great location and value for money

Very nice clean apartment. Clean and well equipped with a kitchen, balcony etc. The hosts are very kind and explained everything to us in detail. The TG parking lot was also with us.

Very nice and helpful people

I only stayed one night while passing through south. Air-conditioned room, equipped with everything you need for a short period of time. Free parking on site. A nice lady owner lives on site and will advise and help in everything.

The owner was very friendly and flexible during check in and the structure lived up to our expectations: immaculate, welcoming, spacious and full of everything. It is possible to use a washing machine and it can be laid out on a beautiful accessible terrazzo. There is a supermarket nearby and the area is very quiet!

the apartment is ideal for a couple, 3/4 people are still comfortable thanks to the large sofa bed in the living room. well equipped open plan living room/kitchen and the quality of the furniture is clearly high. The temperature control in the rooms is excellent, which is very important in winter when it's cold. The bathroom is well cleaned and the temperature control in the shower (very large and comfortable) is acceptable. convenient parking in front of the outdoor structure, the possibility of parking in the garage. the owner - Mrs. Bertilla - was exceptionally friendly and warm, she contacted us for an estimated arrival time and provided us with everything we needed (like towels and sheets for the bed) with a big smile! The property is perfect for a couple, 3 to 4 people can be very comfortable on the sofa bed in the very bright living room. the open space of the living/kitchen is fully equipped and the quality of the furniture is noticeably higher. The temperature control is smooth, which is very important in winter, as it is quite cold in this area. The bathroom is well cleaned and the temperature control in the shower is acceptable. convenient parking right in front of the house, a garage under the house is also available. the owner - Ms. Bertilla - was exceptionally friendly and warm, she called us to understand our arrival time and she provided us with everything we needed (towels and sheets) with a big smile!

Everything is excellent, excellent value for money. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need for relaxation and much more. Close to the center, market and pizzeria. A closed garage is definitely an added benefit. 20 minutes by car to the seaside towns, additional benefit is air conditioning and a large shaded balcony. Very good contact with the owner. I recommend it with a clear conscience. We will definitely be back. Sincerely

The bedding is very comfortable. Small, ideal and functional apartment for a couple with 2 children. The terrace and private parking were very much appreciated. I recommend this rental.

The apartment is located in a new building and is close to everything from a bar to a pizzeria and a supermarket .... Mrs. Bertilla is a delightful and very kind person.

The friendliness of the owner, the quality of the accommodation, in particular the spaciousness and bedding.

We were greeted by a super-friendly hostess, gave good advice and led us into a beautiful apartment, furnished with great taste, a dream come true! Italian style, unobtrusively modern! Just great! This apartment should definitely be recommended even for trips to the Venetian lagoon. The car also found a shady spot in the underground car park nice and cool to start the next day! Thank you for letting us be here. All the stars that are possible!

Great apartment! There is everything you need to stay. There were no problems with the check-in: easy to find, quickly populate, provide an underground garage for the car. Everything in the apartment is clean, nice and tidy. We met a very nice and beautiful girl Eva!
