Good location and level of services
The very central location allowing you to go to the main sites on foot. The roof terrace (but it is a shame that the sun protection canvas no longer exists even though it appears in the photos). The owner who organizes transfers with the airport for a more attractive rate than Uber.
Mold, limescale and unfinished tile finishes in the shower. For the price (500€ per night) it should be perfect

beautiful terrace, central location, close to monuments, large spacious apartment, excellent contact with the owner, he was very helpful
noisy at night, so the most sensitive to noise might have trouble falling asleep, but that's normal when you're right in the center, but thanks to that, you can walk everywhere to all the monuments without any problem

Fantastic location and beautiful roof terrace
Large lovely apartment, close to everything and within walking distance to all "Must-sees" in Rome. Perfect air conditioning and good and stable internet. The best is definitely the location and the roof terrace.
Nothing, but have wishes for future renovation: new fridge with small freezer, parasol on the terrace, door to toilet in large bedroom made so it can be closed:)
