Needs repairs and honest photos. Terrible living experience.
Close to the sea
The object does not match the photo. Really needs renovation. Dirty and beaten walls and doors, plaster falling off in places. There is a lot of mold in the bathrooms, a loose toilet lid. The kitchen lacks equipment, one dull and broken knife, pans and pots need to be replaced. Very unpleasant to be inside. Sockets are in short supply. Not worth even half the money paid.

Weekend in Rimini
The woman who manages the structure made sure we were as available as possible by the time we arrived. She was waiting for us at the entrance and was very kind. The apartment is ideal for both weekends, as with us, and for living there. Quiet place. Perfect cleanliness in bathrooms and bedrooms. Towels. There are two sets of keys available. Air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Ideal loft for seven people
Clean rooms, nice furniture, closeness to the sea (walking a little far from the center of Rimini, but by scooters you can get there in less than 10 minutes), the friendliness and friendliness of the owner, a very comfortable sitting area.
