Cozy and clean apartment, excellent location, large rooms and comfortable beds

to be able to experience the beauties of the south, tastes, colors, smells - it's wonderful. And to be able to stay in a cozy house, equipped with every comfort, very clean, modern, close to all cities to visit and with all amenities nearby. Just as Walter's kindness is at its best, the owner of the house is kind, considerate, friendly, welcoming and available to the maximum. We highly recommend.

We were all very surprised. The discount is great and in a strategic location to get to know all of Puglia. In addition, Walter and his son are very helpful and worry about the stay all the time.

I stayed for a week with a couple of friends. The apartment is perfect from all points of view, from cleanliness to location in close proximity to the historical center, to the possibility of parking nearby. The structure provided for breakfast which we found plentiful and well stocked. Mr Walter is a very kind person who met all our needs. Highly recommended.

We are 2 couples and stayed 3 nights in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is in a strategic location to better visit all the surroundings (Alberobello, Matera, Polignano a Mare, etc.) The staff was sooooo helpful and immediately made us feel welcome. We highly recommend it for longer stays as well, as the apartments are very large and have all the amenities to spend wonderful days.

What can I say, really perfect accommodation .. An ideal base to visit the wonders of this fantastic region. The owner was very helpful and very nice, he seemed to have known him all his life. Impeccable cleanliness and tastefully furnished. In just three days we visited Putignano, Alberobello, Fasano Zoo, Ostuni, Polignano Mare, Grotte di Castellana; everything was possible thanks to the strategic position that allowed us to move without stress. We had a great time and will definitely return.

The ideal location is in a strategic location allowing access to all the best sites of Puglia Murgia from the caves of Castellana, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Fasano Zoo and Monopoli. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, it is very well ventilated when the windows of different rooms and the kitchen are open. Equipped with everything you need, from towels to bubble baths. The location is ideal for those wishing to visit the caves of Castellana, Alberobello and Sassi Matera. The mattresses are soft and the environment is very spacious even for 8 people. There is also an agreement with a restaurant 100 meters from the hotel. I will definitely be back.
