Small but clean rooms

be careful, even with your booking confirmation you are not sure you have rooms! we can't make them
unfortunately despite our reservation (2 rooms for 2 nights) the boss Beatrice told us on arrival that there was no room for us anymore so there was no time to check!!!
Welcome Beatrice!!!! booking confirmation in hand, she laughs when she tells us she took the bus, which she was more interested in! we told her that it was wrong and that it was unacceptable, and it was by shouting at us that she kicked us out!!!

Enjoy your stay
The holiday fully met our expectations. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Clean hotel, rich breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Nice lunch and dinner of traditional cuisine. I would recommend it!

Basically everything was fine.
The rooms were clean, cleaned well. Close to the sea, 5-10 minutes walk, friendly staff. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a children's corner.
Very small rooms (double), maybe others are a little bigger 🤷🏻♀️. It would be great if the breakfasts were varied, because of the salty options, only cheese and sausage are available.

Hot nights and a short-sighted marketing strategy
Location near the sea and services. In the future, probably a great position because it is close to the future bike path they are currently building.
Solving the problem with the air conditioner. Convinced that it was out of service and that it could not be fixed on the weekend, the staff, however polite they were, did not offer us any discount or accomodation as we did not sleep well due to this problem. The discount after our complaints was only 10 €. A bit for sleepless nights in proportion to the cost of 235 euros for two nights. Will not recommend to friends. A little more was enough to meet our disappointment. Myopia as a strategy for new managers

Tutto ben.
Excellent location of the structure, which is close to both the sea and the Rimini promenade, so restaurants, shops, etc. Friendly staff.

I wouldn't come back but still thanks to the staff everyone is smiling and good
The staff were very welcoming and kind, ready to help in any case. Breakfast with an excellent choice that varies between sweet and savory as well as drinks. Very close to clubs and Fiabilandia.
the room and bathroom were small, the sheets were clean but all broken, there was a layer of dust about 2cm on the fan and we didn't dare turn it on. The bedspreads are very worn, the fabric has been removed, the walls are half broken.

Family atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff beyond expectations, I would say that it is almost impossible to find better. More than plentiful breakfast, perfect cleaning.

An excellent and modest place to rest and recharge your batteries.
The friendliness of the staff and the care for the guests are at a good level, which shows the harmony of the team that has been together for years, especially Sgn Valentino. "Grazie". Breakfast is OK, it could be more varied with local products such as proscuto domenciale, regional cheeses, seasonal fruit from loyal farms, etc.
There's little I can say that's bad, except for a few blown light bulbs.

I only had the opportunity to stay for 1 night... Everything went well, the guy who greeted us was very nice and the girl who had breakfast was very helpful too... The only fault of the cleaning lady was not the towels in the bathroom, but oh well , it's not a problem.. Great price and quality... Thank you guys!!

Good stay for little money
The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They took very good care of us. Spontaneously one night was no longer a problem, we just had to change rooms. The beach is close, sun loungers and umbrellas are inexpensive.
The only problem is the electrical outlets. The normal hair dryer could not be plugged into an outlet and the existing hair dryer was not very good. There are also very few outlets in the room.
