This house is not decent in the condition in which it was rented to me. It was falling apart. The first day in one bathroom the drain broke, in the other - the tablet and the curtain. There was an open hatch in the garden, very dangerous for small children. The light on the terrace above the house did not work. Rusty towel racks and bathroom cabinet. The lamps are held in place with tape. The cabinet drawers are completely unusable because they are broken. The intercom does not work. The TV antenna is not working. On the 5th day, the lights go out and as a result, together with the electrician, we discovered that the junction box was on fire. We left. The only good thing is that the payment was returned to us in full.

Unfortunately, almost everything about the apartment did not fit. We have never stepped into this house. They informed us 3 days before departure that the house we had booked was no longer available due to some “work” that needed to be done. They directed us to their website to choose a different place of residence from 3 offers. We didn't have much choice as they only offered 1 at the caesarean section (where we wanted to stay) .. so we had to confirm this. Less and no discount as they created the mix. Then they told us that they forgot to write on Booking.com that you have to pay 90 euros to clean the house .. we started asking us 2 questions. When we arrived we were shown an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom .. cute. But to the next question we asked, "do you have Wi-Fi?" (HOW IT SHOULD BE THERE, as specified in the services of this apartment) the answer is no. This created a lot of problems for us. All three of us needed Wi-Fi to study, one of us also had to work. We don't have unlimited concerts on our mobile phones and had to go to bars (obviously with a lot of food and drink costs) to be able to use the Wi-Fi. We contacted the head of the agency "Ville Salento" and asked them if they could do something about it, and we got the only answer: "Good morning, here below I leave you with links where you can do reviews, have a Good afternoon." ... We were overwhelmed. We had problems with the washing machine as it was not tested and the drain hose was not welded to the wall, the kitchen was flooded. We immediately reported what had happened, but we did not send anyone to fix it, we had to do it ourselves.
