Newly renovated apartment.
Newly renovated apartment, we were the first to occupy it. Beautiful veranda with good view of the pine forest with the sea in the background. Convenient parking space. We are satisfied.
The access staircase to the first floor is not comfortable but we were told that it will be redone next year.

A beautiful place, you can forget about everything else!
Small villa with open parking (not fenced) in a quiet green area of approx. 2 km from the long sandy beach of Rena Majore.
Issuing keys is inconvenient, since approx. 12 km, in an agency located in San Teresa di Gallura. Among other things, we asked for a set of towels / sheets (paying extra) but then found the pillowcases were missing! The house had an obscene bathroom: a washing machine with rust, a shower inside with mold and flaking, and the pressure of water from the dispenser was minimal, almost insufficient for taking a shower. Finally, the double bed ended up in a room with no windows. The structure, which turned out to be very poor ... very poor value for money. Better to avoid.

Peace of mind and privacy
The tranquility of the village and the proximity to the sea, the convenience of a supermarket and other facilities within the village.
Irregular showers, water pressure came and went, the TV barely broadcast 2 channels, and the signal was constantly lost.

Very distressing
Nothing to do with the photo !!! On arrival there is no gas, air conditioning does not work, bedding is worn. It is very difficult to contact the rental agency, there are no gestures for all this fake advertisement. The pool is closed and an agency employee, having contacted us by phone, confirmed that the pool is open
