Apart from the time that made a fuss, in the living room
The owner is very kind and helpful, the apartment is in a great location both at a distance of about 10 m from the sea and for being able to choose between a free beach, however, serviced showers or a beach with paid services.
I can’t say that I didn’t like something, the air conditioner and mosquito nets on all windows really work well in the house.

Fantastic stay!
Fantastic locations and very nice and helpful host. Very comfortable garden, primarily due to the tiled area (you can keep bicycles, spend time and store things by the sea) and a shed for food. Children have always played outdoors. It is also worth noting the presence of a washing machine, which is necessary to reduce the amount of luggage that you need to take with you on vacation. The owner welcomed us well and was always there if needed. We'll be back!

Cozy garden
The owner is very polite and of course the garden is very comfortable. The apartment has mosquito nets everywhere, it is very clean and tidy, air conditioned and well equipped to keep out mosquitoes. A stone's throw from the sea
The apartment is located practically on the street and not far from the railway, so this is not quite the best option for peace of mind.

Short vacation
The location is close to the embankment, even if it is close to the railway (which still does not bother). Welcoming host, kind and helpful, beautiful veranda and well kept garden. It's always nice when you are greeted with a smile. Hope to come back!

Excellent stay
I liked everything ... The courtesy and responsiveness of the owner, a truly refined person.
The only negative is the proximity to the train crossing ... but otherwise everything was really perfect.

Sehr angenehm
Very nice owner, very helpful, great apartment with a very nice large garden, very cozy. Beach 4 minutes walk, excellent ... will be back ... highly recommended

The space outside ... the veranda is wonderful ... the house is still well soundproofed. The kitchen has a little bit of everything .. we appreciated that there was a bottle of fresh water in the fridge .. the house was well cleaned .. Mr. Kumar is very kind and helpful. .. Of course, if we choose San Benedetto again ... we will come back here ..
The brazier needs to be changed because it is impractical ... It would be convenient to use a spinner for the salad.

Very happy with everything and San Benedetto del Tronto is a place that I really like !!
The garden terrace is very nice and easy to get to the sea or wherever you go. The owner is approachable and very polite in hospitality as well as for other needs. Really happy with our vacation.
I really liked everything that was said about the apartment, the only drawback I would like to find is the parking spaces, which are not always convenient, but the situation can be solved by taking two more steps!

Great apartment
The apartment is perfect. For the first time in years of rental at seaside resorts, there was everything everyone needed in their own home. The apartment is well appointed. There is a lot of space in the open area. We felt at home.
