The hotel looks very good inside: tiles everywhere, everything is new or almost new. Decent view. Good geometry of rooms - apartments, almost complete kitchen equipment: only a kettle is missing, but we foresaw this based on our experience. But there is even a microwave, a good stove, all the utensils. Signor Aurelio at the reception was very kind and answered all questions. There are no complaints about him. Wonderful Italian!
We lived 12 days: never changed any linen or towels. And, of course, never removed. But it was in Italy with us already in another residence in Rimini. There, for 16 days, linen and towels were not changed. So we ended up having to go and buy towels ourselves in the second half of the holiday. So what to do? More: a socket with a good connector is only in the bathroom. The rest are suitable for the phone, but only for the phone.

The furniture is kitsch, the cleaning is not top notch, there was not even toilet paper on arrival, all the noises from the neighboring apartments can be heard. Upon our arrival in front of the apartment door we were attacked by the smell of fried food that seemed to be in the grill !! Once we had a vehicle blocking our exit from the parking lot of the house, we called the owner who told us to go to the USA to call the owner to get us moving (in my opinion, he should have called him).

It's a shame that the owner with an entrepreneurial eye decided to invoice € 10 each to get the sheets, which was impossible to select when booking, so he definitely thought about doing this trick. ... In addition, the estimated time, which comes one hour earlier than the one specified when booking, is not respected. The rest of the accommodation is perfect, location and quality, impeccable price, air conditioning is present and working.
