We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend the accommodation.
The location was very good. We had a great view of the mountains from our apartment. We were able to order rolls the evening before for the next morning, they were delivered around 8 a.m. and were still warm. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating.
No restaurants nearby. The beds were very hard for our taste, but someone else might find that pleasant.

Away from tourism and yet quickly at various starting points for hikes and bike tours.
Nice welcome from Maria. Offer rolls, milk and eggs service every morning. Quiet location, wonderful views of the mountains.
The mattresses were too firm for us. Otherwise everything is great :)

Enjoy your stay in Val Passiria
Panoramic position with view on mountains and valley. The city of Merano can be easily reached by car. Possibility to book a breakfast basket with products from the organic farm.

There was no mocha or Nespresso type coffee machine, just an American coffee maker. And in the kitchen there was practically only one packet of salt, you had to buy everything

We felt very comfortable and would be happy to recommend this apartment.
We ordered a breakfast basket every evening. Fresh buns, eggs and milk in the morning right outside the door. Homemade jam and syrup are also highly recommended. Housekeeping very friendly and accommodating

Relatively central location, view, easy check-in, new facility, bus service to the valley
Only one outlet in the kitchen, only a glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom, weak water pressure in the shower.

Perfect vacation in the mountains.
Didn't like everything. Maria is very attentive and kind. The apartment is very cozy, with an incredible view of the mountains. It is very clean and very well equipped except for one decent frying pan. Each evening you could order the food you wanted to keep for breakfast the next day: bread, rolls, local cold cuts, or eggs from the farm's own chickens. They also have a very friendly cat and dog.
Set but to have a frying pan and a microwave, but it does not matter.

Relaxing stay in a quiet location
Great location, beautiful view of the mountains. Super breakfast basket if you ordered in the evening, there were warm buns, fresh eggs, homemade jams and more from the organic farm. Very friendly hosts. Thank you for a good holiday.

I can only recommend !
Beautiful large apartment with a breathtaking view from the balcony. Upon request, the owner will prepare various dishes for the guests from homemade organic products. Total peace, very comfortable beds. Evenings on the balcony here are truly relaxing.

Nice residential building with a balcony, quiet area with great views
The bread service worked great, organic milk and organic eggs are also available. Great view from the balcony. Very quiet. Parking spaces for a car right next to the house. A very pleasant hostess.

Very good accommodation with a breathtaking view of the Hirzer from the balcony.
Super nice host. In the morning, there was a basket in front of the door with products ordered in the evening on a note (buns, yogurt, butter, homemade blueberries).

Excellent! A good place.
Lovely spacious apartment (larger than it appears in the photos). Beautiful view. In the morning there is a lot of sun on the balcony, in the afternoon in the shade. Friendly people.
I have read comments elsewhere about the 2km access road, which is very winding but smooth running, and that a new stable is being built nearby. Construction will be completed at the end of June ('22) and this did not bother us. On the contrary: it was nice to see how the wooden structure was delivered.

Nice apartment with mountain view
The accommodation is very idyllically located in South Tyrol and from there you can go on great excursions. For us it was mostly hiking. The apartment was very clean and the bread service was great. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately there was construction going on nearby so it was a bit louder than expected.

What a lovely apartment, beautiful and spacious and everything we needed was there. The view from the living room is superb, you are at an altitude of 700 meters and you have a beautiful view at any time of the day or night! Almost every day we used the service to order fresh milk, eggs and sandwiches! It was very easy and delicious! We enjoyed walking around the Passeiertal, there is a lot to do here. Merano is also a very pleasant town nearby.

Well, but ...
The view is amazing. The apartment itself is very large, bright and clean. The people who greeted us were very kind and easy going. For those who want to relax in absolute silence outside the city.
Bathroom. Really dated, small and no windows. The thing is, there is no breakfast. I asked the hotel for information before booking to see if it was possible to have breakfast after reading reviews that guests welcomed the service but this was not stated. However, without getting a response, I thought it was a separate cost. But this is not so, the maximum you can buy their products (jam and bread). It's a pity as the structure is on a hill outside of Merano (20 min drive) and for a short stay like ours it would have been an added value without having to shop.

Vacation apartment without something specific
The Stuberhof holiday apartments are large and newly furnished. You have a great view from your balcony.
The Stuberhof is very, very far away. The equipment is new, but new furniture isn't everything. Cozy atmosphere, unfortunately, was not created. The kitchen is very spartan if you want to serve yourself. Unfortunately there is no breakfast and bread service, well... Unfortunately we were "eaten" by mosquitoes, we couldn't open the window because there was no mosquito net.

Ideal for hiking, relaxing and quiet

We were completely satisfied and will come back any time.
The breakfast was great. For example, with homemade bread, fine ham, homemade jam, fresh fruit salad, melon, etc. Due to the limited number of guests, we immediately contacted us for breakfast with a wonderful panoramic view from the breakfast room.
The Stubnerhof can be reached via a narrow road from the valley. Here you need to drive slowly and carefully. But there is enough parking space on the farm.

Good accommodation with great hosts
Very nice hostess who prepared a great breakfast every morning: homemade cakes, fresh rolls and local products, really great! The view from the balcony over the valley of Passier is huge and in a few minutes you will be driving downhill from there not far to Merano etc. The rooms are functional, quiet and very clean.
The rooms are a little dated (which we didn't find tragic) and it was very hot at night. Maybe mosquito nets and a fan are suitable for hot days of the year?

Great place for excursions.
Excellent starting position for excursions in the area. Simple and clean structure. Almost everything you need to live. Excellent homemade breakfast.

There was no TV in the room and the house was a little hard to find as it is at 1700m and the corresponding signage is very bad.

The farm accommodation offers a quiet location and a very beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Good breakfast, very nice hostess. Enough parking spaces at the house.
A bit off the steep driveway, you will need a car to get to the next restaurant.

Great breakfast, everything your heart desires! You couldn't try everything! The host goes out of her way to pamper you. The location is great, the view from the balcony is amazing!
Unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Maybe fix it with mosquito nets? Thank God, Otan was with me :-) otherwise they would have stabbed us. Unfortunately there is no TV in the room which was not bad for one night :-)

In tranquil green
The structure is outside of Merano (about 7 km) but this is what we were looking for: a quiet, cool and panoramic place. The reception of the family (lives on the ground floor of the building) is very good, attentive but not "intrusive", with an excellent breakfast (sweet and savory with local products) cooked on the outdoor veranda. Nice room (very comfortable bed) with "inhabited" balcony even in case of rain; the bathroom is ok, maybe a bit dated; however everything is very clean. Stopping just one night along the way, we don't know the area, but it's still a great place to visit Merano and the Tirolo valley; other clients who have been visiting it for years have told us that it is also convenient for walking around the area.

Mountain Austrian mini-hotel with a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast
Great quiet place in the mountains. There was no view from our room, but in general the view was wonderful, over the Alps. Excellent breakfast. The hostess made jam from her peaches the day before, and in the morning she treated her to freshly made jam. The refrigerator is large, but in the hallway, shared. There was plenty of room for us in it. I took off a few points in the assessment due to the almost complete lack of Internet in the room, but these are trifles. The room is large, one might say huge by the standards of Italy. The rooms are all with their own loggia / terrace, on which we took out the table and drank wine. Those who were more fortunate had a gorgeous view of the opposite part of the valley, the mountains. In general, we were the first time in this part of Italy, it is rather not Italy, but Austria. The owner and her family speak German. Like 90% of all the inhabitants of this region.
Need to improve the internet in the rooms. For example, make an access point on the 2nd floor. It is also difficult to find a house. It would be nice to put a sign a little lower, opposite the neighboring house (the first in this village, down the mountain road).

Friendliness, cleanliness, location, everything was excellent.
We were greeted very friendly upon arrival and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, there were even strawberries. The view of the valley is priceless. There are hotels above the Stuberhof and they are definitely worth a visit. FOR ELECTRIC MOTORS: You can ask for electricity and sockets upon arrival. Charge only 80 percent, you take the rest on departure. 5 stars for friendliness...thumbs up....
