Just wonderful"!
Perfect location with great views of the vineyards! The apartment and furnishings left nothing to be desired! Even a state-of-the-art electronically controlled pellet stove was available! Every window has a pool with a beautiful view of San Gimignano! Sincere and heartfelt thanks to Julia!

FANTASTIC
Srruttura, immersed in the Tuscan hills, is a great place to relax and disconnect from everyday habits, in 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of San Gimignano! The welcome was great! Giuseppina is always available for any occasion! We will definitely be back!

Overrated
Landscape, location, farm as a whole are cool. have a barbecue
Least of all I liked that they don't give any elementary things (nothing in the kitchen, no soap, no washcloths, no paper, no salt, no oil), only toilet paper. If you visit this type of site for a couple of days, as we did, and it is also removed from everything, I consider it necessary. Bed linen and towels need to be updated. Appeal from the owners, normalito.

relaxing
everything is perfect as described. Giusi the host is very hospitable and ready for any occasion. Large, comfortable and fresh apartment. All this is surrounded by the hills of Tuscany, 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano.

I will be back of course!
Everything ! Hospitality and accessibility of Giusy & Mauri, location, services and layout of the structure, local products and cherries picked from the tree, swimming pool with lawn and sun loungers in perfect order, barbecue already equipped with cut wood, functional and spacious "tower 4" apartment, well maintained and clean environment ... in short everything !!!! Very good !!!!
It's hard to find flaws and shortcomings ...

Agréable
The size and comfort of the apartment. In winter it is difficult to appreciate the immediate surroundings, which in summer must be very pleasant. Welcome to the heart of the farm.
Please advise that breakfast is not provided and at the very least provide a few instant coffee and tea bags in the apartment. So it is very pleasant to have breakfast in a cafe in Siena.

Beautiful.. I would go back!
Great place..! Very nice and clean apartment..great for relaxing..Unfortunately during this period the city has little to offer and it's cold,but in spring this farm should be even more beautiful and you can enjoy the open space!! The girl who met us was very kind. I would like to stay there again!

Happy to be in such a beautiful place but disappointed that I didn't find any services...
In fact, this is not a room for the night, but an apartment designed for living. The location is magnificent, on a hill in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with a magnificent view of San Gimignano and a very beautiful pool. The farmer of this "agritourism" is very friendly and hospitable. The perfect place to spend a few days if you want to shop and eat...
As a result, there is no service, no breakfast, no dinner on site. To eat, you have to drive 3 km (6 km round trip) on a bad highway to get to San Gimignano. In addition to the base price, there is a surcharge for heating and ... cleaning.
