Tutto ben.
Excellent location of the structure, which is close to both the sea and the Rimini promenade, so restaurants, shops, etc. Friendly staff.

I wouldn't come back but still thanks to the staff everyone is smiling and good
The staff were very welcoming and kind, ready to help in any case. Breakfast with an excellent choice that varies between sweet and savory as well as drinks. Very close to clubs and Fiabilandia.
the room and bathroom were small, the sheets were clean but all broken, there was a layer of dust about 2cm on the fan and we didn't dare turn it on. The bedspreads are very worn, the fabric has been removed, the walls are half broken.

The staff is very kind, welcoming and attentive.. small room but very clean. Good breakfast, excellent value for money.

Family atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff beyond expectations, I would say that it is almost impossible to find better. More than plentiful breakfast, perfect cleaning.

I only had the opportunity to stay for 1 night... Everything went well, the guy who greeted us was very nice and the girl who had breakfast was very helpful too... The only fault of the cleaning lady was not the towels in the bathroom, but oh well , it's not a problem.. Great price and quality... Thank you guys!!

Good stay for little money
The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They took very good care of us. Spontaneously one night was no longer a problem, we just had to change rooms. The beach is close, sun loungers and umbrellas are inexpensive.
The only problem is the electrical outlets. The normal hair dryer could not be plugged into an outlet and the existing hair dryer was not very good. There are also very few outlets in the room.
