Perfect for a quiet getaway
The facility is located in a quiet area, approx. 15 minutes' walk from the city center. There are two grocery stores very close, as well as bus stops. Nice owner of the facility, a small snack was also waiting in the room. Comfortable bed, TV in the room, air conditioning

Marianna and her dad very kind and helpful, definitely to be recommended for a stay.
Quiet accommodation, just outside the city center but easily reachable on foot; essential but pleasant and original furnishings, sufficient space for stays of a few days, possibility of making coffee / tea in the room. Easy and very convenient free parking in the street where the structure is located, we only used the car in the evening to go out to dinner, during the day always on foot, never used public transport. Our room (nr. 2) was located on the ground floor and easily accessible through a small and delightful garden with a pond.
Bathroom without window, furnished with the same essential style as the bedroom but well cared for; unfortunately there is no extractor fan...

Good value for money new rooms
Good location 15 minutes walk from the center we like walking so immediate. Always parking in front of or near the structure. Recently renovated room, very nice aesthetics. Pretty pied-a-terre outside the door of the structure with fish trays and small trees, green area and table and relaxation armchairs. Owners availability, they live there, being native they were very helpful. Good automatic gate security. Great wall mounted shower! Netflix service included with flat screen TV. They are expanding the rooms with new construction.
The bathroom for a large man can be a bit small due to the movement of the bidet. We also give advice not just what we didn't like, constructive advice. Place an extractor fan in the bathroom to remove shower moisture. Add permanent night lights on driveways and outside doorways to prevent tripping. No wardrobe for personal effects. Add hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Modern house with many comforts, slightly out of the way of the center but still easily accessible. Excellent value for money. Very recommended.

The decor of the room is very special. The possibility of a snack and coffee in the room. The bathroom is a jewel.
Nothing actually. Too bad not being able to have breakfast inside the structure. Overall, however, it is excellent.

For the price I paid, I expected a lot more.

Mediocre cleaning of the room: dusty furniture (I think the headboard of the bed hadn't been dusted for some time given the dust balls) not to mention the dirt under the bed ... Non-existent breakfast: only 1 coffee pod available (of the 2 present, 1 was already used since it had holes in the aluminum), 2 shortbread biscuits and a bottle of water clearly left over from the previous guests (half filled and only 1 glass).

Absolutely disappointing
Easy parking right next to the property
We stayed 2 nights and a few USB sockets here and there and a heating mirror do not distract from the absolute lack of cleanliness and minimal comforts. If the room "deceives" at check-in, the shortcomings soon become evident. For the price paid (€65/night) a wardrobe (replaced by a sort of wall drying rack), an extra blanket in addition to the bedspread, a bath mat and adequate lighting cannot be missing. Our room only had an incomprehensibly small window at the top and impossible to open (and if there had been a way, it was still suggested to us during check in that to review it as "hasty" is to give it a great compliment). Equally mysterious was the functioning of a fan (if it was such) in the blind bathroom. The only abat jour was a wobbly and poorly placed lamp positioned, in a very prudent manner, on a shelf above the bed. The icing on the cake was the "cleaning of the room" the day after our arrival: the bed hastily covered and with the sheets dangling to one side and a nice tuft of hair as a side dish. Really disappointing experience, absolutely non-functional room and a great bitterness also due to the price paid.

Disappointing.
I liked the structure that it is new!
There were no necessary services such as hair dryer, mini fridge and breakfast. There were only 2 mini cakes and a few tea bags (opened without packaging). in addition, there were no curtains, there were old curtains glued to the windows with B-glue, which constantly fell, which was undesirable, since the windows overlooked the common courtyard. Upon our notice, the lady gave us an old beach towel to cover the glass. Another annoying thing was waking up around 8am from a worker doing construction work near the bedroom door.

Nice discovery
Strategic position, convenient to the train station, very secluded and quiet at night. Nice courtyard. Very helpful and kind owner.
There was no mini bar. But the owner offers a glass bottle of water with two glasses, as well as a kettle with instant coffee and tea bags and two plum cakes (all for free, of course).

Very beautiful, welcoming place, easy to get to. It has a very nice and inventive little indoor garden! open!!! Friendly staff. Next to Pala D'andrè and well served with restaurants.
The Wi-Fi password must be available in the room, even a simple note on the desk.

Not far from city center
Lots of embellishments and little substance. There are no curtains, only roller shutters that let light into the room early in the morning. Loud noise from neighboring rooms. The room contains only the most necessary, at a minimum.

Ideal location due to proximity to Pala De Andrè. Very quiet and modern and functional furniture. Very kind owner and maximum availability. Perfect mattresses and pillows. Excellent housekeeping.

Night in Ravenna
The host was available to give us directions via whatsapp as we didn't meet in person due to the late check in time (ours). We were able to find a room in the yard, although we had to turn around a bit before realizing where he was. The room inside was clean and warm, furnished in a modern way, maybe a little damp and with a few mosquitoes inside (may have seen the nearby pond). In short, soundproofing... I heard the neighbors turn on the alarm at 7 Apart. all of these little things are ok. On the street you can easily find free parking

Amazing and nice
Complete, original and exquisite in furnishings and details; efficient air conditioning, beautiful garden. Favorable value for money.
There were holes in the sheets and towels, although they were spotless. Some audible noise from neighboring rooms while it should have been soundproofed.

Very good value for money!
Don't be deceived by the general atmosphere of the area, Marianne's apartment will make you feel very relaxed. In addition, she is friendly and efficient! The accommodation is very correct and you get to it after crossing the Japanese garden which gives the impression that you are in a completely different area.
The establishment is quite far from the center, do not be afraid to walk! I also think there are nicer areas to live in.

Modest location: close enough to walk to the pier, where, however, except for 2 rooms on the cross, there is nothing to do and see. For the center you need to go a lot more. Accepted a period change from 2 days to 1 even on the last one, even if the confirmation came 24 hours after the request.
No breakfast and not for covid. Mosquitoes pressed against the walls everywhere. A broken shutter that let in a lot of light, but in any case, even a healthy one is not good for the night. Unfortunately we were told that it was broken on the morning of our arrival and therefore there was no time to repair while there is at least one review of the days before complaining about the same problem. Communications: I wrote 2 sms through booking and called to arrange an arrival time. No answer anyway.

Marianne is very friendly. The location is good, we could walk to restaurants and supermarkets.

Perfect
A room with attention to the smallest detail just steps from the Ravenna dock. The center is easily accessible on foot. Very polite and helpful welcome.
The room is a bit noisy and the insulation is rather poor compared to the adjacent room.

Good value for money but there are some things that could be improved.
The room is modern and spacious. The value for money is good.
The location is not central, the shower is leaking, the bidet is annoyingly cracked. The toilet drain is on the same wall as the head of the bed, so you can hear all the noise from the drain. The bathroom door is not really a door and the ventilation system in the bathroom could be improved due to the lack of windows. Lastly, the shutters in our room were broken and the window facing the street on the ground floor could not be kept open at night.

we had a terrace on the ground floor overlooking the outside street (with a room next door) and therefore it was impossible to leave the window open (no mosquito nets) Luckily the air conditioner worked perfectly.

Unfortunately a bit disappointing.
Original decor, beautiful courtyard
On the day of arrival, we were informed by a channel that was unavailable on the train that no one was there when we arrived and were standing in front of a locked gate. I had to call and ask. Then, after one night, we were moved to a second room that smelled like a toilet and had only one small window, which is so high that you need a ladder to open it for ventilation, or if you don't want to use the air conditioning. The room is also dark. The first room was ok, bright and well ventilated.

A little more attention can get better
Although the room was on the street (with ample free parking), the room was quiet. Newly furnished and spacious. The center is easily accessible by car, within walking distance even on foot. Self check-in is possible.
Probably due to the presence of a small lake inside the courtyard, the structure seems to be infested with mosquitoes. Although the problem seems to be known (there is an anti-mosquito device hanging on the wall at the entrance), the number of these living and vegetative insects in the room was really excessive (at least twenty). You can see that the other guests have opted for the DIY option of swatting mosquitoes against the walls (you can see a few spots scattered here and there in the room). Sleeping was a problem due to the constant humming. General cleaning is quite lacking (dirty table with leftover food, rusty plinth metal walls).

Interestingly designed
The room was modern and extremely furnished. The bed is comfortable. Just around the corner was a cafe where you can have a very good breakfast. The city center is 15 minutes walk, but in a quiet location.
Unfortunately, after the shower, the bathroom was under water, because the partition was leaking.

Comfortable B&B, if not for mosquitoes
The room had its own special style, which I liked. Very comfortable king size bed, very comfy pillows. Bathroom with a nice shower.
There is a problem with mosquitoes that, in my opinion, needs to be addressed. There were several crushed walls or dead soil upon arrival: these need to be cleaned up between one guest and another. There are chips on the bidet, it would be better to change it.

It's hard to say what I liked the most, great kindness and availability. I accept it without any problems, even when checking in after hours. A beautiful structure and a feature you would not expect, every outer and inner corner is thought out to the smallest detail. Reception/discrimination, pretty much an old lady sent us to a room.. horrible/cold room with concrete floor instead of normal. For health/therapy reasons we had to go to the hospital from 7 so we paid for breakfast for 2 but we never had it!!! For this, breakfast starts at 8! When we said it, they said yes, but they scolded us, so we didn't do it, it was so last day .... Everything was audible, paper walls. Dine for more than 10 people in one evening, which was also forbidden due to COVID!! / let's not talk about the noise! And to end the last day in the evening. No hot water!! Not the next morning the person who received us said: "What's wrong? Do you ever have problems with the boiler in your house?" ""

Modern and functional room for short stays!
The room is quite spacious, tastefully decorated, everything is modern and functional. Very nice shower, the air conditioner works well. 15 minutes walk from the station (a street where enough help comes), 20 minutes to the historic center (Piazza del Popolo). Simple breakfast in the common room. The hostess is very welcoming.
Wifi didn't work. The area is a bit out of the way and not very pleasant (canal and supermarket opposite the establishment).

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the center. The hotel has a beautiful common room where you can enjoy an excellent and plentiful breakfast. Great welcome and courtesy from the staff. Excellent cleaning service. Modern comfortable room.
More beautiful inside than outside. Kebabbaro next to our room (with the French door closed, but there was no smell). Little problem with the bathroom that we were warned about.

The apartment is new, with autonomous heating. We liked the comfy bed and breakfast (really delicious homemade biscuits and cakes). Finally, the sincere and spontaneous courtesy of the hostess.
The bathroom door (very beautiful and original) did not close properly. I would prefer a sealed water bottle.

EVERYTHING IS FINE
Marianne's rooms are brand new and the structure leaves you speechless. Clean and quiet room. You don't expect when you arrive to find a well-kept Zen garden and, above all, beautiful and original flower pots (old shoes full of flowers). What a great idea !!! I think I'll steal. What about the breakfast room (even if I couldn't do it because I left at dawn - sorry because I smelled the cookies in the oven when I arrived) .. a lit fireplace that makes the room warm and inviting! !!! Marianne is very kind and always ready to give you any advice and suggestion. It is not easy to find such people ...

Good foothold for visiting Ravenna, room for improvement
The bed and breakfast is very modern and well appointed, the lady who welcomed us and runs it is a force of nature, smiling and very helpful. The TV offers free Netflix and the breakfast is good and plentiful. After spending a day in Ravenna, it's in the perfect place to sleep, there are several restaurants nearby and still quite close to the center.
The room is equipped with a very large French window, which is pleasant to look at, but closed only by the blinds in the early morning, the room is lit during the day. The bed is too soft (but this may be a matter of taste) and the temperature in the room is difficult to regulate; due to the fact that the ceiling was quite high in January, we got a little cold.

Very good B&B, 20 minutes walk from the station towards the sea. Beautiful interior garden with a pond, comfortable room on the first floor with a comfortable double bed and a clean bathroom. Very good shower. Good sweet and salty breakfast. Close to bus stop to Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina. Always very satisfied.

Near the train station and the center (15 minutes walk). Clean and modern room. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. I was only there for one night, but if I were to return to Ravenna, I would definitely return to Casa di Marianna.

Lots of noise!
Friendly welcome from the owner.
Unfortunately our room was on the side of the street and there was a lot of noise from the pitta shop next door. Once the noise stopped, we were able to sleep until the couple in the room next to us made noises all night long that could be heard through the paper-thin walls.

Always a good link to Ravenna
The bed and breakfast is about 15-20 minutes walk from Ravenna station in a very quiet area. To get there, you need to go through a beautiful inner garden with a small pond. The double bedroom on the first floor is quite spacious and the double bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. Excellent WiFi. The breakfast is not over the top but good. On the other hand, there is a great kebab next door. I was fine.
There is no real window, but with air conditioning the heat problem is solved.

Excellent facility from all points of view - I would return immediately
Really beautiful structure, very spacious and clean room, fantastic breakfast, accessibility from excellent staff.
If I really have to make a note, I would say I would prefer a mini fridge in the room, but with a spacious fridge dedicated to guests, this can be solved without too much trouble.

The B&B is located on the ground floor with a small garden at the entrance (with a pond). Good room with air conditioning, which is very important in these hot days. Comfortable double bed, new and clean bathroom, great wifi. Good breakfast (mostly sweet). Very good owners. 20 minutes walk from Ravenna station.
There is only a small window upstairs, but the room is still bright. The bedside table is missing.

Convenient for our visit to Ravenna.
We loved the enthusiasm for what she does and the way the young hostess welcomes and pampers her guests. The hotel has a small but very beautiful garden where there is also a seating area. The breakfast is more than adequate and varied, we are in a b&b and I don't expect to find a continental hotel offer, it's also perfect. If someone does not eat breakfast, it is because he does not want to eat it, nothing is missing. The environment in which it is served is also very pleasant, which is a plus.
We didn't really like anything as for our short stay the room was perfect. However, in my opinion, this should be understood as a place to sleep comfortably and not to stay there during the day due to gaps. It does not have a real window, but this disadvantage is compensated by air conditioning. The location is a bit far from the center but we could get there on foot in about twenty minutes. If you come to Ravenna, then these 3/4 km won't spoil you... 😁
