Break in Termoli Lucia and Enzo
A structure on the hills that I chose because it is close to the center for peace of mind and the guarantee of relaxation, as well as to provide an internal parking space Impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms and comfortably equipped The managers are extremely available, very kind!!!

Tranquility in a beautiful building surrounded by greenery
Very large and beautiful room, large bathroom, refrigerator, mosquito nets and air conditioning. New building, quiet place surrounded by greenery. Large parking and outdoor area with a gazebo and tables. Very friendly and helpful staff, check in with information and a map of places. Breakfast with homemade cakes.

Kindness and availability are masters
Excellent, wide selection of packaged and homemade products.
I would recommend placing a sign at the entrance to the pool that warns about the double bottom of the pool (one side can be touched, the other cannot).

Quiet oasis
Beautiful, functional building surrounded by greenery, helpful staff, a really pleasant surprise.
Arriving in the evening, I was a little puzzled by the area, apparently not quite residential. In fact, it seems like a remote place, when you enter, it's quite different.

You can't ask for more! There is everything!
Internal parking a stone's throw from the room, swimming pool, children's games and a large breakfast room. The staff is very kind and willing to accommodate any need. Fantastic breakfast with homemade cakes prepared every day.

A very spacious quadruple room and a small pool in front of the room which we used frequently on the hottest days. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
Wi-Fi, unfortunately, did not accept in the room.

Wonderful stay with Uncle Tonino!
The rooms are very clean and well maintained, Vanessa is always available and kind. Excellent location: 3 minutes to the supermarket, 15 to the sea. If you book an apartment and plan to use the kitchen, bring sponges, detergent, and a rag to dry. On the other hand, if desired, the house will be cleaned with a change of towels. Really great service! The fact that there was a pool came to our rescue when my partner wasn't feeling well for a few days: I could enjoy the sun and fresh air while still being close to my partner who had to stay at home. Highly recommended!

Super recommended for anyone who has a car and wants to use it as a base.
Excellent location as a base for making circles both towards Molise and towards Gargano. A structure outside the center of Termoli, but much appreciated for its quietness, the pool right behind the bedroom and the helpfulness of the staff.

Kindness and nature.
The very presence of Vanessa deserves a stay in this beautiful country house. She is the person who greeted us and did so with a kindness and grace that is rare to find. Assembled and clean design. Availability of games for children. Good breakfast.

Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. Convenient location to reach the center in a few minutes by car. Surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Termoli.
The mattresses were a little uncomfortable.

If you are looking for a quiet place with a pool.
I returned because it is a quiet place, with a pool outside the door of the room, clean, good welcome and breakfast. The parking lot is guarded.
The mattresses sink a little, but are nevertheless quite comfortable.

Nothing to complain about, strategic
The structure is located in a strategic location, a stone's throw from the center of Termoli. Large, very large, clean and quiet rooms. The pool proved to be very useful for recovery after several hundred kilometers to interrupt the trip to the far south. The owners kindly recommended restaurants for the evening and the breakfast was plentiful. Thanks

Delicious and varied breakfast, courteous and helpful owner! Very spacious rooms right by the pool! I plan to return in the future!

Huge room and all
Large room and bathroom, indoor parking
It is in the countryside, but surrounded by houses, so the scenery is ugly. Road X leading to the building is narrow, unlit, very busy X, so if you go in the evening be careful because it is dangerous. Unfortunately Termoli has a problem with parking X where if you choose a place like this X it will not be easy to sleep going and coming back from the center, finding a place X, a car is very difficult and staying in the room despite the small pool is very difficult. not the best. The two ladies who run the place are decidedly "moody" and unfriendly.

Convenient structure for stopping!
Quiet structure, it can be seen that it has been recently renovated. It has a large indoor parking lot, 10 minutes from the center of Termoli and close to shopping malls (so handy for traveling by car).
Being in the countryside, it is obvious that various insects enter the house, and even the pool in such a rustic environment is not entirely immaculate! This is not the fault of the managers (you can see that they pay attention to cleanliness, but this is really the "problem" of the place).

Spacious apartment and pool. Private parking and good location in relation to the beach and the center of Termoli
Poor attention to detail (shower hose needs to be replaced, bad shower stall, clothesline and toilet brush broken). The kitchenette is not included in the price. High price compared to other buildings in Italy of the same type.

Poor soundproofing of rooms. If other guests are disrespectful to others, the stay becomes unpleasant.

We loved it, highly recommended place.
We only stayed one night but the lady who greeted us was very nice and helpful. Thanks to the air conditioning and the location of the building (out of the center), we had a very good rest. Internal parking with closed gates - extra security!
If I really need to recommend an improvement, I would add something salty for breakfast.
