The soundproofing of the room compared to neighboring rooms.
Friendly staff, easy communication in English. Possibility to use the kitchen (kettle, espresso machine, microwave, cooker, dishes, coffee, tea, spices). Close to the most important attractions (no need to use public transport).
Poor water pressure in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was not cooling (you could use the fridge in the shared kitchen though). Weird smells of cosmetics - marzipan hand soap and vanilla shower gel.

They could improve the beds, bigger and softer. Improve the water pressure in the shower. Personally, this may be for lack of a good read, I thought it was a Hotel, it is not, it is on the fifth floor of a building where the lodging is located.
