Great location for this apartment with a terrace with breathtaking views. Good reception and good explanations.
I warn you right away, the apartment is located on the second floor in an old palace of the 16th century, so you should not have any problems with moving up the stairs.

Little service.
In the heart of the village of Tropea, fast and helpful check-in and check-out.
Lack of maintenance...enough cleaning, we had to clean up, the air conditioning in the master bedroom didn't work well and both splits were dumping water onto the terrace which was therefore always damp...the entrance hall in a 16th century building full of rubbish.

Top holiday
The area in which the house is located is excellent, spacious, clean and functional, close to the course and services of the center of Tropea, bars, ice cream parlors, tobacco shops, restaurants, one of which is located under the building, not far from the descent to the sea.

You always return to where you were good! (Exceptionally good) The apartment is highly recommended! The friendliness of the host Mary who greeted us is unmatched. She gave us exact directions on where to park, escorted us, explained everything about accommodation and made herself available for any of our needs. A unique person! Accommodation in the center, spacious and ideal for 5 people; a terrace overlooking the entire historical center and the sea, the strength of the design, left us speechless. Very short distance from the sea and shops with basic necessities. In short, we could not have dreamed better! If you want to enjoy Tropea, this is the perfect place for a group of friends and families! We will definitely be back!

Amazing
The apartment is impressive: spacious, bright, comfortable and with all the amenities. It is located in the historic center of Tropea, surrounded by restaurants and shops and a 1-minute walk from the stairs to the beach. The hostess is friendly and helpful and helped make our stay perfect. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the old town in Tropea
The roof terrace overlooking Stromboli is amazing. The apartment in a Renaissance palace is idyllically located in the center of the old town.
The plumbing facilities are not working properly.

Ideally located!
The apartment is very well located. It is in the heart of the old town, all restaurants, ice cream parlors, all shops are at the foot of the building. A staircase (steep!) At the end of the square leads down to the beach, you will be there in just 10 minutes. The apartment is very well decorated, very comfortable and the rooftop sunset is great.
Obviously, you cannot park in the old town, so the parking is a bit far away. Please note that some parking spaces are paid and others (across the street) are free and you can leave your car there for the duration of your stay.
