Maybe the crockery available wasn't that great

Little travel information

Uncomfortable mattress, small bathroom with clogged shower tray.

A bit noisy, you can hear the heat pump running from time to time and the building has poor soundproofing.

Wifi was a little bit, only the kitchen, the bathroom was not in the best condition, and we found a cockroach that wandered around without interference 😥

No welcome kit (at least a bottle of water in the fridge would be welcome). An apartment that did not live up to our expectations (the only photo on the site shows a space with an outdoor table), opposite an apartment with unusable common parts, with the exception of the backyard, where there was a washing machine, and it was possible to hang clothes; helpful as there was no change of bed linen and towels (the pool that somehow prompted us to book was unfortunately in the exclusive use of the owners of the structure). TV with very few channels in use (Rai and 7), the internal storage space for your belongings is reduced to a minimum, because the closet and drawers occupied by the laundry are not relevant to use at home. Lack of packages for differentiated and unsorted waste disposal, as required by the island's rules. The bus ride took about 10 minutes. - There is a pool, but we were not allowed to use it. My friend washed her feet the first day and then kept them in the pool. The woman then insulted us in Italian, and when she realized that we did not speak Italian, she only gave us annoyed and angry looks. But since we booked and paid for the POOL accommodation, my girlfriend went to the pool the next day. Again we were insulted in Italian. I even wrote another message in Italian on Booking with the help of a translator and asked if we could use the pool now - I never got a response. - BUT Worse: The hosts are incredibly unfriendly. Rarely do you feel so unwanted. When we arrived, not even the cute Chao was there, and the simple smile certainly didn’t return. We only have bad looks here. No one could speak English. Only one woman made a little effort to have a little chat with us.

The house is very dark and humid, there is a musty and musty smell, as there are few windows and, therefore, little ventilation. The bedroom has no windows and the sheets always felt damp. I would add that at the time of booking, I thought there were two different prices, and thinking that these are two different houses, I chose the one with the highest price. Then, when I discovered that there was only one house and that I wasted more, I asked the owner how to get the difference back, but the lady, claiming it was the fault of the booking, did not want to find a way to manage the better this misunderstanding, so refund no. I think the hospitality and care in managing the apartment is everything, I have traveled a lot over the years and have never felt so uncomfortable in this place.

Unfortunately, it is located in an inconvenient area, therefore the possibility of renting bicycles should be offered. Cleanliness and hospitality should be improved. The shower was tiny, the TV and the plunge pool with jacuzzi did not work.

The air conditioner did not work, but they provided a fan and the ability to use the DeLonghi Penguin.

The apartment was not what we expected, despite the lack of photos in the ad, photos of other reviews turned out to be an apartment on the ground floor with a garden and an outdoor pool. Instead, we ended up in a basement apartment with no garden, very poorly ventilated and bright. Nothing tragic considering the price, but worth noting. Phone not responding and Wi-Fi stopped working in the middle of stay. Despite the fact that he reported this to the hotel staff, who managed the apartment, no one deigned to solve the problem. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher but lacks the necessary utensils.

There is no Wi-Fi or internet in the studio, but we can survive (with laptop, 3G, 4G)

Nice one bedroom apartment, ideal for families. Clean and well equipped with outside seating.

There was little coffee and the refrigerator was empty.

It was difficult for us to figure out where to go to open the apartment, but we didn’t receive any instructions to go to the hotel across the street.
