The experience was very traumatic, we booked a house for 7 people and were only given 6 beds. As soon as we reported this issue to the owner, he immediately told us that he would provide us with a mattress, which we were not given until the last night. The mattress was left in the house dirty from the ground and deflated in front of the door. The air conditioner did not work completely and was kept open with a dirty handkerchief. The booking included a full service of pots and cutlery, which were absolutely not provided to us. We had to ask the owner to give us cutlery and a pot, which were given to us in a deplorable state and we washed, on the penultimate day, the owner even asked us to return the pot as he needed it to meet friends. The owner was often intrusive asking us what to do every time we leave the property. The house was in very poor condition, very dirty and at times structurally unsafe (there were areas completely damp in the bathroom). On the last evening, we were harassed until 5 am by the owner and his group of friends, who drank and screamed nonstop while we tried to fall asleep. The owners living in the apartment started to smoke from the inside, causing a strong, irritating odor. On the last day we needed to finish we were asked to leave the house ahead of check-out time as the owner had to meet up with friends like the night before. Never had such a bad experience, WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND Casa Melita.

The institution is not professional. This is an old private house, no renovation and no cleaning, their only bathroom is also in poor condition. They don't offer breakfast even for an extra charge. In conclusion, we do not recommend doing this.
