Recommended hotel but I would avoid the wellness center
Nice room even if the duvets were short and a great restaurant. Ideal location. A beautiful object. Excellent value for money and quality
The pool and jacuzzi had cold water. An experience that is nothing but relaxation. Sauna and steam room are ok.

It was a shame that we only stayed one night
I really appreciated the anti-covid measures present in the structure. The room offers a magnificent view of the Pale di San Martino. The breakfast is very plentiful, the mattress is very comfortable, the staff is very helpful.
The furniture in the room is rather old fashioned. There is a carpet on the floor. The hotel could do a facelift to modernize it a bit.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet with sweet and savory items is unfortunately penalized by the Covid measures. Cuisine with hearty meals Simple but complete wellness center

The hotel is recommended and the place is really beautiful
The location was really great, with the Palais di San Martino in front and close to the center. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The spa is also very beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. The helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness are also excellent.
We only included breakfast, the first night we stayed for dinner, but I have to tell the truth, we didn't feel particularly good, in my opinion the restaurant offering needs improvement.

Ideal for nature and wellness weekends
Clean room, very comfortable bed, amazing view from the terrace, wellness center more than worthy, varied and rich breakfast ... to come back!

Great for a relaxing weekend
Simple room but equipped with everything. Friendly staff. Convenient location to reach the city center and the slopes, especially in winter
The furniture is a little dated and the breakfast towards the end of the shift (ends early at 9.30) is poorly organized (but you get everything by asking)

Two beautiful snowy days.
Enviable location, halfway between the Tognola ski lift and the center of San Martino di Castrozza, enriched by the free skybus (with a deposit of 5 euros) offered by the hotel; room in the attic, well structured in space, with a pleasant terrace overlooking the forest; a real breakfast, with all fresh products, presented with elegance; Friendly front desk staff, both check-in and check-out, attentive, knowledgeable of the area.
I found it curious that many (too many?) signs are posted almost everywhere: along the corridors, in the wellness area, in the breakfast room, even in the room. They report all kinds of bans, including to remind people of the normal coexistence in the hotel. And despite this, the wellness center turned out to be noisy (not the fault of the hotelier). The cost of renting a bathrobe and towels (14 euros) for the wellness center seemed high to me. Approximate and disorganized reception in the breakfast room due to little communication between the dining room staff.

Crystal "Paradise"
Everything, the location, convenient location to the city and the slopes, the availability and kindness of the owner worthy of 4 stars. Unfortunately, I had to leave it soon due to personal issues, but I will definitely be back as soon as possible... and I said to myself that I love to always change, this is indicative!!
