Zoya is exceptional, sincerely kind and caring! As soon as we arrived she had already prepared a map of the hotel's surroundings with her addresses for us to eat according to the alleys. The contact had been made previously via WhatsApp for the check in. Spacious room and cleaning done every day! Plus with coffee maker, coffee pods, tea and infusion. Despite the central location, the room is perfectly soundproofed. Everything is done on foot, ideal location!!! We highly recommend you!

You can go there without hesitation, everything is comfortable, very clean and the location is ideal.
Spacious, clean and very well equipped room (coffee, kettle, water renewed every day, daily cleaning). Absolutely ideal location for exploring the center of Rome on foot; even the Vatican is close and you can walk there very easily.
It is not strictly speaking a hotel but rented rooms in a large apartment building; we are welcomed on the first day, very well by the way, with kindness and great availability, but then we no longer see anyone from the stay. That's why you shouldn't expect the benefits and service of a hotel.

the only nice thing was the huge bed.
but it didn't feel like I booked a suite as everything felt like it was but a suite. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS. they are nothing like they seem. they will be photoshopped bho, also they gave me a room that i hadn't booked because the other one downstairs at 12:00 still wasn't ready. I would also add that they expressly communicated to me that I would have to keep my dog always with me, taking care of her sleepers: but that floor was so dirty that after having cleaned up a little water she had smeared the napkin on the ground with her nose paper was BLACK from dirt. then the prices will honestly have been set because of the position which, more or less, is still good, but too much for such a structure.

Washbasin in room 303 in dire need of renovation (looks disgusting), no door between sleeping area and bathroom, so that the partner who is still sleeping is woken up by the noise of the other and is blinded by the light of the bathroom. The bathroom is also cold in the morning if you have the window open in the sleeping area at night. Poor communication with those responsible, since the reception is rarely or never manned and calls are repeatedly not answered.

Amazing city and location on Brand Avenue
Location and cleanliness, close to everywhere and the avenue of brands. A cute, delicious and cheap cafe 20 meters away (2 cappuccinos, 2 large croissants for 5 euros) Supermarket near by
A very narrow elevator, we arrived with a baby and it was difficult to get the stroller into the elevator, we were 10 minutes late arriving at the apartment due to a road closure nearby and charged us an additional 20 euros. A parking lot about 15 minutes' walk away, 25 euros per day

CENTRAL POSITION
Clean and modern room and bathroom. In the room I also had a coffee machine, mini bar, and safe. Excellent, central location. Nearest metro station Piazza di Spagna ... just 5 minutes on foot, but by walking you can get everywhere without taking public transport.

the location was particularly good! The room was spacious. the lady who did the cleaning made efforts to give us a 2nd key.
the bathroom was worn out: knob of the tap is falling off, lid of the knobs of the toilet is completely loose. foil from bathroom furniture comes loose, etc. a lot of limescale around the shower.

The structure is x two hundred MT in a military traffic area ... for us it is an element in favor because we toured the historic center on foot
Due to an error by the host, on the day of my arrival at check-in I was charged twice the amount of the stay on my credit card. Informed the owner of the incident on the same day thanks to the report from my bank, I am still waiting for my money to be returned despite my daily phone calls ... they tell me don't worry, you will see that tomorrow we will make the transfer ... it has been 10 days .. Unable to reach anyone by phone (we had emailed us that we were going to arrive late due to our flight being delayed). Roman nightmare
The structure has only one quality: the location
Beyond the inefficiencies (television and mini-bar not working), we didn't like the room at all: cramped, old, dirty and smelly, so much so that, despite having already paid, we decided to go elsewhere after only 10 minutes. Never again!

The strong point of the hotel is definitely its location: very central, allowing you to reach almost all the main sights of Rome on foot or by bike.
Review room. TV that turned off after a few minutes, very noisy air conditioner and damp smell in the room. The curtains, unfortunately, did not block the light in the morning.

In the heart of Rome, but in a quiet place
Great location for visiting Rome, away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance of the main attractions. We always moved on foot and everything was available in the vicinity. Clean and spacious rooms, great beds, friendly and helpful staff. Considering the exorbitant prices of the city during this period, the value for money I would say is excellent, especially given the location. Returning to Rome, we will take this into account.

Good location but lacks soundproofing
The rooms of this hotel are located on the third floor overlooking Via Tomacelli. However, despite the height, street noises are clearly audible and cause a lot of disturbance, especially in the early morning. I propose to change the plumbing for soundproofing rooms

Good location, very center. Modern parking 10 minutes walk (25€/day). Jogging is possible right along the Tiber. dog welcome
The junior suite had a moldy bathroom with a strong smell. Also the hallway (reception) smelled musty. WiFi didn't work in the apartment. The keys were difficult.

Great location. Room style
The room we stayed in needs updating especially the bathroom which shows signs of wear. Little attention to detail: we were 2 people, should think about leaving 2 bottles of water. If you leave the coffee pods, the expiration date should be clear also because the bags of sugar are frozen, which did not give much peace of mind. There is a kettle but only one tea bag, some herbal tea is welcome as well as 2 packaged biscuits.

Perfect location for visiting Rome
We stayed 3 nights and I would say we enjoyed it very much. The room is updated every day, the room is clean and well maintained. Super quiet area at night and a stone's throw from the main monuments of Rome. Super recommended.

Great location, a few steps from Plaza España, welcoming structure and very helpful and kind staff, also recommended for value for money, beautiful and cozy junior suite from all its points of view, really excellent !! Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Rome.
A little moisture in the reception area, a very small drawback, but definitely manageable.

Exceptional location a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps and the main streets. Clean and well heated facility (we visited in January). Great welcome and everything is in perfect working order.
Nothing to report Very small bathroom with no window (at least in our room) but that doesn't pose much of a problem.

A highly recommended hotel in the heart of Rome. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Exceptional cleanliness, every day our room was like new. The staff is very nice, in fact we had a problem on the first day and they solved it efficiently which is much appreciated and highly commended. Without a doubt, a place to repeat.

Just perfect!
Everything was perfect! Stefania contacted us the day before our arrival to arrange check-in. When we arrived she gave us a city map showing the best things to see in the city and how to get there by bus or metro from Boutique Centrale. She then gave us a list of inexpensive, non-touristic restaurants and bars which were absolutely amazing! We were there as a couple on our first trip, everything was perfect in this room from the round bed to the bath/shower with lots of lights! Boutique Centrale is very well located, close to several major attractions (take a tourist map of Rome when visiting). Thanks to Stephanie and Andre for their welcome, we will be back!

GREAT LOCATION, two minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and easy access to anywhere in the center. Very large room and large bathroom ideal for 4 people. The staff is always available.

Excellent and comfortable stay!
The location is perfect, close to the Spagna metro station and bus stops. Shops and the Trevi Fountain are nearby. The interior decoration is excellent. A little more about the privacy offered by this apartment.
Before entering the apartment, you need to open 3 doors, and the first 2 locks are quite difficult to open.

Convenience and central location at a reasonable price
Great location, a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. Large well furnished room, very clean and with a very comfortable double bed. Cozy and very quiet environment, even if right on the street. Very comfortable. The presence of a properly working refrigerator in the room is absolutely necessary in summer. The kindness of the Lady who, although not always present, was easily accessible by phone and made us leave our luggage in the building even after checking out.
Few toiletries, no soap, no disposable shower cap. The air conditioner in the room was not very helpful as it was not adjustable and noisy although it could cool the room well. There is no real front desk but the Lady was kind and helpful enough to help us even over the phone.

Very central
The strong point, of course, is the location a stone's throw from Via del Corso on the one hand and the Tiber on the other. Clean room with a nice round bed. Around the corner is the famous Neapolitan pizzeria Sorbillo. Attentive staff greeted us on arrival, they let us leave our luggage on the day of departure, leaving us the door keys to collect.
I would have preferred a classic shower rather than a bath with a shower. My keys were hard to open the door. Luckily I was traveling with a friend who occupied a different room and had different keys, also because the building is unstaffed.

Stay in Rome in the historic center.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in the historic center. And how about a great location, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and Via del Corso. The staff was very kind. Upon arrival, the front desk guy was waiting for us downstairs and carefully showed us the room and facilities. On the day of check out they were very helpful in letting us leave our luggage until our check out time at the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Minibar, water, kettle... everything is missing. Edoardo is not very timely in messaging. The property could have good potential being very central, but more attention to detail is definitely needed, as well as an improvement in the structure/aspect of communication with the client. One of the two beds was missing a blanket and duvet cover, the bed was completed with only a sheet.

Very central
The location is perfect for visiting the center of Rome, the staff were kind and helpful. The room was well heated.
I booked a triple room for 2 adults plus a 17 year old girl which confirmed the booking and upon arrival I was asked for a small extra per night for a third bed which didn't even fit, luckily it had a camping mat in it. 3 could fit in a round bed. Only cold water came out of the bidet, in January this is not pleasant, while the bathroom should be separated by a door from the rest of the room and equipped with a working extractor fan, there is also no light near the mirror, useful for those who have to shave or make up. He would have deserved more if he had more service.

I would improve the cosmetics in the bathroom, which was a little lacking. The elevator is a bit old and a bit narrow to get in. It would be better to clear the entrance from the garbage (the smell at the entrance to the building was not very pleasant).

At 4:30 am I was awakened by a noise from the next room. (as if they are knocking or knocking something). I couldn't sleep anymore. The cabinet under the sink needs to be replaced.

The location was very good. The best quarter. A little fear for the car or person. the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately Booking com only booked one adult instead of 2 adults so I had to provide discussion and evidence. However, all is well in the end.
There are 6 trash cans at the entrance. These smell bad. I had to hurry to unlock the gate.
