Comfortable but poorly equipped room, only 2 hangers in the wardrobe, there was no trousers. Found remains of brioche in the drawer. Insufficient support surfaces especially in the bathroom without bidet and with very small shower. External noises and voices were clearly perceived.

Bedroom window not closing. Everything works by code. I saw absolutely no one. The shower was really limited from an operational point of view (tiny, random hot water cold water). The code to enter the room did not work correctly.

During the stay, personal effects were stolen from the private bathroom, it was impossible to contact the manager until the evening before departure after two reminders from booking. Part of the personal effects reappeared only after a request for compensation (not complied with).

I ran into problems starting with no one responding to my messages. We entered the door thanks to the gentleman who lives there. In addition, the bathroom door did not close from the outside, only inside, the floor in the shower was damaged, the toilet paper was already open, there was no bidet. The door to the bedroom could not be closed properly from the inside.

Registration was a disaster. Communication with the landlord through the intercom and by phone is difficult to understand. Housing then was in another place. 50 meters down the street and across the street on the 4th floor. Attention when booking: house number 13 or 14!? The lift was not working on the day of arrival. the bed was bad. Noise from 6am as the property seems to be used mostly by workers. Very noisy accommodation. The electrical installation is extremely sloppy, even by Italian standards. Danger!

Contactless accommodation had its big flaws. The codes on the handles from the room were difficult to enter because the handles were loose and did not switch. It would be better to install fixed button boxes on the wall. The windows facing the rather noisy street, the balancing of waste containers at night was also disturbing. Very narrow and demanding entrance to the shower corner - 30 cm. An unnecessarily complicated multifunctional shower.

Very uncomfortable bed, very hard mattress, I didn't sleep well. My bathroom (B as listed) was closed and I had to use a different one, resulting in my entire hallway sharing the same bathroom which was dirty. There was absolutely no field in the room and I wasn't given the wifi password. By improving these things, the structure can become good, especially considering that the price-location ratio is ok.

The hotel operates a so-called "contactless" check-in/out, which means that if you have questions or need anything, no one will be available. As soon as you enter the building, you have to contend with thin numerical codes on equally thin consoles that open doors (if they even work). To get into the room, you need to memorize three different codes; It is better to always have a mobile phone with you - even in the toilet. Speaking of the toilet, this was the only accommodation so far where I had to buy toilet paper myself, because it was always available and apparently no one from the staff takes care of it, except for the morning cleaning of the bathroom (?), where only one roll has always been delivered. Absolutely useless quality, by the way. You can imagine what it means when four or five people share a bathroom/toilet. Of course, with a budget choice, you should not count on a 5-star hotel. But I'm definitely not going back here. It is better to spend a few euros more than to endure this inconvenience.

I know that Guerrero Rooms has several apartments, maybe I was unlucky. The one I was in was ancient in many ways. Outdated furniture, old poorly closing doors and windows, lack of keys to outside bathrooms, which some inattentive guest used to their liking, no sockets in the room near the beds, the only light with a switch to the side of the bed, a huge TV but not updated to current standards where only three channels were visible, and so on and so forth. The common area has a fridge (which I didn't find very clean), a kettle and a pod coffee machine, but bring everything from home, there isn't even a skraus tea bag to welcome you. I never met the staff, everything was done via whatsapp and even the receipt was sent - at my request, they didn't send it to me, but - via email. Restaurant flyers are everywhere, but to find out the Wi-Fi password, you have to write them down. In short, this "secure" remote control is interesting, but it also creates problems. Except for the location, for what I needed it was great, but other than that I don't really understand how it has such a high rating.

Entry codes were not completed (1 phone call); the room was cold; the bed with synthetic sheets and different pillowcases didn't feel clean (3/4 rings) there was only a light synthetic bedspread. Despite calls and disputes, they heated the room and changed the bed. The structure is exemplary: the windows cannot be blacked out (only a light curtain) and electrical wires with unreliable connections.

Bad room bordering on dilapidated. Old crooked doors that won't close vertically with an unlikely automatic mechanism, tiny bathroom and sink with dirt attached to the faucet, complete absence of a conversation partner, fragmentary, vague and late available information, nighttime noises of all kinds with disrespect for those who tried fall asleep, with a guy who was coughing and spitting in the shared bathroom for both of them choking all night long. Nightmare. Now even Booking is not synonymous with quality, because it is clear that there is no control over the rooms that are taken into management. All in all, a very disappointing place.

The shower is a bit narrow: barely 30 cm to get in and out of the shower... Comfortable bed, but a bit noisy. No duvet, only sheets. In general, for two, a week, with a private bathroom, 300 € is really the best. Provide ear plugs for light sleepers (noise from the street).

The house is located in a very beautiful historical building, but the parquet floors and doors creak a lot, so we were always afraid to disturb the guests of neighboring rooms every time we went to the bathroom, since the bathroom is outside the room. . Also, the bathroom, even though it is private, does not have a foreign key that effectively makes it private, but anyone can access it.

The (shared) bathroom didn't seem to have been cleaned during the day and dirt had accumulated in it. The staff entered the room during the day without cleaning or changing the towels, leaving the door open when leaving, putting all the things we had left in the room at risk. Electronic locks are effective, but not too intuitive, they work a little "jerky".

I would have preferred more attention to the cleanliness of the room. The (private) bathroom left a lot to be desired as the shower was very small and the sliding door was pushed to the side. There is no bidet. The French bed is too small for two. The sheets were somewhat old and full of fluff.

Modest room, broken bed, very uncomfortable and provided with only a sheet and a small blanket, completely inadequate to keep warm at night because, besides, the room was quite cold. Poor cleaning: found leftover shower gel from previous guests behind the shower and a lot of dust under the bed. Also the towels smelled. We knew that given the price we would be staying at a modest property but we never expected such poor service. For the same price, there are much better alternatives in Trieste.

The cleanliness of the room was optimal, the fridge in the common room was dirty, the amount of dirt was exaggerated and the freezer was full of ice (hadn't been defrosted in months). Also in the room there was only a container of hand soap, no shampoo, no set of shower gel.

The front door to the room is an ordinary door with glass and a curtain so as not to see yourself inside, the lock is half broken. Very small bathroom (large person can't get in), towels brought in after we complained (apparently there was no soap, no shampoo, no shower gel!!). After several requests, at 19.00 we were told how to turn on the heating (the ignition panel is outside the room and instructions were given to us by phone !!!!) In the bed over the sheets there was a blanket like a blanket (we are talking about November 20). The guy at the front desk let us know that for 50 euros a night you can't expect more......

The room costs from €50 to €120 I think depending on the season. We spent 120€ without breakfast and parking for a small room, with old sheets (not even a mattress topper), furnished to a bare minimum, bed without headboard, door a bit broken, inside dirty with neon lights. A room on the street with a view of the scavengers. Bad value for money.

The building is in a state of disrepair, the air conditioning did not work, the hair dryer did not work, the window in the bedroom was broken. In the common area, the coffee and soft drink machine is empty and off, no alternatives at all. The bathroom on the floor is a nightmare. Tiny, without shelves and hooks for towels and clothes, poorly working shower, insufficient exhaust. The sink is unusable except for brushing your teeth. Stayed for two nights, the room was not renovated after the first night. All for €130 per night, payable in advance. Stay away !!!!

Dark bathroom with a very small shower, which, moreover, did not drain (had to intervene with something like a suction cup - no one noticed when cleaning? Was it cleaned at that moment?) Not even a plastic cup to rinse your teeth. Bedside table lamp (one for double bed only) with graveyard light. And best of all, around midnight the lights went out, and only the one in the bathroom remained on. So there is no air conditioning, no fan, no light on the bedside table. The owner was immediately notified via whatsapp, I never got a call, not even an apology. No refrigerator or safe. All for a modest sum of 120 euros, which is the average price of a room in a three-star hotel (the price I pay tonight in Cividale and tomorrow in Tarvisio, I did not invent). Shame I don't know how it can have a 7.4 rating on the booking

Not very good was not very good comfort as the bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work. It was very noisy at night, which is also not very pleasant.

Dirty we arrived and the room door was broken so we had to go out to turn around with the door open leaving our stuff there (cmq they came to fix it after two hours). The AC was on max and you don't have a remote to set the temperature, they turn it off at night so it was incredibly hot! The shared bathroom was very dirty (every time the staff still had to walk around to sanitize it or at least put toilet paper on it)... I'm sorry, but someone on vacation shouldn't have these inconveniences...

For breakfast, I mean pay machine (food place was empty for drinks, don't know why we didn't use it), there was also a fridge, but with open things inside (no indication). We didn't see anyone when we checked in or when we left. It wasn't spotless, the shared bathroom had hair in the shower and the mattress in the bedroom was stained (as was one of the included towels). Also, the pillows were unusable because they were exaggeratedly high. There was air conditioning but no remote control so we kept the windows open due to the heat. Being on a very busy street at night it was very difficult to sleep, the room itself is not sound proof because being next to the bathroom you could hear the people inside.

Foggy entrance, couldn't get in and had to wait 10 minutes with all the suitcases outside. The room was dirty, the sheets were smelly. The bathroom is also dirty and shared.

Nice room but needs more attention and also common areas. There is a central window at the front door of the room, in which, so as not to look inside, there are sheets of paper. The staff did not turn on the heating and did not tell me how to continue working, so there is little attention to the customer. I was cold all night. Unfortunately, the undersigned forgot to leave the tourist tax at the exit, and I did not like that either, I will try to provide it as soon as possible.

In the lobby, we did not find a working kettle and a vending machine for making hot drinks.

Summer sheets in the middle of winter. Blankets are missing. Summer cover. No disposable plastic cups.

In the middle of the night we were awakened by loud screams and desperate cries, slamming doors and loud noises. It took us a lifetime to fall back asleep and calm down.

It's not immediately found (there is only a bad 'Booking' sign on the opposite side of the condominium bells) and the entry information provided via the intercom is hard to understand when the road is particularly busy. Although the booking indicated a private bathroom, we were provided with an external, possibly private, bathroom. The bathroom which, like the room, was dirty (hair on the floor and in the shower drain which was clogged).

The only negative is that in those days there were problems with the boiler and therefore I always had problems with ice water. Corrected yes, but I expected the owners to offer me a refund of at least half of what I paid for the inconvenience.

Warn that you need to call to open the door for us, there is no one there and I was waiting. Difficult to park around the perimeter, but so everywhere in the center of Trieste. Payable private parking may be offered in the area, if available.

The light in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast cannot be called breakfast. There were no plates/cutlery in the fridge, only a few cookies, yogurts and juices.

I would like to clarify that the staff was very helpful, but we had some setbacks: there was no one on arrival and there was an answering machine on the phone (the boy apologized that they had problems in another establishment). We got stuck in a room and had to unplug the joint to get out. We got a room change, luckily it was an empty room!!

The apartment had shared bathrooms, there was no toilet paper, so we thought they used a bidet for everything there. The room was quite smelly and mostly the bedding, so we didn't feel that the room was cleanly prepared and smelling such a bed at night was really not pleasant. Only biscuits and sweet pastries were bought for breakfast, so really useless for gluten-free people... there wasn't even a water tap in the kitchen to make tea. And in the street, it is not even possible to park.
