Optimal
Clean, spacious and quiet room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Strategic location, a stone's throw from the metro and in a well-stocked area. Host available and quick in responses. Quick and easy check-in and check-out.
I liked everything and will definitely stay there again on my next trips to Rome. Just two pieces of advice: it would be better to put sheets under the duvet; there is a coffee machine in the room, it would be nice to provide a couple of pods.

for 110 euros a night you could have done better.
The check in is very convenient, autonomous, the room is located in a building with a lift. There is an air conditioner, even if it is not very efficient.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you can feel the iron bars on the back, I woke up with pain and pillows, some soft, some low, some hard. In the shower, the hand shower support needs to be replaced (if it falls off), without a non-slip carpet and glasses dirty with limestone. I knew that the room was equipped with a coffee machine, but I only found out after arriving in the room, the brand and that I had to provide everything I needed. The roller shutters in the bathroom need to be fixed. There are no power sockets in the bathroom and there are where there is no mirror. The sheets didn't smell good.

Comfortable for one night
Comfortable room for a few nights in a decent condominium. Quiet location near the Numidio Quadrato underground line A stop.
Impossible to find a parking space for the car. I had to drive for more than an hour and park more than a kilometer away with all the traffic problems of a metropolis like Rome.

Welcoming
The apartment was clean and so was the facility itself. Located parallel to via Tuscolana, very close to the metro station and all services. Elena, the owner, is very kind and always ready to accommodate our every need.

Comfortable and close to the metro
The air conditioning. The comfortable bed. The large space of the studio. The bidet. The hairdryer. The metro is two blocks away.
The neighborhood is not reassuring and is very dirty. The poorly fixed shower bar meant that the shower head did not hold.

The room was large, comfortable, very clean. A lot of light. Very close to the metro station. The building is also clean. There is no noise. It is safe.
The area where the building is located is a bit ugly and dirty, but the important thing is that it's safe and I didn't have any problems.

Great location is nice room
The location is close to the metro station. The condo is clean and quiet. The modern and welcoming room. There is a microwave available, a small fridge with bottles of water. There is a bit of everything around, from pastry shops to bars and trattorias. The owner very kind and helpful. For me everything is fine. If I had to go back to Rome I would try to go back there.

Pleasant stay a stone's throw from the metro A
Structure on a human scale about a hundred meters from the Numidio Quadrato stop of the Metro A. Clean and welcoming room. A pleasant stay for business travellers.

Pleasant and comfortable
Excellent cleaning, excellent location because the metro station was a stone's throw away. Good bars very close, McDonald's 200 meters for children. Easy to find parking also very close to the house.

Ideal apartment for a city trip
Nice apartment for a city trip to Rome. Close to the metro, in a short time you get off in the center with all the hotspots. Apartment is very basic, but neat and clean so exactly what you want when visiting a city.

Your search for the PERFECT B&B ends here!
The search for a B&B designed according to my needs and expectations ended when I was lucky enough to find the "Claudia" room of the Murena Apartments among the usual search results (well packaged but with scarce content, in every respect). One step away from the metro, from the chaos, from supermarkets, from small groceries, from laundries, from schools, from the park, from ATMs... from everything! This corner of paradise is kept with care by Elena, kind, discreet and helpful like few other b&b managers in the area. Furnished and impeccably clean, it is also equipped with a two-seater sofa bed and a very useful mini-bar. The bathroom equipment and that of the bedroom, the break, the TV, the tea table and everything I have found in this place are the result of intelligent and tasteful choices. Needless to say, I highly recommend it.
The only drawback of this place is not being able to make a duplicate to carry it around when you stop away from home for one or more nights.

Easy to reach and very comfortable
Check in was quick and easy. The room where I stayed was very cozy and clean, I also found the bed very comfortable. The location is a bit secluded but you can get there in a few minutes by subway and the stop is within walking distance.
