There top there flop
Uncomplicated and spontaneous
We were offered a balcony room. Exactly the door there could not be closed. A little chilly at the end of October. Shower water regulation was very difficult. The knob was way too tight. My wife couldn't stop at all 😅

Wonderful and very kind staff
Friendly reception and willing to explain the nearby sites to visit. Very clean room. Breakfast very varied from sweet to savory. Nice choice of meats and cheeses. Convenience you are 50 meters from the lake. Silent. Possibility to have breakfast on the veranda.

Horrible
Booked on booking! Asked for the possibility to checkout on Sundays between 20-21! the hotel confirmed the request and WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS. To remedy the mistake of her or one of her employees, the owner cleverly decided to pretend nothing had happened, she waited for 6 pm on Sunday to contact me in order to start the day and make us pay 45 euros more. We also showed the email of their reply but she unloaded the blame on booking by making us pay for a mistake by her staff. Disgraceful and shameful such behavior! Look at the attached screen to believe. Never again!

Friendly staff deserves a better rating, but the hotel/room was really poor quality.
Breakfast was ok, very friendly staff, good location as I am in the city center.
The hotel is very old, the rooms are old fashioned with carpeting, the bathroom is cramped and also a very dated, very noisy room, the pool is not great.

The pool is excellent. The location is great too. Very central and well located. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The only thing I missed was some variety in the buffet. And I also missed some fruits. A small fridge in the room would also be cool, but it worked without it. Everything else was great.

such sweet and pleasant staff, is cleaned every other day and if you wanted you could have it every day.
the church was right next door and rang every hour from 08-20 approx., but nothing that made you unable to sleep.

Good for a 3 day trip The place seems pretty sleepy.
The hotel was next to the lake. The breakfast was good.
The entrance to the hotel was changed, it took us some time to get to the hotel parking. The parking situation is disastrous. Too few seats, too crowded. There are no fewer vehicles. The coffee maker didn't work properly.

Relax and comfort
The property is comfortable and in an ideal location. Simple room with everything you need. Very clean. Mariana is super professional and helpful person. And so very beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Cleanliness and courtesy come first
Central location, spotless rooms (you don't always find such clean rooms), friendly staff.
Several directions to get to the hotel, a route will be needed. I reserved a spot in a private car park, but when I called to get directions, I was told to park in the Conad car park (which is paid anyway). There are no vegan or lactose intolerant options for breakfast (only soy milk, so it's better to have breakfast out as it costs 8 euros per person). The photos don't really reflect the place, in the sense that the garden/pool is not in the hotel, but in front of it is a small garden (it's just two meters in front of it).

The price-performance ratio was disappointing. I had better rooms on Lake Garda for a lower price. The hotel had a parking space, but we had to pay 10 euros (per night) for that. It was not known in advance

Suitable for spending the night on the way.
It's good for 2 nights, if you want to stay longer I would look elsewhere. Rooms are small but clean and tidy. It's the same with the bathroom. The room has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was well taken care of.
The rooms are noisy, the mattresses are hard and the third bed is too soft for our 15 year old son. He felt the slatted frame through the mattress. The location is not fantastic. The hotel is a bit hidden. The large (wider) car is easy to maneuver to get to the small parking lot along a narrow street (on the terrace). Parking costs € 10 per day, even if you leave early in the morning.

Nothing for the late birds :/
The location of the hotel is really great. One in five minutes in the harbor or on the beaches. There are enough restaurants or ice cream parlors. From the city of Maderno you can get to many other cities. Verona or Bergamo can be easily reached in 1.5 hours by car. The hotel is suitable for people traveling and does not have high expectations, but not suitable for families.
The breakfast was very primitive and simple. The buns are smaller than a clenched fist and the food is not very nutritious. In general, the hotel was very noisy. Because facility managers start cleaning at 8:30 a.m. and talk loudly as they do so, late sleep is unnerving for late risers and people who have been away for a long time.

Centrally located hotel in a great location
Small hotel in a great location in Maderno. Small outdoor pool, great breakfast. Parking in nearby Konada, 2min walk. Cafes, bars, lakeside promenade right on the doorstep.

You are right on the lake, the town is cozy, the road directly to the lake is very busy. It is very pleasant to relax in the garden.
You can sit on the toilet only sideways due to lack of space. Fortunately, we did not order breakfast, most likely it is typically Italian.

For the same price, of course better
The bedroom is on the ground floor without soundproofing, every slightest noise from the outside is reflected throughout the room. There are no windows in the bathroom, no real light, we had to use the light from the cabinet above the sink, which, as you can imagine, had very low lighting. The staff are not very polite and the breakfast is rather poor and not very good.

Hotel in a central yet quiet location
Very friendly staff, located in the center of Maderno, very close to the ship pier, but in the second row on the other side of the main road and therefore very quiet. The room is spacious and has a nice balcony. Rich breakfast buffet. We felt very comfortable here.

The location was great. Unfortunately, there was no parking space, but overnight parking is possible in the white parking lots of the supermarket. The staff are very nice.
Unfortunately the room was not the newest, especially the bathroom, which could have been refurbished. Unfortunately, it was very dark throughout the hotel. The air conditioner was very noisy.

We will not recommend this hotel to others and will not visit it again.
The breakfast menu was good. The location is very central, very close to the harbor and the lake.
The mattress sagged on the bed. It was very noisy around the hotel, so it was impossible to sleep all night. The toilet in the bathroom was only 25 cm away from the shower, so it was impossible to sit on it. The evening meal was disappointing in quality and taste.

The parking fee per day is 10 euros, the parking is so narrow that it is not at all suitable for SUVs. We found the dinner prices for me, as a hotel guest, really too expensive. We ate outside in restaurants for two evenings, even because we didn’t pay as much as we did at the hotel.

The location of the hotel, right in the city center, close to everything.
Breakfast seemed exclusively for Germans, only a cappuccino machine (horrible by the way), no orange juice for breakfast and not much choice for omelettes. Parking 10 euros.

Small but powerful, with something definite.
Super family hotel in a side street. Small but lovely breakfast with everything your heart desires. Clean room. garden with swimming pool. The reception was a bit bumpy but the very warm staff quickly made up for it. The owners of the hotel are present most of the day, so there is always someone to talk to. We (23.24) recommend this hotel to everyone for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean structure has all the services. The swimming pool in the garden will be an oasis of refreshment on hot days. In the evening there is also a grill that offers certain dishes for taste lovers. Located in the center and at the same time 50 meters from the lake, it will be a regular stop every time I come to visit this charming place. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was OK, the staff extremely friendly and service oriented. Nice garden with pool where they served superb dinners. A very affordable place that was close to the beach promenade and restaurants. A/C was efficient. There is nothing to complain about.

Three nights in Toscolano-Maderno
The hotel is close to a lake and restaurants. Has a large garden with a small pool. The motorcycles were parked in a private parking lot with air conditioning.

Good hotel for a short trip / for people with no special requirements
Fantastic location, everything you need in close proximity and a lake just around the corner from the hotel. Breakfast typical of a country with enough choice Nice staff, everything was clean and well maintained Suitable for people with disabilities and suitable for families, small balcony that can also be used for smoking
Very soft beds, a bit old fashioned furniture, little extras / comforts, quite noisy surroundings ... ok for a couple of nights, but nothing for a long vacation!

Great location, nice host, gladly again
Situated in second place behind the ring road to Lake Garda, the hotel is quiet but still central so you can take a stroll in the evening. Breakfast was standard Italian everything was there including fresh fruits and vegetables. There are good cafes and restaurants around.
