Completely negative
I did not like anything, a room with old and not very functional furniture, a leaking radiator. Smelly towels. The entrance was under scaffolding and the passage was endangered, parking was 200 meters away and even the restaurant was quite broken. There was no breakfast and the bar was 300 meters away.
Didn't like anything, I highly recommend looking elsewhere and the price for 2 people wasn't cheap either. Other places also gave breakfast for the same price.

If it should be ...
Booked for 3 nights - decided to come on August 15th. Not surprisingly, there was nothing free near the sea. The room is clean but not clean (cobwebs, unknown roommates, ...). Nicely furnished from afar, but shabby. Room with refrigerator and balcony (see photo), breakfast is not provided. Wi-Fi ~ Summary: for the price only if there is no other way out.

Wonderful place, missing staff because we arrived on a Tuesday night and didn't see anyone. The day after departure, there was no staff present ........ in practice, the staff is absent, except by phone
At least one coffee in the morning as the only bar nearby opens at 9:00 am.

Nice place to visit during cooler months.
The proximity to the evocative Villa Savorgnan is the only reason to stay. a really nice restaurant, part of the structure where I spent more than a night.
Perhaps a little breakfast in the room, such as a handmade waffle, plus packaged buns as a welcome gesture, could make a difference. And a hint of hospitality, a half smile would be the icing on the cake.
