I know where to go in Rome!
Location: excellent, 5 minutes from the metro and even less from the bus stops going to the center. If it's a good day, you can also walk to the center in less than 20 minutes. Quiet area and very good bars and restaurants under the house. Services / Cleaning: Cleanliness can not be complained about. Irreproachable! The services are not even there, the terrace is beautiful and the house is well equipped. Owner: kind and helpful, it was like talking to a friend! Check-in: quick and easy, without the need to agree on an arrival time!
There is no bidet in the bathroom, no microwave in the kitchen.

Relaxed holidays in warm Rome
The location was good, not too in the tourist area, but the tourist sites are easily accessible. Good area in terms of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. The top floor can be reached by an elevator in a beautiful building. There is a very large roof terrace but it was actually too hot for that. The room itself is personal and fascinating. Everywhere there is something to see. There was a feeling of home comfort. The bathroom is small but functional. It was a very pleasant end to a trip to Italy.
Nothing disappointed, it was hot so it was too hot on the rooftop terrace but luckily there was air conditioning inside!

A cozy bright place with a soul, a great terrace, a convenient area with supermarkets, a market (must visit), hospitable restaurants within walking distance (the owner will recommend the best cuisine)

Very friendly host and good advice. Well located apartment with all necessary equipment. Very large terrace, very remarkable. Taxi 5 min walk, metro 10 min walk. Quiet area with nearby market, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, tobacco shop, pharmacy, etc... Recommend.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, we felt at home. I recommend.

Pleasant stay in Rome
Round the clock hot water, instead of a balcony - a big roof :), a table and chairs on the roof with a small canopy (although you can't sit in the rain), no neighbors on the floor (upper floor - 5th). A sufficient number of dishes, the dishes themselves are almost all in good condition. Tea, coffee, salt, sugar. Existence of an extension cord and adapters to sockets. Decent internet. Good location on foot - 20 min Termini, 30-40 min Trevi Fountain, 20 min - Villa Borghese park, 2 shops (PAM, SACOPH) and a market nearby. Several restaurants within walking distance.
Creaky upper floor, tall people (1.70+) - have to bend down, lack of a fence (not suitable for children and those walking at night :) ). It's time to replace the pans. There is a little leakage from the refrigerator (we put a small rag on it). Hard water - scale (maybe it's in Rome in principle). There was no soap and toilet paper on arrival (check). From the little things: a good corkscrew for wine, a couple of wine glasses (found only for champagne), free a couple of boxes for things on the 1st floor (they threw things themselves). Bust with decorations in the interior (you can see in the photo), some not very pleasant old things and pictures from the walls should be removed (at least the one that we filmed during our stay).

Great place for a long stay in Rome for your money
Good location (15-20 minutes walk from the station + many attractions within walking distance). Availability of a kitchen. Roof access. Responsive owner.
