Please note, the description is inaccurate: this is not a house with a garden, but an apartment on the 1st floor of the house, and the garden is a tiled courtyard occupied by local garbage cans, a car (and in August it is impossible to park elsewhere) and a ping pong table. Another IMPORTANT point: the advertisement does not say that the apartment is located on the side of the road: On the right, a few meters away, there is a restaurant, a bar, a nightclub where private events are held every evening. On the left, a few meters away, there is a private beach where events are also organized. And on the ground floor of the house (therefore, under a rented apartment) of tenants .... more or less noisy. We barely slept (6 out of 9 noisy nights): loud music from nightclub and beach restaurant and neighbors screaming downstairs...until 2, 3 or 4 am. You can see the dilapidated: everything made of iron or aluminum is rusty (door handles, faucets, rods, knife...) and some wooden elements are covered with mold (skirting boards, kitchen backsplash...), windows do not close or open (so there is no soundproofing and either either too hot or too cold), the water flow in one of the 2 showers is bad (had to stop the shower if you don't want it to overflow), the water drain from one of the toilets works 1 time out of 2....man intervened to make minor repairs, but nothing was done. The air conditioning works well, but is very noisy (2 other rentals we rented in Puglia proved to us that silent air conditioning exists). The person with whom we contacted was very reactive, but he had inadequate reactions: in other words, she made us think that we were exaggerating.
