We are in the family
The beautiful hill above the headland offers exceptional views. Spacious and well equipped house, very nice terrace. We had a hot water issue which was quickly fixed and a leak in the dishwasher which didn't bother us much.
I chose the "pay at hotel" booking option, but the woman was still trying to charge my credit card. It is inexplicable, but in the end we solved it.

Great house
Impeccable apartment. Breathtaking 180 degree view of the Orbetello lagoon, Giannella and Porto Santo Stefano. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, towels, bed linen, dishes. Located 5 minutes from the sea.
Nothing, everything is very good.

Very friendly welcome, absolutely uncomplicated handover of the keys, underground car park belonging to the apartment is a luxury that we really appreciated, very beautiful sea view, heavenly peace at night, the apartment was larger than we expected and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable life , the bathroom is very large and the complex is in very good condition, we will be happy to spend our holidays there again
actually nothing, you just need to know that the approach to the object is along a rather steep narrow path, but you quickly get used to it

This apartment is very nicely located, quiet and well maintained. We loved the parking right in front of the front door.

We will definitely come back
Actually everything. Very kind staff, we forgot the keys in the house during lunch and they immediately came to open us. Everything is very clean, the house is very well equipped, the windows offer a beautiful view. We will definitely return.
The only drawback, it could be a way to get there, but there is no problem with the car.

incomparable view
The view and space of the apartment...
Sufficient cleaning. I would put it in the microwave. Noise from neighboring apartments and the house downstairs, on weekends until 3 am, the windows are forced to close.

Room with a view
The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additional benefits are, of course, a terrace with a breathtaking view, evening silence and education for all guests, not to mention the hot tub accessible to all.
The position certainly allows you to enjoy great views, but requires the use of a car for any traffic as you will have to drive on a steep downhill road (and uphill!).

Wonderful place!
In addition to being very spacious and clean, the apartments offer great views. There is also a lawn with a jacuzzi. Really nothing to complain about. Stra recommended! We will definitely be back!

Corner of paradise
Breathtaking view, spotless cleanliness.
Since this is a home, I would find them at least oil and salt. Maybe even coffee. Overall, even compared to other houses I have visited, I found the kitchen area a little lackluster.
