The small but cozy apartment is in a very old house with extremely thick walls. You don't hear any noise from outside. Everything you need is there and it's extremely clean. The apartment is very centrally located, after a few minutes' walk you are in the center of the beautiful town and Villa d'Este can also be reached quickly on foot. For Villa Adriana you should take a bus.

Very hospitable and helpful owner. The apartment is really very beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom is beautiful and functional.

Nice apartment in the center, well equipped bathroom, spacious shower room. Comfortable bed. Air conditioners on two levels. Breakfast with a wide variety of industrial products, a varied and plentiful offer. coffee capsules. The owner, very kind, met us at the parking lot in Piazza Massimo upon arrival.

I highly recommend the accommodation for immersing yourself in the authentic Tibetan atmosphere. Three steps from the magnificent Villa d'Este, a new, well-maintained and peaceful environment awaits you. The accommodation may be small for a family of 4 but offers everything you need and is perfect for a short break. My girls also enjoyed the sweet breakfast, rich in fresh milk, juices, yogurt, cookies, nutella and a variety of pastries. Added to all this is the availability and hospitality of our host, who even personally waited for us in the parking lot to take us home. Experience to be done!

The apartments are located in the heart of the city, a couple of meters - Villa d'este, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The kind hostess who met us at the parking lot (Piazza Massimo), helped with the suitcases and saw us off. This is a clean and cozy medieval house with a wooden ceiling and beams (it was nice to live in this, feel the history) after restoration, everything is done in a perfect way. The kitchen area has an ideal filling, there is absolutely everything you need for cooking, beautiful dishes, plentiful and varied breakfasts.

The apartment is amazing, just refurbished (good). The very kind owner also gave us good advice for visiting Tivoli, which is a must visit because it offers unique and wonderful things.The location in the old village is very convenient for Villa Gregoriana and Vila d'Este and to the historic center and to Villa Hadrian you can drive by car (paid parking pretty close to the building). Excellent breakfast prepared and plentiful. Air conditioning, in general, has everything you need for a great stay.
