Essential
Not far from city center
Lots of embellishments and little substance. There are no curtains, only roller shutters that let light into the room early in the morning. Loud noise from neighboring rooms. The room contains only the most necessary, at a minimum.

Great location and beautiful decor.
Ideal location due to proximity to Pala De Andrè. Very quiet and modern and functional furniture. Very kind owner and maximum availability. Perfect mattresses and pillows. Excellent housekeeping.

Night in Ravenna
The host was available to give us directions via whatsapp as we didn't meet in person due to the late check in time (ours). We were able to find a room in the yard, although we had to turn around a bit before realizing where he was. The room inside was clean and warm, furnished in a modern way, maybe a little damp and with a few mosquitoes inside (may have seen the nearby pond). In short, soundproofing... I heard the neighbors turn on the alarm at 7 Apart. all of these little things are ok. On the street you can easily find free parking
soundproofing and a bit of smell that came from the bathroom as soon as you enter...

Very good value for money!
Don't be deceived by the general atmosphere of the area, Marianne's apartment will make you feel very relaxed. In addition, she is friendly and efficient! The accommodation is very correct and you get to it after crossing the Japanese garden which gives the impression that you are in a completely different area.
The establishment is quite far from the center, do not be afraid to walk! I also think there are nicer areas to live in.

Modest location: close enough to walk to the pier, where, however, except for 2 rooms on the cross, there is nothing to do and see. For the center you need to go a lot more. Accepted a period change from 2 days to 1 even on the last one, even if the confirmation came 24 hours after the request.
No breakfast and not for covid. Mosquitoes pressed against the walls everywhere. A broken shutter that let in a lot of light, but in any case, even a healthy one is not good for the night. Unfortunately we were told that it was broken on the morning of our arrival and therefore there was no time to repair while there is at least one review of the days before complaining about the same problem. Communications: I wrote 2 sms through booking and called to arrange an arrival time. No answer anyway.

Perfect
A room with attention to the smallest detail just steps from the Ravenna dock. The center is easily accessible on foot. Very polite and helpful welcome.
The room is a bit noisy and the insulation is rather poor compared to the adjacent room.

Good value for money but there are some things that could be improved.
The room is modern and spacious. The value for money is good.
The location is not central, the shower is leaking, the bidet is annoyingly cracked. The toilet drain is on the same wall as the head of the bed, so you can hear all the noise from the drain. The bathroom door is not really a door and the ventilation system in the bathroom could be improved due to the lack of windows. Lastly, the shutters in our room were broken and the window facing the street on the ground floor could not be kept open at night.

convenient for parking - directly opposite vacant housing opposite there are two supermarkets and nearby bars friendly and helpful staff
we had a terrace on the ground floor overlooking the outside street (with a room next door) and therefore it was impossible to leave the window open (no mosquito nets) Luckily the air conditioner worked perfectly.

Unfortunately a bit disappointing.
Original decor, beautiful courtyard
On the day of arrival, we were informed by a channel that was unavailable on the train that no one was there when we arrived and were standing in front of a locked gate. I had to call and ask. Then, after one night, we were moved to a second room that smelled like a toilet and had only one small window, which is so high that you need a ladder to open it for ventilation, or if you don't want to use the air conditioning. The room is also dark. The first room was ok, bright and well ventilated.

A little more attention can get better
Although the room was on the street (with ample free parking), the room was quiet. Newly furnished and spacious. The center is easily accessible by car, within walking distance even on foot. Self check-in is possible.
Probably due to the presence of a small lake inside the courtyard, the structure seems to be infested with mosquitoes. Although the problem seems to be known (there is an anti-mosquito device hanging on the wall at the entrance), the number of these living and vegetative insects in the room was really excessive (at least twenty). You can see that the other guests have opted for the DIY option of swatting mosquitoes against the walls (you can see a few spots scattered here and there in the room). Sleeping was a problem due to the constant humming. General cleaning is quite lacking (dirty table with leftover food, rusty plinth metal walls).

Interestingly designed
The room was modern and extremely furnished. The bed is comfortable. Just around the corner was a cafe where you can have a very good breakfast. The city center is 15 minutes walk, but in a quiet location.
Unfortunately, after the shower, the bathroom was under water, because the partition was leaking.

Comfortable B&B, if not for mosquitoes
The room had its own special style, which I liked. Very comfortable king size bed, very comfy pillows. Bathroom with a nice shower.
There is a problem with mosquitoes that, in my opinion, needs to be addressed. There were several crushed walls or dead soil upon arrival: these need to be cleaned up between one guest and another. There are chips on the bidet, it would be better to change it.

Exceeding expectations
It's hard to say what I liked the most, great kindness and availability. I accept it without any problems, even when checking in after hours. A beautiful structure and a feature you would not expect, every outer and inner corner is thought out to the smallest detail. Convenient parking, beautiful impeccable rooms, excellent value for money.

Business trip
We arrived late at night, but we had all very clear directions to enter the building and get to the room. In the morning a super breakfast prepared by "Marianne's mom" and then unfortunately we had to flee due to the urgency. Everything is clean and very beautiful, like a place

How to feel at home in your room!
The room is very beautiful, furnished with modern refined furniture. Marianne is very sweet and helpful. The place is beautiful and well connected! Parking outside the room is free. Very comfortable bed and great cleanliness.

Modern and functional room for short stays!
The room is quite spacious, tastefully decorated, everything is modern and functional. Very nice shower, the air conditioner works well. 15 minutes walk from the station (a street where enough help comes), 20 minutes to the historic center (Piazza del Popolo). Simple breakfast in the common room. The hostess is very welcoming.
Wifi didn't work. The area is a bit out of the way and not very pleasant (canal and supermarket opposite the establishment).

The room is very nice, the intertwining of rooms too. Slightly eclectic style with attention to detail is the leitmotif of the entire design.
Unfortunately, when we entered the room, we found a lot of mosquitoes, however, as soon as I mentioned the inconvenience, they immediately took action and eliminated them.

Very warm welcome, we got fruit from the owner Clean and nice rooms The owners also live there so you eat in their living / dining room. We were also allowed to use their refrigerator to store food and water. Quite a pleasant experience.
Breakfast could have been a little better There were only cake and croutons with jam. No bread, ham, cheese, etc. Otherwise, everything is fine!

Suitable for one night.
Overall a good structure, spacious and spartan rooms. Nice and cozy breakfast.
The entrance to the building and the courtyard are filled with mosquito-borne water. Small bathroom compared to the room.

Style and kindness, perfect!
Very nice B&B, nice style of common areas and rooms. Very helpful host, we appreciated the gesture of making breakfast early so we could leave on time for work. In about 20 minutes you will be in the center in less than 10 minutes in Darsen. Highly recommended

Modern and welcoming
The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the center. The hotel has a beautiful common room where you can enjoy an excellent and plentiful breakfast. Great welcome and courtesy from the staff. Excellent cleaning service. Modern comfortable room.
More beautiful inside than outside. Kebabbaro next to our room (with the French door closed, but there was no smell). Little problem with the bathroom that we were warned about.

Perfect
The apartment is new, with autonomous heating. We liked the comfy bed and breakfast (really delicious homemade biscuits and cakes). Finally, the sincere and spontaneous courtesy of the hostess.
The bathroom door (very beautiful and original) did not close properly. I would prefer a sealed water bottle.

EVERYTHING IS FINE
Marianne's rooms are brand new and the structure leaves you speechless. Clean and quiet room. You don't expect when you arrive to find a well-kept Zen garden and, above all, beautiful and original flower pots (old shoes full of flowers). What a great idea !!! I think I'll steal. What about the breakfast room (even if I couldn't do it because I left at dawn - sorry because I smelled the cookies in the oven when I arrived) .. a lit fireplace that makes the room warm and inviting! !!! Marianne is very kind and always ready to give you any advice and suggestion. It is not easy to find such people ...

very good B&B in Ravenna
Very good B&B, 20 minutes walk from the station towards the sea. Beautiful interior garden with a pond, comfortable room on the first floor with a comfortable double bed and a clean bathroom. Very good shower. Good sweet and salty breakfast. Close to bus stop to Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina. Always very satisfied.

Near the train station and the center (15 minutes walk). Clean and modern room. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. I was only there for one night, but if I were to return to Ravenna, I would definitely return to Casa di Marianna.

Always a good link to Ravenna
The bed and breakfast is about 15-20 minutes walk from Ravenna station in a very quiet area. To get there, you need to go through a beautiful inner garden with a small pond. The double bedroom on the first floor is quite spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. Excellent WiFi. The breakfast is not over the top but good. On the other hand, there is a great kebab next door. I was fine.
There is no real window, but with air conditioning the heat problem is solved.

Excellent facility from all points of view - I would return immediately
Really beautiful structure, very spacious and clean room, fantastic breakfast, accessibility from excellent staff.
If I really have to make a note, I would say I would prefer a mini fridge in the room, but with a spacious fridge dedicated to guests, this can be solved without too much trouble.

Stop in Ravenna
Fantastic structure near the center of Ravenna. Marianne, the young owner, is very kind and willing to give advice on what to see and eat, or even just to chat! Very cute! The owner is super nice! On arrival we were given enough tips for the city. The house is very stylish, unfortunately quite noisy. Breakfast - all inclusive.

Cute and comfortable
The B&B is located on the ground floor with a small garden at the entrance (with a pond). Good room with air conditioning, which is very important in these hot days. Comfortable double bed, new and clean bathroom, great wifi. Good breakfast (mostly sweet). Very good owners. 20 minutes walk from Ravenna station.
There is only a small window upstairs, but the room is still bright. The bedside table is missing.

Convenient for our visit to Ravenna.
We loved the enthusiasm for what she does and the way the young hostess welcomes and pampers her guests. The hotel has a small but very beautiful garden where there is also a seating area. The breakfast is more than adequate and varied, we are in a b&b and I don't expect to find a continental hotel offer, it's also perfect. If someone does not eat breakfast, it is because he does not want to eat it, nothing is missing. The environment in which it is served is also very pleasant, which is a plus.
We didn't really like anything as for our short stay the room was perfect. However, in my opinion, this should be understood as a place to sleep comfortably and not to stay there during the day due to gaps. It does not have a real window, but this disadvantage is compensated by air conditioning. The location is a bit far from the center but we could get there on foot in about twenty minutes. If you come to Ravenna, then these 3/4 km won't spoil you... 😁
