Vintage apartment, with individual rooms with private bathrooms. It perfectly meets the expectations of an establishment of this type, good bed and bathroom, kitchen and little things for breakfast. The best, Claudia's attention that made us feel at home. If you are not looking for luxuries it is a highly recommended place

Comfortable and quiet
Convenient and convenient location for getting around the city. The room is nice and equipped with all the essential services. Despite the traffic on Viale Aventino, the room is very quiet. Finally, the staff is very kind and ready to satisfy every need.

ACCOMMODATION REVIEW BY BOOKING
The location is quite quiet and close to the Coliseum.
Regarding the accommodation, we did not like anything. The room was very dusty, it smelled old. The mattress and pillows should be changed. Poor lighting and a screen that hung broken. Breakfast 2 croissants 2 juices and two capasulas of coffee. There was not any water. In short, we would not return nor would we recommend it. I had a booking sign with a score of 8 that does not correspond to what they offer.

They did not leave a snack when they cleaned the room, excellent location, warm blankets
We stayed two nights and when they did the cleaning they didn't change towels, they left the same ones and even hung them up to dry. The check in said that it was possible from 8:30 am but they did not let me in until 9

We were pleased with our stay
Wash well. Super nice hostess. Got good advice. Was open to your questions. We felt very comfortable. We definitely recommend this B&B. Regarding breakfast: You are in another country. Then you take for granted what you get. We are used to it differently. But they did not give enough bakeries where you can buy sandwiches.

Very good
Easy to get to, the location was great for us because it was very close to the Grand Circus and the metro. The room is ok, clean and the best bed!

Great location, served by metro (very close indeed). Places in close proximity (also open after midnight). Friendly and helpful staff. Really great value for money, but whatever the price, a place I would recommend?

Low costs, high profitability
Great location! Then Flavia and Claudia knew how to greet us and give us excellent directions for Rome.
I don't know... Given the price, I'd say it's a great compromise. It may or may not be breakfast, a packed croissant and a vending machine capsule, but honestly don't care... Great value for money.

As for the bed and breakfast, it is quiet and with good privacy.
Unfortunately breakfast is paid by the residents. On the other hand, the location is excellent both in terms of distance from historical and cultural monuments and in terms of distance from excellent restaurants on the same street.
Booking management is a little rough if the timeslots are different from the usual for managers. Breakfast at the expense of residents.

Great location, great STAFF
Great location for visiting Rome, well served by public transport, close to FS Ostiense. Paid parking in front of the building, free for 3 hours in the alleys of Viale Aventino.
Breakfast would have to integrate a bit ... but we were right next to Covid

Lovely guest house
Stayed at this guest house with family. I really liked the cleanliness (the hostess cleans every day, brings milk, bread, croissants, capsules for a coffee machine), great location (all the main attractions are within walking distance, there is a supermarket, a cafe nearby). Having a kitchen can't be beat! The only thing is that when we arrived at the appointed time, no one was waiting for us. I had to ask passers-by for a phone to contact the hostess. But in the future, this curiosity was brightened up by an excellent and hospitable attitude.

Great stay in a great location
Lovely beds, 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum, 5 minutes from Maxim Circus, supermarket right across the street, well served by public transport, warm welcome, kitchen we shared with another room, bathroom.
With the exception of the Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, all attractions are within a 20-30 minute walk. But it's easy to do with public transport, and walking around Rome is never boring. It's also a bit of a pity that we weren't able to go out to the shared terrace :)

Great location but other than that....
Period August 2019, spartan room but very dusty, on the other hand, require a double bed, but found two single beds, booked through Booking.com, payment must be made in the structure, but they require cash, referring to stories about the fault of the pos ... to talk about the problem of bath towels ... left dirty in the bathroom and not replaced, my phone inquiry was answered in an unpleasant way that in the Lazio region there is a law that changes towels every three days ... and that I was staying in a hotel like bed and breakfast (having saved a lot) and that if I wanted clean towels every day I would have to book a hotel, for the same price I would stay at the hotel, since the price paid is not so small.

It was only for one night, but I was very pleased with the friendliness of Claudia.
Strategic location, convenient to everything both on foot and by metro, which is 300 meters from the hotel.
Unfortunately, the parking problem can be solved with a little patience and luck.

The atmosphere is familiar, there is a place where you can make breakfast just like at home. The location is great.
The place is abandoned, many things in the room are broken, the exact time of arrival must be reported and if you arrive earlier than expected you will not be able to access the structure because there is no staff working elsewhere in the meantime. There is no way to park the car and it is very noisy in the morning.

They welcomed us with sympathy! They suggested that we visit the area, the Aventine, which turned out to be really interesting and enjoyable. A really useful thing is the free key to be able to leave your luggage as soon as you leave the room until check out time. Friendly and clean environment. I advise

Rome at a glance
The location is very good. Walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum, Piazza Venezia, Capitol and Palatine Hills, Baths of Caracal, Via Apia. Opposite the supermarket, Gelateria near the apartments. Every day, except the day before departure, 2 bags of juice, 2 capsules of coffee, 2 bags of tea, a bag of biscuits were brought to the room.
The kitchen is not functional, it is possible to cook on a tile, but not on anything. Nobody cooked there. There is one old saucepan. There are electric kettles, but in terrible condition. On the eve of the day of departure, they saved us by not putting even one capsule of coffee. We left not drinking solo. Food for general use is not edible.
