Superb house in a small quiet Italian village! The house is very cozy and very beautiful! Equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom and very modern bathroom. Everything is close to the beaches and the Italian countryside. In short, perfect!

Undoubtedly the ideal destination for those looking for a relaxing holiday without chaos, the apartments are spacious and clean and the location allows easy access to the most famous and little-known beaches of Salento.

Our stay at Palazzo Malcarne was very pleasant. The apartment is recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. The owner Gianni proved to be very helpful and welcoming. The city is a 10-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca. Recommended !!!

We made a stop before leaving for Calabria. We arrive and a few seconds later we meet Gianni, the manager of the structure on behalf of the property. He gives us the information we need to start our stay in the best possible way, explaining that we can disturb him at any time for other information / advice. He also stresses that if something becomes available, but is NOT required, runs out, he will take care of providing it to us (e.g. coffee capsules, washing machine lids, etc.) The building is very old, but after the completion of the construction of other apartments, it will become unique. So in conclusion, I found a friend in Gianni, and we promised to meet again, perhaps not in mid-August, and enjoy what Salento has to offer. The only thing I have to emphasize to those who write negative reviews (if it were only ONE, I would ask myself a question ...) to this type of structure: try to be in the world ... The rest of our vacation will never be before this AWESOME experience ... Hug Gianni, you know it's not enough to thank you, so we'll be back to see you.

The property is located in a very quiet village just a few steps from Leuca. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in complete silence. The newly renovated apartment is very large, very clean and equipped with ALL amenities: washing machine, coffee maker, capsule machine, all cleaning products, etc. D. Gianni, the caretaker, was very helpful, ready to answer all our inquiries and was very flexible about check-in times check-in and check-out. These 10 points he deserves everyone! If I ever return to Salento, I will definitely stay here. Great job !!!

The friendliness, availability of the manager, Gianni is attentive and punctual to accommodate any request. His advice was very effective. Beautifully renovated home, clean, fresh, tidy and delivered even earlier than expected. Go back.
