The price of the room: for that sum I expected to have a more spacious room and above all the use of the SPA. I had accepted the price precisely because of the presence of the SPA. The mattress was not the best, two mattresses pushed together to form a double. Bidet without stopper

The structure itself is very welcoming, the room is well cleaned and the terrace pool is a very special thing to try. Too bad the wifi is hard to get in the room. The city center location is great and parking is conveniently located in front of the hotel or on the street adjacent to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I recommend everyone to spend a few nights in this lovely hotel.
Nothing, because everything exceeded all my expectations. It remains only to improve the Wi-Fi in the structure, otherwise everything was TOP. Highly Recommended

Really very nice and well run hotel
The hotel is very nice and modern, both inside and out. It is located right in front of the start of the Sauze d'Oulx pedestrian area. The staff is helpful and friendly. Ms. Annette went out of her way to get us a place for our bikes in the covered garage even though we hadn't booked one. Our rooms were great: very large with 2 terraces and a jacuzzi. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast is also great and the pizza eaten for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is good. We will definitely return.

newly renovated hotel in the city center
due to the lack of air conditioning we were forced to open the window and unfortunately we found the noise of the place: for all 3 nights it was not easy to sleep because until late at night (2/3 of the night) there were noises and noises of cars. I recommend the owners to equip the rooms with air conditioning to solve this annoying situation.

GREAT HOLIDAY, GREAT HOTEL, GREAT STAFF. MAKE TERRACES BUT MORE LIVE.
- Excellent location, in the center of the South - Kindness of the staff, especially Annette - Large and beautiful room (I had a suite with sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace) - Aesthetically beautiful structure - Good value for money
- Terrace with jacuzzi, under the sun all day until evening, turns into a "stove", in practice it is not as residential as it should be: very beautiful and large, with a jacuzzi, 2 sun loungers, a table and chairs. it was nice to use it a lot more, but since there were no tents or umbrellas, we couldn't use it to its full potential. Even just reading a newspaper while drinking coffee while sitting outside in high temperatures was very difficult (even if I have no skin problems): my husband, having more delicate skin, and since there is no shelter from the sun, could not use it. ... It's a pity I advised the owner to make it habitable even in summer by putting up a tent: in winter it should be beautiful, but in summer it is almost impractical. JACUZZI: the owner kindly allowed us to find it heated: pity that in the sun the water temperature when we arrived was well over 30 ° to add to the hot terrace, no shade: also in this case, unfortunately, the first 2 days we could not use it except for 5 minutes due to the heat: we lowered the temperature (as Mr. Giuseppe told us) and finally on the 3rd day the water temperature was lukewarm allowing us to use the jacuzzi for a few hours. Therefore, it is recommended to provide a summer cover for the terrace. The room, beautiful and large, unfortunately had an evening temperature of 28 degrees: without a curtain on the terrace and under the scorching sun all day long, the room was very hot ... A problem that I also read about in other reviews. I recommend the cooling system in summer. Last, although the bed is large, beautiful and comfortable, it had plastic protection ..... I understand that you don’t want to ruin the mattresses, but the plastic made the body even warmer, and due to turning over in the bed, the thickness of the mattress was felt. plastic and this it was annoying...

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food, in this case two pizzas, was very good and the breakfast buffet almost perfect.

Very good but too hot
Brand new and tastefully decorated hotel. It's very clean and the breakfast is very good.
Only one big black point but very important, there is no air conditioning !! When we arrived it was 26 degrees in the room, no way to sleep. The owner replied that it is due to the sun which heats up all afternoon and that being in an area where it is cool at night, they did not see fit to install the air conditioning. Not only does it take hours for the temperature to go down, but there is also the noise from the terraces downstairs. In short, it is a real problem in this hotel.

Best hotel in a great location
There's little room for improvement; Facilities, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, central location, everything was great. We were allowed to leave the motorcycles in the well-lit underground car park. The staff spoke great English, it was quiet, everything was new and clean, great tea and coffee making facilities. I also want to someday have a floor in the shower at home!
Only the hot water could be a little hotter and I didn't like the soap. So you have to dig through the crumbs to find something negative...

A remodel experience !!

A highly recommended hotel unfortunately got a reserve room when booking!
Basically this is a very nice well equipped hotel with very friendly staff. There is an elevator from the underground car park. Good breakfast in a covid environment.
Since we booked through Bokking.com we apparently got a backup again! Dust all over the TV screen, a faulty shower door, a hanging lamp, ... There are no chairs on the balcony, only one in the room. At exactly 10 am the electricity is cut off to indicate the exit.

I really liked the suite, not to mention the design of the hotel, the breakfast, the cleanliness and kindness of Annette. In addition, the hotel has a beautiful sculpture by Fabio Viale. Free parking a few meters away
I took a suite with a jacuzzi, I didn’t like that there was no umbrella and even some element that created a bit of privacy so that it was not visible from the whole area. I also add that the room was too hot and just a fan would have been nice.

Very neat structure, beautifully and modernly furnished and clean. Friendly staff. Quite varied (sweet and salty) and quality breakfast; I personally enjoyed the artisan cakes. Cappuccino and coffee from the bar (no machines). Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom equipped with everything. Good view from the room.

Expensive public parking
Very nice bungalow complex with 4 rooms, private terrace with sun loungers and armchairs. Every day breakfast is individually prepared by Margarita. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea and within walking distance of the train station for excursions. Access to the beach is possible only in public areas.
We paid 80 euros for public parking for 5 nights. The hotel where you have to check in and get the keys is not very helpful when it comes to transporting suitcases. No offer of help, no indication that there are local taxis for this. After all, it is about 300 m. If you are traveling only with hand luggage, then this is not a problem. Otherwise, the heat is not up to fun. As we also learned from a French couple, the hotel has cheaper parking spaces but they don't offer them to everyone. On the way home we took a taxi (10 euros).

Brand new hotel tastefully furnished. Comfortable bedding, walk-in shower ;). Hearty breakfast. Very attentive multilingual staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant: simple and inexpensive. Located in the heart of the village, convenient for a walk in the charming little streets.

great hotel in Sauze d'Oulx - TOP!
new and well organized structure and just outside the ZTL. a little uncertainty in check in times, but resolved after a couple of phone calls. The room was spacious and equipped with an excellent TV, mini-bar and a huge, very comfortable shower. modern furnishings and super comfortable beds. the girl who manages the structure together with her mother is really attentive and fast.
even trying to be bad I can't find anything that went wrong. Well done!

Everything else: kind and attentive staff, excellent information on possible excursions. Excellent cleaning. Central position. Courtesy set much appreciated. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, breakfast plentiful and puddle in the evening very good.
The temperature in the rooms was too high and could not be regulated because it was automatic. Really too hot, especially at night. In addition, the beds were made with the duvet, we made the beds by removing everything.
