Good
Every day we found a free parking space in front of the house. The location is good, the old town can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Very nice for a short trip.
You can hear people from other rooms and floors very well because the walls are very thin. Quite loud at night. The staff only speak Italian, but you can still communicate with your hands and feet and they are very friendly.

Comfortable and quiet stay. I advise.
The bathroom inside the room is very comfortable. Maximum cleanliness in both rooms. The owners are very nice and helpful. They gave me directions for my stay (transport, distances, historic center, etc.), giving useful tips and advice on getting around. The welcome package is very good.
