Not bad
Great location and great welcome. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.
Too bad the window overlooked a room and there was an insistent smell of frying. Cleaning could have been more thorough but overall we had a good time.

Comfort and kindness.
My family and I have stayed at this property several times because we have found a great location for our excursions and excellent service from the staff. The thorough cleaning of the environment and the availability of Mrs. Lucia have always made us feel very welcome guests. We will definitely be back.
Nothing to report, the structure has always met our expectations.

Family weekend
Exceptional location in the center, paid parking service a stone's throw from the extremely convenient structure, very kind staff and extra clean room.
If I really have to find a flaw, not much natural light enters the room but this does not affect, at least for me, the excellent evaluation for this structure.

Relaxing stay with family
Availability and kindness throughout the stay. Located in the center, well served, easy to reach. Independent apartment equipped with all comforts. We were very enthusiastic, including the children! We will definitely be back!

Bad surprise
Proximity to the port
I chose this hotel for the proximity to the port but also for the availability of parking. We were surprised by the lack of parking when it is mentioned on the internet that the hotel is equipped with parking. I stayed all night stressed and worried about my car (full of suitcases) in the street.

nice location for visiting salerno/amalfi coast
the room is in a nice building in the shopping street. within walking distance of the sea and shops/restaurants. you will also not be bothered by traffic or noise. good flexible check-in, personal or with key box.
it is really 1 room with bathroom. feels like a hotel room.

Stay alright
Central location, proximity to Porto Concordia to visit the coast. Very kind staff.
No bidet (there is a hand shower near the toilet), a door facing the street (in the room on the ground floor where I was staying) and the lack of the relevant window.

Comfortable room near the train station
Very nice room, bright, equipped with kitchen and mini fridge. It includes a coffee maker with cartridges to make courtesy coffee. Spacious bathroom with a shower with good pressure. Includes towels. There is cleaning service every day. It is located near many restaurants, near the train station and the bus station to go to the towns of the Amalfi coast. All the staff are very friendly.
I think they should change the towels every day.

Very good for a short stay
We stayed there for 1 night. Warm welcome from the hosts who spoke some French. Well located (close to shopping lane, bay and transport: train station, ferry to Amalfi). Very clean.
There was no window in the room, but the door faced the street (if one needed to smoke) so it was a bit dark and noise from the street could be heard.

Stay in complete autonomy
The B&B is in a strategic location, close to the train station and shopping streets, the room was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, equipped with everything you need, bathroom spotless. The room had a coffee machine for breakfast and a mini bar which is essential to have only fresh water when it gets too hot. The perfect air conditioner. The staff is very friendly and helpful even with the change in check-in and check-out times.
There are several bars or eateries near the B&B where you can get a quick and cheap meal. The price was a bit high considering the entire stay but given the strategic location it's ok.

Salerno very good
I loved the reception and friendliness of Maria and Lúcia. Spectacular with the refrigerated room waiting for us and even fresh water, complimentary coffee and tea, very conveniently located, close to the Salerno station and the port of departure for Amalfi, positano, etc., I strongly recommend it.

We were greeted by the caretaker, the host only showed up at the end of the stay, she didn't check us in, but charged us €4 for the tourist tax, she got smart, congratulations, €15 parking written in the description paid € 20, in short, professionalism first of all ahahahah, we will never go back I do not recommend it

We felt very welcome at Vittoria Guest House.
The apartment is located in the very center of the city and is close to everything you might need during your vacation. It is very clean, modern, safe and well equipped for those who want to drink coffee or eat (even if very simply) at home. It is on the main street of Salerno but we didn't hear anything at night or late in the evening. In addition, there is a lady who meets you upon arrival and takes care of the cleaning, Lucia. She is very kind and not only accepted us…our little son got sick and she did her best to help us and ensure that we could treat him in an unfamiliar country. We didn't even know how to thank her for her help!!
To be honest, we didn't regret anything, but if we needed to say something, we would advise that the stairs are a bit narrow for the ground floor rooms. But even with very large suitcases and a wheelchair, we managed, and Lucia ALWAYS extended a helping hand to us. So in the end there is no negative aspect.

Great hotel for 1-2 days
good hotel in the city center on a pedestrian street. Great convenient location. The room has a coffee machine, tea, water. the room is clean.
This is the earliest check out at 9:30. I haven't seen this anywhere else. At 9:15, apparently the maid called and shouted in a rude tone that we should be evicted. Noise isolation is terrible. From early morning everyone was screaming and turning on the music on the phone. View from the room on the wall of another building.

Very central location, you can quickly and on foot reach all the historical and cultural attractions. For breakfast, you are independent and can treat yourself to a large well-equipped kitchen: induction cooker, coffee maker I think, etc.

Fantastic, peaceful and relaxing stay!
The property is in a great location in a beautiful building, very close to the train station, easy to reach on foot, Corso Vittorio Emanuele is the center of Salerno, full of life and shops of all kinds, the port is also very close and easy to reach on foot, you are in the center of Salerno! The room is the right size and even if you don't get breakfast they provide you a kettle for tea and a coffee maker for the bar complete with sachets, pods and sachets of sugar, every morning they clean and tidy the room and change towels every 3 days, inside 2 yards and no extraneous noise , you can sleep peacefully! I will return to Salerno soon because it is a city that deserves and I will definitely return to Vittoria Guest House! Very kind and friendly staff!
I would put more hangers in the bathroom, as I already told the owner, it would be easier to clean up the bathroom, at least in my room

The great location doesn't tear it out!
The accommodation is really wonderfully located in the middle of the pedestrian zone and shopping mile of the old town with various restaurants, supermarkets and the train station in the immediate vicinity.
Unfortunately, where to start, one has to say: We booked the deluxe double room with balcony but didn't have a balcony. That was, to put it mildly, a ledge no more than a foot wide. The biggest problem is that the staff doesn't speak English and they are really rude. We were addressed in Italian in a tone and in such a rough way that I as a paying customer have really never experienced. In addition to the fact that I expect at least a few sentences of English from a vacation rental operator, this tone doesn't work at all. We experienced an impossible situation on the first morning when an employee came into our room without knocking. I didn't understand what she was saying to us in Italian. She left quickly because we were only in towels - because we were actually in the bathroom. and called shortly after from the front desk. Another very difficult conversation followed, in which the lady brushed my lips several times that she did not understand what I was saying to her in English. I could hear that she wanted to clean our room the next morning and to let us know that it couldn't be after 10 a.m. and that's why she wanted to come earlier. She didn't tell me when exactly or she didn't understand my question about it. In addition to the fact that you can't just burst into a room, I don't want the apartment to dictate when I have to get up and have breakfast during my vacation. Since we were only there for three nights anyway, we decided against room service. A request that I had to put in writing via Booking.com, as it was not understood verbally without a translation program. The check-out is early until 9.30 a.m. for our taste, but regardless of that, several things are unacceptable here as well: 1) As soon as a guest checks out, the room is cleaned promptly and noisily, no matter the time.

Fantastic location and very comfortable room
The location of the guest house is great, right on the main street. It is also very convenient to get to the center. Very easy to get to even if it's not so easy to find parking nearby. I recommend following the directions of other reviews and getting a garage recommendation from the structure as the sea front municipal parking is very expensive. (30 euros for check-out from 18:00 to 9:00) Otherwise, the room is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is also very kind.

In the center of Salerno, 5 minutes from the port
B&B in the center of Salerno, with bars, restaurants and shops on the street, but at the same time a quiet room because it opens onto the courtyard of the building. The port of Piazza Concordia to reach the various cities of the coast can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Parking discount 15 € per day and also 2-3 minutes walk. The apartment is very good, comfortable, with everything you need. Bed linen and towels are provided by the structure.

Ideally located in the center of Salerno, on a pedestrianized street that allows you to do everything on foot. Close to the port, easy boat access to Amalfi. A very nice house. A bit noisy in the morning during check-out, but this is more than compensated for by the value for money! I recommend.

Great and nice
In the very center, on Corso and therefore close to the train station and port. The shops were opposite and the room was spacious and welcoming. The lady who greeted us was very helpful as were all the staff. We kindly asked to place our suitcases while waiting for the train at the entrance, and we immediately agreed. Definitely come back!
Change of towels, it would have been nice to get a bottle of water even on the second day in the freezer bar, otherwise everything was perfect.

One word: pearl. Very clean, comfortable, very well equipped. Meeting with good Italian coffee ... The staff are very kind and helpful. The structure is located on the main street of Salerno, close to the historic center, del Lungomare, the train station. Very quiet despite the daytime and evening passages. In short, perfect!

Two things 1. When we checked in, a cleaning lady asked us to pay for the night, even though it had already been paid for. Getting the refund back through the owner wasn't a problem, but wouldn't have been necessary. 2. Check out is unusually early at 9:30 am. On the other hand, what doesn't work at all is when guests leave the room next door at 7.20 a.m. and it is then cleaned immediately. It is definitely not necessary to be woken up by the vacuum cleaner!

Very comfortable rooms with modern furnishings between the train station and the historic center, a great experience for those traveling by train. Comfortable, quiet, but central, with good service. Managers are available if needed. Really comfortable and pleasant. Large rooms and shower, air conditioning.
Staff are absent from the structure, even if a building caretaker is available when needed. No breakfast, only in-room coffee maker. A room with a narrow interior, the only advantage of which was that it was quieter, but without a view.

First of all, the location is right on the main street of the city (4 minutes walk from the train station). The room is very spacious, comfortable, but, above all, very clean (especially during this period of COVID, this is very important to know), thanks also to the cleaning lady who spends a lot of time cleaning the rooms every day. Also a good in-room coffee maker with tea and coffee. Dear owners and are very willing to meet my requests. I recommend everyone to stay here!

Impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant smell in the room, spacious. Very friendly hosts, check in until 20:00, but we arrived at 22:00 and kindly waited for us and settled in. Very convenient location in the city center. But despite this it is very quiet. The price / quality ratio is excellent.
At night, I saw a huge black cockroach in my shower, but this is not uncommon in Italy, especially since our room was on the 0th floor. Check-out is very early, before 09:30, but can be extended for an additional fee. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, it is not possible to drive by car, but the owners have their own garage on the territory (10 euros) and there is also the opportunity to park the car at a discount in a private garage on the next street.

Salerno relax
There is no breakfast because it cannot be eaten inside or outside the building by arrangement. The rest of the room, bathroom and cleanliness of the site at an excellent level. Exceptional location in a pedestrian zone in the city center with the possibility of parking in a private garage very close to the B&B but not too cheap.
Breakfast that could at least be negotiated outside the structure.

Positive experience !!
Leave the train station after a couple of minutes and find a bed and breakfast in the center where all the shops and bars are, 10 minutes from the beach, in short, everything is very smooth, the most important thing is the availability of the staff from check-in to check-out always polite and ready to help you it was a very pleasant stay, certainly to be redone

We had a great time. I highly recommend it.
Strategic position, in the center and near the station, 2 steps from the sea in a pedestrian zone. The owner is very kind and helpful, he offers a lot of basic information for visiting the city and the surrounding area. The room was really spacious, immaculate and well furnished.
The only downside to the room we stayed in (if you really want to dot the i's) was that it was a bit damp, but the installed air conditioner did its job.

In a recently refurbished apartment, the suite is a spacious room with every comfort, including a kitchenette. Large shower with hydromassage, soft bed. Nothing is missing. The room is cleaned and towels changed every day. Welcome pack. Convenient location walking distance from the train station and close to the ferry pier. The staff is polite and helpful.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city. They offer a parking space, it is a garage for which we pay 20 euros per night. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The attention was impressive.
The minimum detail is an indication to find the hotel, since it is located in the center of the block, you must enter through the gate, and on the right is the door. This will be decided by a small sign on the side of the gate.

Very well maintained, spotlessly clean and large bathroom! Everything is kept in perfect order, a kitchen and a coffee machine in the room are also equipped. The best bub to date. Super central location and parking arrangement with them within walking distance. Only the valet parking is a bit small and I don't like leaving keys. I would have preferred a dedicated parking space, but this is absolutely unrelated to the beb, which, I repeat, is exceptional.

Excellent accommodation
We stayed one night and would love to stay more. They were waiting for us to arrive at 23:00 and received us perfectly. The room had a coffee machine, tea, ice water and was spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. It is 6 minutes walk from the train station and very close to the port from where you can go to Positano, Amalfi, Capri etc. I recommend it
