Small beach hotel, close to the airport (walking distance). Unfortunately, the plane landed after the specified check-in time, but the reception was still open, where we could take our room after a quick check-in. The room is simply furnished, but comfortable and clean. I would especially emphasize the quantity and quality of the breakfast. Due to the coronavirus regulations, the guests were not allowed to touch the breakfast, but were served by the staff working there upon request.

The extended family is friendly and very personable. The boss picked out the train connections for me *only the express trains are displayed on Deutsch Bahn*. Everything very clean and functional. The price I paid at the end of the season was unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was very good for Italian standards and included (homemade) cakes. There was also dark bread. Almost every room *maybe even every* has a balcony. It is only a short hop to the beach.

This structure was a pleasant surprise, a few steps from the sea and all services, easy to reach if you travel by train. From Rimini station we took line 11 which left us 200 meters away in about 30 minutes. The reference stop is number 32. Alternatively, you can take the train and get off at Miramare station and walk for about 8 minutes through the centre. We returned home in the afternoon pleasantly relaxed. Simple but well maintained building Basic room, not as small as I have read in several reviews and VERY clean. Change of towels every day if necessary, understanding the fact that in order not to pollute the environment too much, guests are asked to keep the towels they consider still clean. Renovated bathroom and large balcony. We stayed with our little dog, the structure gladly accepts animals and this is a nice thing if you want to travel together with your pet. The staff is very kind and always available, starting with the cleaning ladies, the lady at the reception, the night porter and the mother of the owner who prepares new sweets for the abundant and varied breakfast every day. You feel when a structure is managed with love and everything possible is done to make guests feel good. We are so happy with this hotel that next time we come back to Miramare we will definitely stay here, again. Thank you very much! See you soon!

Room cleaned every day even without asking and bathroom linen changed. no bathroom supply.

The room was small for us

I liked the breakfast time - until 11, despite the fact that the checkout is until 10. The room had a balcony and several towels. There was a desk in the room which I love. There was a normal wardrobe for things and two beds pushed together as a double. There was a blanket in the closet and I needed it, I got on a cold day.

Friendly staff is available, always with a smile. Excellent breakfast, we found some delicious cakes and fabulous chocolate biscuits. Near the structure there are white lines and with a little luck you can park safely.

Excellent location a stone's throw from the sea, close to the center and 3km by bike from Riccione. Simple structure, clean room, essential. Good value for money by area standards.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The location to the beach was excellent. The breakfast was good. If you had problems, you were helped directly. The balcony was large and had a drying rack.

Valid structure in an excellent position, a few minutes walk from the Miramare railway station and one minute from the beach (partnership and well organized). The breakfast was well organized, varied and plentiful, with homemade desserts, which can be used until 11. I really appreciated the precautions in the breakfast room, used for everyone's safety. Top cleaning and bar service always open. Good value for money, despite the high season. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and uncomplicated hotel. The breakfast was great. Really great homemade cakes and cookies, like Mama's. Fantastic coffee and whatever else you need. The house bar offers coffee and cold drinks for normal prices outside of breakfast. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. The location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach. 1 minute to stroll. Trumrum everywhere restaurants or supermarket.

The breakfast is plentiful, a standard Italian buffet with delicious pies. Pets are welcome and you don't have to pay extra for it. The coast and the open beach are very close. It is possible to rent parasols at a discount on the beach in plot 148. The free beach is after plot 150 and dogs can be brought in as well. Plot 150 is designated for dogs. The air conditioning works well in the rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff is nice. There is a laundromat nearby where the hotel gives you a discount card that can save you 1-2 euros. The 10-11 bus stop is 100 m away, which allows you to easily get into the city center. There is a paid parking lot nearby for 10 eur/day, but it is worth hunting for free spaces in the small streets where it is free. 5-10 minutes by car, there are larger shopping opportunities (Aldi, Lidl).

Hotel Sport is located a stone's throw from the beaches, including the free one and the one for dogs. It offers a buffet breakfast served by the staff in an anti covid style, good. I used a single room with perfect spaces and furnishings for one person. Pleasant outdoor area where you can laze around and have breakfast in the fresh air.

We had a very good time at the Sport hotel, a step away from the beach, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and very kind and courteous staff. Miramare is an area that offers everything and the hotel is in a great location. They reserved a small room for us with a large balcony from which we could see the sea.

Great breakfast, fabulous homemade cakes and biscuits. Served for anticovid standards, staff ready and available to requests. Slightly small room, balcony like fire escape perhaps impractical for long stays, comfortable bathroom. All very clean. I suggest more comfortable pillows and two more. There is also the safe. Perfect location very close to the 148 partner establishment. You can eat at the Paguro bar restaurant right there on the beach. Excellent linguine with clams fished by them. The Miramare area is also a really pleasant surprise. Very nice walk. Very pleasant stay. We'll be back. We have already advertised to friends and it is also close to the Terme di Rimini...

I had read previous reviews before choosing this establishment, and I'm glad I did. I found everything in order, from the services to the room in which they hosted me, from the richness of variety offered for breakfast to the quality of the products themselves. Yes, all the positive reviews are right for this property. I also add that I found cleanliness and precision. It's not attributable to them, because it depended on the street, but there was a bit of noise on the street at night. For the rest all in order.

Ideal location, 100 m. to the beach (sandy and wide beach) and close to the airport. Neat, clean, for young people and short stays - ideal, i.e. for those who, without any special claims, with a calculation of 3 stars, get 5. The price is more than adequate and with breakfast. The guy at the reception was very kind and offered to take me to the airport at no extra charge, it was a nice gesture on his part) . A couple of steps away is a restaurant with an evening program. 10 points!

Beautiful structure starting from the friendly and kind staff..everything quite clean and location very close to the private beaches and free beach.there is no parking in the area, about 100 meters away there is the 24-hour one with 8 euros per day. We will be back!

Simple and basic hotel, but in a good location and clean. Well-functioning wifi also in the room, comfortable bed, good and varied breakfast. We left the car along the road, but otherwise the public parking (8€ per day) would have been very close anyway. The managers offered us the opportunity to use the bathroom even after checking out, much appreciated attention.

The staff is courteous and efficient and is available to customers 24 hours a day. The breakfast buffet was excellent, which due to the anti-Covid regulations was served directly by the staff (we really appreciated the correctness and compliance with the rules). The rooms are clean and we have never found anything broken or malfunctioning. The location, a few meters from the sea between Rimini and Riccione, is truly exceptional. Finally, the value for money is absolutely excellent.

Very convenient location because the hotel is close to both the sea and the Miramare train station. Large and clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathroom with shower, very small balcony but ok for hanging out towels and swimsuits. Good breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory. The partner bathroom (Bagno Luciano) is also good. Definitely worth going back.

There is also a little salty. In order not to create crowds, you need them by asking what you prefer, it fits in this period. The balcony is real small as some have written but there is the possibility of hanging towels and swimsuits so it's perfectly fine! Perfect location, just a little away from the hustle and bustle and 5min walk from the beach. Available to provide the cot with sheets for our baby. We will definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly, all on a family basis from what I understand and therefore you are comfortable and always pampered. Every morning there are 2 or 3 outstanding homemade cakes, they are a must try every time! A great breakfast I would say!

Era la seconda volta che mi sono fermata in questo albergo. Ed e andata molto bene. La prima volta non era cosi soddisfatta. La camera era molto spaziosa che per me era importante con la bimba. L'area condizionata funziona benissimo, non c'era rumore, il personale era molto gentile e rapido. La camera molto carina e pulitissima. In questa camera ci tornerei anche l'altra volta. Il balcone molto ampio si vedeva anche il mare un pochino. An excellent hotel for the money, I was twice, this time I really liked the room, the previous time it was much smaller (the room overlooked the building next to the side) was much smaller than the current one and the air conditioner was not very good. Everything else was ok. Very clean. The breakfast is good. the staff is quite accommodating.

I liked everything in general, except that the room was a little small, it was inconvenient with a child and a stroller. The room was quiet as I requested. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is not bad. The sea is at hand. Close to Rimini Miramare station. Everything is clean and tidy.
